| It's Australia Day weekend but I'm going to be away for the whole time. This Friday I'm going to a music festival called Big Day Out and then I'm getting in my car at 6am on Saturday and driving two hours to the country to listen to Triple J's Hottest 100 and annihilate my liver with alcohol until Monday night when I should be back home but I imagine I'll be pretty tired. Then back to work Tuesday.
So although I'll still be checking up on things with my mobile there will be no computer/Skype access until Monday night. |

You people are weird. It makes sense. It means Australia day is falling on a weekend or in close proximity to, as a result the whole weekend is considered a holiday. It's the same concept as "Labor Day Weekend."
P.S.
I am aware that you could just be trying to be a smart-ass, in which case, I take full credit for ruining the moment. |

Not really, that actually made sense. It just sounded kinda fail-ish to say Day-weekend, but when you put it like that, it makes sense xD |

It's the excuse he'll give to his parole officer.
Have fun mutilating your liver, Adam. |
