Chapter 493

Not much really happened, save Naruto proving he's dumber than he looks. Of course Dark Naruto (funny how that turned out to be his name) could perform all the same techniques that Naruto could, why do these good guys get so surprised when this happens? I'm a bit pissed that we didn't get to see a proper fight between them, it would have been Pein v.s Naruto all over again.

This may be a deciding factor. Can an evil spirited person achieve Sage Mode? It seems that a hateful person wouldn't be at peace with nature.

fairly accurate review I would rather shoot myself in the foot for fun before reading this chapter.

I love how people hate on the Naruto manga, despite it being one of the best.

Anyway, it was an okay chapter, I liked the little cliche dark Naruto and will be interested to see how he defeats it. The Hachibi's past doesn't really interest me much.

I just don't like how they give the same past for every Jinchuuriki. I guess every village hates Jinchuuriki at first but learns to love them, right? It's like originality went out the door and they're just filling in Bee's origin to get it over with.
