Elderscrolls Online Beta Questions

So, I've been in the ESO beta a few times now and recently they lifted the beta NDA. Sure you could learn anything you want about the game on the wiki or something I'm sure! But I've had hands on experience in all 3 alliances and touched on most pve content as well as all the pvp content short of becoming emperor myself in Cyrodil.

If anyone is interested in the game and has questions about it, I'm open to talking about my experience. I will not give an outright candid review and will try to keep my replies unbiased as this is not meant to be an advertisement for the game.

I don't really have any specific questions, just wondering whether its actually worth the monthly fee. Though judging by your post you quite enjoy it hm? I want a candid review. Dolan

It's not my fault you guys are asking a question I already stated I didn't plan on answering here Razz

My opinion on whether or not it is worth buying is just my opinion. This is more to give factual answers about the specifics of the game itself. Worried combat feels not elderscrolly enough? Wondering how stealth mechanics work? Want to know if it's super grindy or if race/class decisions are meaningful? What about how crafting works?

Those are the kind of questions I'm here to answer. From there you should be able to determine for yourself if you think it would be worth getting. I'm not here to tell you guys how to spend your money.

I will say this. I'm not planning on playing for more than a month and I get a month free just for getting the game. So the idea of a monthly subscription personally doesn't even effect me. I just want to explore the zones/areas that were locked during the beta tests.

I wish I were. But alas, I'm simply a fan and a beta tester. While I am a game designer, all the work I have done is on some small name titles like Avarice, Inked, and an educational app called UMIGO that teaches math to little kids.

Just got it a couple days ago and it's fucking awesome. For anyone who might be debating purchasing it, absolutely worth every penny imo.
