Across the Sea to the Land of Fire

The three Kiri shinobi have their tickets stamped after passing through the gates, attacking quite a bit of attention as a group. Saya sticks out like a sore thumb being dressed in her armor, and still holding her deadly weapons. Her designation as a warrior of Kiri gave her excuse here, but once they got into the land of fire that might not help her.

The steam boat they were riding on had about 300 people on it, various groups of families or parties traveling to unknown corners of the world. It's whistle blows as the ship finally steams away from the port, and maneuvers itself out into open water. The voyage to the Land of Fire takes the better part of a day, and would offer plenty of time to rest and relax on one of the many benches. The Lucky Mary was a fine vessel. Those who paid well for the better class tickets could be treated to a room with a bed, or at least a bunk. The basic class tickets Saya had purchased gave little more than a seat, and the promise of crossing the large sea.

The benches were comfortable, and the moderate weather made for a nice cooling breeze over the deck of the ship. The mist shrouded forests would be behind them, and the endless expanse of the ocean and waves was enough to keep Saya in good spirits. With little else to do, most would likely be idling the time away watching the scenery, or chatting with those next to them.

"We'll be in the Land of Fire tomorrow, and in my families keep before sunset. We should try to get some rest tonight, so we can make good time tomorrow. Outside of our homeland, we will have to be more on guard. The less time we are out in the open grass lands, the better." She says as she rests on one of the benches with a better view over the rails on the port side of the ship. She'd be talking to whoever was around, assuming it was her team mates. "It should be a nice and relaxing ride. Are you alright riding on Kusamaru?"

After arriving and getting off Kusamaru, Kuro stretched himself out and removed the kirigakure headband from his waist, hiding it inside his shirt. He undid the pony tail his hair was in, and ran his hand through it to straighten it out. Sure he didn't mind just a bench, and didn't mind people wondering why he was with kirigakure shinobi whitout a headband. This made it look all the more like a mission now, but Kuro still wished they had been able to get a room. But it had never occured to him until he yawned, he was tired. He went and after fixing his hair, he sat down on the bench. Yawning his eyes closed. I won't really sleep, I'm not the least bit tired, he thought. But, keeping an eye on them will be a lot harder.

He wanted to create a Mizu Bushin, but would save it until needed, as he had a few moves he could use to assist the three. He didn't think of his other techniques, just the ice techniques, which had a huge disadvantage without an already created source of water. But, he shoved away the thought, knowing he'll be a great asset.

Having finaly got to the River where they were to take a boat to the Land of Fire. Having being ten thousand feet up lark desided to just fall from the sky and land on a tree so he could hide his wings and then walk to the boat where he already had his ticket from the Female genin who was called Saya. As he got to the boat he showed his ticket and then instead of siting on the bench he jumped up and landed on the roof of the boat and started to meditate while he thought what he was going to do about this boat and the people on it. With lark with the other two genin he could do anything to keep them alive if he wanted to, keeping them alive was the plan as he was going to be in for the long haul all the way to the Land of fire and into there Keep. With lark meditating and the other two genin siting on the bench he looked like a detective and the other two looked like a warrior and a guide.

Having senseing people on the boat he knew who was who and where they where, so if he saw there chakra move towords Saya and the other genin lark could jump down and kill the person if needed. But for now lark was meditating and having a long rest from all his flying that he did on the way there.
