Mission Objective: Due to a chain of unrelated bloody incidents all over the world a summit is being held in a hotel in Roiyaru road of wise men and politicians from every ninja village and every country. Some of these influential men plan to even challenge the ninja system itself so the summit is quite serious. Due to seriousness of the questions raised the politicians requested each village to send several ninja of average experience, so called "not exceptional, yet above novice" to serve as a voice for ninja, they will be asked some questions about their experience and must supply their answers in a trial like procedure. The council comprised of multiple politicians and wisemen from all over the world will decide if changes need to be made to the ages old shinobi system or if it may need to even be abolished. As a mean of outsmarting the system a Kage may decide to send a more ideal driven ninja with strict moral compass to try and convince the council that the ninja system is good as it is. Still, the assignment and the objective is to simply travel to the designated location and serve as the representative "of average experience" and answer any questions asked. If the council decides to share their decision with the ninja, bring the news back home.
