Mission Location: Shukuba Town
Shinobi Requirement: Chuunin +
Mission Rank: B
Mission Objective: Despite continous flow of money to support town's security many vendor and shop owners complain about never ending crime spree. A single ninja is to be sent to investigate why the criminal situation in Shukuba is so bad and why is the local security funding ineffective. Mission objective is simply to find the reason and do whatever is necesarry to assist the local security forces with the criminal situation while investigation is on the way.
