Seeing as no one is doing anything at all, I decided to stop waiting and just go do something else. Got a part-time job at a plantation and spending the rest of my time with my girlfriend or playing games with friends. Waiting on people that don't wish to do anything is very unproductive, so i'm not doing it anymore.

I'll be back when I feel like checking up on people's posts.

Let it be known, had the guy simply stated he was going on hiatus or his activity was going to drop off because he had gotten himself a job or wanted to be more social with his friends and girlfriend then the comments would be very different.

However, if you read the very first sentence of this topic, he starts off by complaining about something and even then he's not saying he's going to go but rather he's simply annoyed so he's "done waiting". I don't know who you are but there's a lot of history between him and some of the people on this thread with him making threats to leave all the time. There was very little here that was uncalled for. We're not ridiculing him for the topic alone and unless you are privy to the situation, you white knighting comes off as rather nosy.

I seriously doubt you know the full story taking place here. The mod you are referring to isn't "dealing heavy blows" like the rest of us to be cool. There's a history there and one you don't know. So try to get off your high horse and get to know the people that you are so quick to judge. There was plenty here that was uncalled for, especially coming from the people I used to consider as friends. I put a lot of time and effort into this site, trying to get places to become more active, trying to make the site by posting on over a hundred other Roleplaying sites, which unfortunately only brought back temporary activity. That said, I already feel like I did more than the majority of people here, but that's not something I am going to talk about, seeing as in your eyes, I am just the worst person in the world. But that's okay, it's good that you guys are showing your true colors, so I hope you rot and die Wink

For the people that were in fact being kind, i'll be waiting for people to contact me on Skype when they make their posts like Kage/Tora told me to do. With that, I won't be on the chatbox or doing anything that is really social here anymore outside of actually Roleplaying with my characters. I do like using my characters, though I absolutely hate activity, and if people like Kite would actually have been reading, you'd see that I am not even mad at anyone in particular. I literally stated that the people I have been threading with are not doing anything at all, which is a very annoying thing to deal with when people make promises of posting for you, only to forget about it and make you wait for a month or longer.

There are people here at home that take priority over the site, though I always felt like some of you people here were actual friends, which is why I postponed taking any additional time consuming jobs and went to the waifu less often. That said, there comes a point when you get past that and decide that whatever you are feeling for people, the feeling is not mutual, or they would have actually made an effort to do for you what you do for them. I said "I'll be back when I feel like checking up on people's posts", which could be in a week or in a month or whenever someone Skype's me to tell me that they have made a post. I also said i'd be leaving for a while, I never said i'd leave forever or even any longer than a month, so why everyone has gotten their panties in a knot over that is something we'll never know.

In any case, now that the people know what's up, this topic can be locked and archived, the important people have seen the message and responded to me either in here or on Skype, just like the people who would rather see me leave forever. Thanks to people like Tora, I know what is important about a Roleplaying site, and it sure isn't the people that would rather slander others than actually put in any work on their site. Again, I am done talking, so I won't reply to this thread again, do with it as you please.

I could lead by example, don't get me wrong but that doesn't teach some people shit..some people need to be told they're doing wrong - politely at first of course, then if that doesn't work you get a little tougher, nastier whatever word you wanna use you can gauge the meaning easy enough.

Quite frankly, this topic lost relevance with the very first reply and has only shown how big of a shit each member who replied can be, i mean, one starts that others jump in - people act like a pack of dogs :') its ludicrous and i dunno about you but trying to teach a dog by example doesn't work.
