Doesn't this happen to everyone?

Well, I'm turning 13 in a few months. 2 to be exact. For some reason, I get these awesome ideas for RPing but my mind is saying that since I'm almost a teen I shouldn't be RPing anymore and to hang out with my RL friends. I don't know why but I don't feel like RolePlaying anymore.

I really hope this "phase" ends soon. =[ RP, is like, my life. I've been with it since I turned 9. I'll still going to log on and say hi in the chatbox once in a while but other then that... I guess I'm out...

I'm turning 16 and look, I'm still role-playing. Thirteen really isn't yours "teens" even though its thirtTEEN, haha. When you turn 14, that is really when it starts since thats when most of the puberty starts kicking in.

You'll get over it, again, thirteen isn't a mature age, and neither is 21. Your mature when you turn 25, which is when your brain is fully developed haha.

Real life friends are very important, yes. I can understand if you fear you might lose them. However, I have confidence that you will find that you can hang out with them, and find a little time to RP as well. I will be Seventeen soon, and as you can imagine, I get to be very busy at times. I still manage to keep in contact with my real life friends, hanging out with them and such, and I still RP in my spare time. So, don't worry so much, hon. Life is ever changing, I'm sure you know that, so just live it. Best of wishes to you, in your decision. Just keep in mind you will always be welcome here, and on One Sky. <3

Actually, I'm pretty mature for my age. Despite how I act online I'm usually very quiet and don't deal with immaturity of my classmates.

Well, I'm trying to be able to make RL friends. I only have like... 4 really close friends. I'm pretty much a loner in life, and I've spent wayy to much of my time on various RP sites over the years. So I guess I'm getting kinda sick of it and need to escape it for awhile?

I see. Making friends is a good thing, haha. But also, don't think that you're a 'loner' or such, because you only have Four close friends. That's how it is with everyone, though some may have many friends, only a few are actually really close to one another. I also have few friends that I actually consider really close. But they're the most important to me, and I'm sure to give attention to my other friends as well.

Anyways, if you just need a break, that's also understandable. We all have those times, I have had a good share of mine. I just recently started RPing again. Regardless, as I said before, you will be missed, and I'm sure you will be welcomed back with open arms. Whether this be temporary or permanent, there's much love your way. ;D

It's better to have four close friends who you can trust and rely on; than a bunch of acquatances you can't. You were a great friend for me on 2.0 Britt, so I really do hope to see you back here soon. You're a great person, and you shouldn't see yourself as a 'loner'. I hang with my close friends at school, after school and almost every weekend. I still find plenty of time to hang around here and do my work here too. Roleplaying is my passion as I hope to become an author later in life after taking a journalism course in university. I understand that it's not for everybody, but I still don't see how people struggle to get on at least once a day, as plenty of people can sit on myspace, facebook, MSN or youtube for ages and just chill. It's your decision to make in the end and I hope you enjoy your life to the best of your ability if this is goodbye.

Pfft, I'm 17 and I only started RPing like a year ago. Take a break if you need to, we all need one every once and awhile. Don't leave just because you're worried you might not have enough time for real life events. Think of it the other way around. You might have less time to RP, but I highly doubt you'll ever have less time for your friends and such.

So, if you're leaving forever, goodbye and may God's Grace be with you...
