Zero has never considered himself to be truly handsome despite the many claims he'd encountered. In honestly he has that unique 'boy next door' look that isn't model quality but hones on a more natural and humble appearance. One of his most renown feature is his wavy midnight hair which sometimes can appear to be dark purple in certain lighting. It is of healthy volume and luster. He always sports his hair in a short and wavy free flowing style and prefers to have its length stay a few inches above the shoulders like his father. Like his hair, his eyes and eyebrows are also a lustrous dark violet color. His eyebrows are naturally full and groomed to perfection. When emotional however they can become rather animated and allows for him to perpetuate emotions such as anger or sadness, simply through them alone. His eyes are large and bright, showcasing his youth and vitality through their perfection. His lips are very small and are almost equal to his creamy skin complexion, which makes them sometimes unnoticeable when sealed. All his facial features however equates to the handsome young man that he is. A perfect combination of haunting looks and with a small hint of innocence.
Physically, Zero is rather short but extremely well built. Every muscle on his body could be considered in Olympic level condition. He stands at a height of 5'4 which is seemingly short in comparison to other boys his age but not bad enough to be picked on about. His skin is a natural cream color with minor shades of light pink around the cheek and other fleshy areas of his body. He has noticeable body hair predominantly in the chest area due to puberty, as well as on his forearms and legs. His voice is like the mixture of cake and wine, smooth and elegant yet young and sweet. There is only one marking that can be located on Zero's body, which is a small tribal moon symbol located on his upper back area.
Zero has two dominant clothing attires within his wardrobe, one being his casual clothing outfit and the other being his shinobi uniform. Sometimes both can be used interchangeably depending on the situation. His casual attire, as the name applies, his is choice of clothing for everyday activities within the village. Such as attending meetings or local shopping. His combat uniform is a special garb given to him once he became chunin, and is worn when conducting issued missions. In his casual set, Zero sports and long a long sleeved blue pin-striped shirt and camouflage pattern pants that come mid calf length. He wears his forehead protector on the front of his dark blue holster which he uses to carry his sword. Also, has weapon holsters strapped onto each of his legs along with his ninja kit strapped on his hip. His combatant uniform is identical to a traditional anbu operative. Long sleeved black shirt and pants, with a navy blue flat jacket. Unique altercations that he implemented himself to the outfit is extending the neck of the shirt to his lower face. This hides his neck in the clothing as well as his chin. Instead of utilizing two weapon holsters on both legs like his casual attire, his combat uniform only has one on his right leg.
Personality: Zero is the embodiment of nearly all aspects that would define oneself as a powerful prince. He is classy, intelligent, kind and often times quirky. He radiates authority through his soft spoken words like no other. Captivating the minds of his allies and striking fear into the hearts of those who challenge him. Every movement of his is motioned by otherworldly grace as though he knows everything and cares about nothing. Because of his both positive and negative popularity in the other villages, he is very matriculate of his actions and occasional ruthlessness. He controls his team with an iron fist and speaks to them in a stern and powerful voice. However setting aside his ruling nature, Zero is very cordial towards his villagers and makes sure their needs are satisfied and their families are taken care of. However, he is very independent and quiet sometimes, putting his needs before any others.
At heart, Zero is truly a fighter to the very end. He was forged in the planes of war and will back down from no challenger who poses a threat whether its passive aggressive or aggressive. He can be snarly, rude, and blatant with his words and will find what gets under a person's skin. He is a courageous lad who will go to any length to protect himself and his family, even if it means putting his life on the line. However unlike many other shinobi, Zero doesn't claim to be the best at his game, even doubting himself sometimes. But it is because of his determination and heart that he overcomes his enemies and becomes victorious at the end.
One of Zero's favorite things to do would be going swimming in the lakes of Kirigakure. He has a deep love for nature and gardening and a extensive knowledge of nearly all species of plants and aquatic animals. He usually goes to the lakes during sunrise after a good morning breakfast. He sees the lakes as a important part of Kiri's society and even himself. They remind him that life can be beautiful at times and to cherish every moment with your loved ones. He also enjoys playing a good game of chess with the 'youngsters' in the village. Zero sees the young children of his village as the next generation and hope of Kirigakure.
Zero doesn't have many dislikes given his rather calm nature, but one would definably be those who threaten his family and his peace at home. There have been a few individuals in Zero's past that had done so, none of them survived more than a minute afterwards. He would go to great lengths to protect his love ones. What he also doesn't like is when his peers doubt themselves or their abilities. He has high faith in his teammates and hates when hearing "I can't."
Preservation is a trait Zero possesses which is how he keeps his village and himself alive no matter what hardship they come by. He has years of experience and knowledge which gives him the ability to see through and counter any threat with pure clarity and precision. He can create and mobilize tactics quicker than the enemy can counteract which makes him a great strategist and a quick thinker. He has one of the greatest intuitions of his time which he uses to make needed split seconds decisions if they should arise. In the art of keeping oneself alive, Zero is the greatest at this feat. Which is one of the key reasons why he is so powerful today.

Combat Style: Zero is an extremely gifted combatant who has proven to be well diverse in multiple forms of combat given his intense training and natural gifts. Although classifying himself as a long ranged combatant, he is shown to be able to fair well against physical attacks of normal caliber. Possessing a Olympic level body and general knowledge of hand to hand combat, his body can prove to be a formidable weapon to others. Quite often he will equip a weapon to substitute his average Taijutsu with either a kunai or a ninjato. This makes his attacks more lethal than his normal punches and kicks. It can be said that we favors Bukijutsu instead of Taijutsu given his constant use of throwing weapons when forced into close ranged combat.
Elementalism is Zeros strong point when it comes to dealing with enemies as efficiently and quickly as possible. He is a growing master in the art of ranged combat and has been training in the art since birth. His elemental attacks are highly dangerous and versatile. He is a wielder of two powerful basic elements, Doton and Katon, and utilizes them to their finest degree to either alter a landscape or kill. Aside from the basic elements, he is also an advanced element user. He wields the powerful element, Routon, a wax substance that can be super heated to melting like potency. It can be used both offensively and defensively and he has developed an arsenal of techniques utilizing said element. His typical style of execution is melting his enemies in wax in any form possible.
Aside from his Ninjutsu, Zero is proficient in the illusionary art of Genjutsu as well. He has become so familiar to this art to the point where he is comfortable enough to utilize it in direct battle. When deciding that illusions is more suitable than actual Ninjutsu, the situation is typically within close to mid range of a target. Seemingly he opts to switch between Ninjutsu and Genjutsu to confuse his target before delivering the execution. Or, when conducting missions that require absolute espionage and secrecy, he can manipulate his targets by placing them under illusions to mask his presence. He favors illusions that are beautiful in nature, classifying them as "Angelic Illusions" due to their tranquility. The common theme of his illusions are white lotuses due to them being his favorite plant.

Description: Many people have vibrant, stunning personalities. Others can be colder than a Yuki's heart. Restrictions: This cannot be used as a way to perform two jutsu at the same time. Description: the ninja discovers a unique talent which allows them to mix chakra by performing seals with only one hand. With an ability such as this the ninja can fight while also performing jutsu, delivering surprise attacks to their enemies. Since those who can perform one-handed seals are naturally good at what their talents, they are even capable of performing hand seals behind themselves, leaving the enemy oblivious to the ninja's next attack.
Name: Chakra Sensory Rank: B Type: Chakra Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: An 1200 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja awakens a dormant talent they've possessed and develops a new type of sensory. Now being classified as a "Sensor Ninja" the ninja is capable of detecting the presence of other people through a unique application their chakra. This sensory ability has two main facets of function. With the first the user must remaining focused and stationary and as a result the sensor will be able detect their targets from a great distance which can extend to a maximum of 100 meters. In this state they are capable of differentiating a character by their signature chakra alone to such an extent they can pin-point any individual within their sensory limit even if they are surrounded in a crowd. In the midst of combat, this ability is far less refined as the user is unable to maintain the proper focus. Without the proper time and effort a Sensor is only capable of utilizing their inherent sensory at a maximum of 20 meters and the details they gain are far less specific. They are only able to recognize those of a familiar chakra signature with ease and beyond that their abilities are limited to a sense of vague location with no clues in regard to the actions or abilities of their opponents.
Character History:
- Brief History:
Born on a small island hundreds of miles off of Wave Country, Zero was the long expected child of two powerful political figures. His father was a retired Jonin Commander and an adviser of the country's Explosive Corps. His mother worked for the government and proudly took the role as a housewife after the birth of Zero. The small family resided in a exclusive and upscale housing community within the village. Zero was born in a happy household in a beautiful mansion. His was adored from both his mother and father and was heavily pampered.
Upon reaching the age of four, Zero's life of pampering had quickly shifted to one of hardships and training. A massive attacked happened at the mansion which resulted in the death of both of his parents. Luckily, Zero was able to escape before the criminals to locate him. Afterwards, he was taken in by his Uncle, Nate, who began to heavily train him to avenge his parents. Even at a young age Zero was trained in the art of meditation and some easy Ninjutsu techniques. By this time, his kekkei genkai started to emerge, but he was far too young to wield such power yet.
Entering the Academy at a young age, Zero graduated at the top of his class. However, instead of gaining a team and living the traditional life of a shinobi, he was invited to join a special transfer program provided by the villages Kage. This program would permit Zero to joining the Mist Country, who would transfer some of their new shinobi as well as part of a special exchange program for unknown purposes. Having only a year before being transferred, Zero trained intensively under the tutelage of his uncle, learning everything he could about his Hiden, as well as the elements before his departure.
A year later, at the age of twelve, Zero was shipped off the Wave Country along with two other boys. All three of them grew fairly close while they were together on the ship. Upon landing to wave country, the three young exchange students were greeted by a representative from Mist Village and were escorted to the village compounds. Zero was taken to a different sector than his friends and was permanently stationed with a mentor who would soon later become his Jonin.
Unique, powerful, and intelligent, Zero became the only and prized pupil of his Jonin. The two of them grew very close by performing assignments together and even living together at one point. A year later, two new genin where introduced to the team. Although they were equal rank to himself, Zero was for more powerful and superior to them on many levels. Noticed by his Jonin, he appointed Zero as secondary commander of the team. The now full team of shinobi lived the traditional life of ninja, training and performing missions. After passing the Chunin exams, Zero left the group to pursue his own goals while still retaining a close relationship with each of them.
Soon after becoming Chunin, Zero became very fond of another exchange student that was actually with him on his ship to the country. The two boys, both Zero and Hireko, became very fond with each other and soon proceeded to go into a romantic relationship. Having both hailed from Coral Island, both boys retained their culture while living in Mist Country, remaining loyal to both nations. Zero left for the countryside to pursue training in the art of Genjutsu from one of the masters that resided there, leaving Hireko in the heart of Mist Village.

The Administration Building upheld its name for being the most clean and professional of all the great organizations that Kumogakure had to offer. Like most buildings in the village it was rather immense and crafted in stone, to serve for obvious protection against thunder storms and lightning. Although the great Lightning Rods located at the top of the village mountains served as the magnet for the lightning strikes which occasionally radiated from the sky, on rare occasions sometimes one or two bolts will strike the village without warning. Besides the rough rock structure of the building, the Administration was highly decorated with many streamers and drapes. Some say that the Raikage designed the layout of the building herself, while others say its design was dated during the Ninja Wars. Either way it was the perfect spot which served as the nexus for military operations, and also the spot where annoying Genins complained by their unwanted missions.
Kinu stood behind a large wooden desk that was owned and worked upon by a rather stereotypical secretary woman. She had long black hair that was wrapped in a pony tail and a pair of black horn-rimmed glasses that settle perfectly on her pointy nose. Like most villagers in Kumogakure she was dark skinned and muscular, although still retaining her thin a feminine like feature. She supported her head on her hand with only her elbow to secure her stability. It was obvious that she was rather tired this time in the morning, and having Kinu there didn't help the situation. After being informed about a mission the night before by his father Izaku, Kinu decided to leave extra early the morning after to ensure that he would be the first one to arrive. He was always ready for a mission and eager to prove his masculinity and power to his comrades, even though he always gave the image of a dorky schoolboy at times. He was also informed just recently by the desk lady that another Genin will accomplice him in the mission, creating a trio instead of a duo in which he had thought. The lady casually rolled back from her chair and retrieved a letter from behind her desk, and presented it to Kinu in hopes of him taking it. Kinu kindly denied the letter for now, and told the lady he'll take the letter after he uses the restroom.
While in the bathroom Kinu contemplated the layout of the mission and reminisced about what could happen. He had been to Iron Country before but never for mission like purposes such as this. Looking into the clean mirror above the sink, Kinu fixed the imperfections in his clothing. His red over-sized shirt was rather wrinkly as he forgot to iron it before he left his house as usual. Repetitively he would flatten down the wrinkles with his fingers but only to be retaliated by the wrinkles popping back in place. Giving up he moved on to his short black hair which was spiked and combed downward on his head. Rinsing his fingers with the cool water from the sink, he retained some of its moisture and attacked his head with primal ferocity. His hair flung upwards and shook which caused his neat black spikes to turn into nappy black needles. Although quite messy, his hair actually was cool-looking to his perspective.
Finishing up, Kinu exited the restroom and made his way back to the Administration Desk with the intention of waiting a few more hours for his teammates. He walked casually down the large hallway and subconsciously admired its vacuumed and shampooed carpeting. Before turning the corner, the voice of a young boy became heard to Kinu. [/img] Finally turning the hall to greet his teammate, he was beaten by another young man who just entered the door. Kinu caught glimpse of him as he stepped in, a half-way decent looking boy he looked quite average clothe wise. But why on earth was he wearing shades? It was still early morning and the sun didn't even say hello yet. But in any sense he spoken at a tone similar to that of a ghost. "I'll assume that you are my teammate, then... Unagi, Koma. K-O-M-A. Koma." He said as if everyone in the room was mentally retarded. Kinu including the desk woman rolled their eyes, and released a sigh in conjoined harmony.
"Well hello my fellow comrades, its very nice to meet you both..." He greeted with a sarcastic cough that he knew was undetectable. "My name is Kinu Yamazaru, and I guess I'm the last member of this squad. So everyone knows the dealio right?" He said while looking at Karamu. "We take the letter to Iron Country and get it signed by the delegates, sounds easy enough eh?" He said while casually walking pass Unagi and to the door. Kinu grabbed the door knob and opened it with a gentle twist. "Kunoichi first?" He said like a gentlemen.

Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1CP (1CP per post) Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Chakra Cost: 1CP (1CP per post) Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Chakra Cost: Cost of Genjutsu + 2CP Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Because the chakra of each clone is evenly distributed, the user and each clone will contain the same amount of chakra after deducting the initial chakra cost. All remaining chakra on the clone after it is dispersed is refunded to the user. Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: - Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. After forming the needed hand seal, the user will place their hand over their head and cause a large amount of mist to gather. This mist is extremely difficult to see through from someone not of Kirigakure, who are used to looking through heavy mists, and are more able to do combat while within said mist. The jutsu involves kneading chakra into the mist, allowing the user to create extremely thick or thin levels of mist. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick mist but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the mist. A C-Rank Fuuton Jutsu can dispel the mists. - Routon Ninjutsu:
Name: Wax Release - Wax Blob. Rank: C. Type: Ninjutsu, Hiden Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Routon [Wax]. Description: Routon; Wax Blob is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Ootenkai clan members which incorporates the wax element. This is a basic technique that is usually executed for a quick assault that requires not much preparation. After forming a single seal, the user ejects a large glob of hot wax at the target area with enough substance to cover 3m in diameter of land. Chakra Cost: 7CP
Name: Wax Release - Snake Skin Armor Technique. Rank: C. Type: Ninjutsu, Hiden. Range: N/A. Element: Routon. Description: This technique utilizes Zero's Routon element in its hardened stage. It requires no hand seals but intense concentration to be able to mold. Using this technique, Zero can cover himself in a compacted layer of clear wax, providing an additional defense should any other fail. Its durability is as effective as common stone, which provides great defense but also weights the user down by a quarter of his natural speed. Techniques of of the same rank will simply destroy the armor, yet those more powerful will still harm Zero. Should the wax skin shield be damaged, its will crack off the skin of Zero and reveal his true skin beneath. Chakra Cost: 5[2].
Name: Wax Release - Wax Blob Assault. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu, Hiden. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Routon [Wax]. Description: Routon; Wax Blob Assault is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Ootenkai clan members which incorporates the wax element. This is a dangerous direct fire technique used for for taking out multiple targets at once are putting heavy fire onto a single point. This is a more powerful variant of the Wax Blob technique that fires a single blob of wax at a target. This technique, however, fires five blobs of wax instead of just one. Each blob has enough potency to cover 3m in diameter, which only accumulates when all globes are used together. Chakra Cost: 13CP
Name: Wax Release - Flawless Wax Emergence. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu, Hiden. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Routon [Wax]. Description: This technique was developed by Zero of the Ootenkai clan which utilizes the Routon element. In an attempt to develop a technique with the purpose of ensnaring multiple enemies at on once, this technique was created. Its activation is followed by a short string of hand seals and releasing ones chakra into the ground. Small pockets of wax will start to emerge from the ground, until eventually within a two post span, the whole ground will be covered in sticky wax which will harden to stone durability. Those caught within the first post of activation will be glued to the wax and unable to move effectively. In the second post their feet will be essentially turned to stone and unable to move their legs in any fashion. With the addition of a fire technique, the wax can be super heated to its Hot Stage. Chakra Cost: C[6] B[12] CP
Name: Wax Release - Wax Oni Armor. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu, Hiden. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Routon [Wax]. Description: This technique was developed by Zero of the Ootenkai clan which utilizes the Routon element. After molding the chakra necessary to initiate this technique, Zero envelops his entire body in a coating of hot wax that enhances the damage of his physical attacks by giving them scorching qualities. Due to the extreme heat generated by the wax, he is capable of burning the target without coming into direct contact with him within a range of 30cm. The heat generated from the armor causes the air around him to become blurred, providing visual indication that its super heated to possibly provide a warning for enemies. It is enough to cause second to second degree burns to a target when exposed within two posts. The shaping of his armor is delicate despite its nature. Making Zero appear like a armored Japanese Oni (Demon). Chakra Cost: 12[3] CP
Name: Wax Release - Black Widow Web. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu, Hiden. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Long (10m+). Element: Routon [Wax]. Description: A dangerous technique utilizing the Routon element. Zero forms a dragon hand seal and releases a huge stream of scolding hot wax into a targeted area. Whilst airborne, the wax expands into a delicate web like construct before splashing onto the ground and delivering a scorching hot effect. It is known to cause severe second degree burning to its victim. Substantial exposure can lead to third degree burns if the wax isn't removed before it cools. It expands to cover an area of ten meters in diameter, and can shoot as far as twenty meters. Because of its size and range, it is typically used to take out clusters of people at once. Chakra Cost: 11CP
Name: Wax Release - Wax Wall. Rank: C-B. Type: Ninjutsu, Hiden. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Routon [Wax]. Description: Routon; Wax Wall is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Ootenkai clan members which incorporates the wax element. This is a defensive based technique that uses the hardened stage of wax to obstruct incoming attacks. After executing the needed handseals, the user spews an enormous torrent of wax from their mouth and molds into a wall possessing immense durability due to its wax consistency. When used in close range the wall reaches roughly 5m in height and length, and twice that amount for mid range. Chakra Cost: C[6] B[12] CP

Name: Earth Release - Underground Submarine Voyage. Rank: C. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Doton (Earth). Description: Doton • Dochuu Senkou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user can sink below ground and quickly travel through the earth. Chakra Cost: 6 [2].
Name: Earth Release - Earth Style Wall. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m). Element: Doton (Earth). Description: Doton • Doryuu Heki is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attack. Chakra Cost: 12.
Name: Earth Release - Weighted Rock Technique. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m). Element: Doton (Earth). Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will turn an object touching him or her into stone. This process increases the weight of the object and can also be used against organic material. When he or she is elevated, the petrifaction process will cause the material to fall away and crash into the floor below. Chakra Cost: 15.
Name: Earth Release - Stone Lodging Destruction. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu . Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+). Element: Doton (Earth). Description: Doton • Iwa Yado Kuzushi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside. Chakra Cost: 14.
Name: Earth Release - Earth Dome Prison. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Doton (Earth). Description: Doton Kekkai • Dorou Doumu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around their opponents. Placing his/her hands against the dome he/she is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside at a rate of 7CP per post and bring it into his/her own body. At the same time the user will use his/her own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him/her to repair any damage his/her opponents manage to inflict on the inside. The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from the user, it becomes more and more weak. Allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force. Chakra Cost: 15 [3].
- Katon Ninjutsu:
Name: Fire Release - Great Fireball Technique. Rank: C. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m). Element: Katon (Fire). Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Chakra Cost: 5 [2].
Name:Fire Release - Mist Waltz Technique. Rank: C. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Katon (Fire). Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball. Chakra Cost: 8.
Name: Fire Release - Running Fire. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Katon (Fire). Description: This jutsu will create a pair of jets made from fire that can be manipulated into several forms before striking the target and surrounding them. This fire can be made more powerful with the introduction of wind from a wind element attack. Chakra Cost: 12 [3].
Name: Fire Release - Fire Dragon Flame Projectile. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m). Element: Katon (Fire). Description: The user kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. Since the art of having the flames obey the user's will is outrageously difficult, its mastery is restricted to a limited number of skillful shinobi. Chakra Cost: 15 [4].
Name: Fire Release - Great Dragon Fire Technique. Rank: B. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+). Element: Katon (Fire). Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could be severely burned. No more than 3 extra fireballs may be created. Chakra Cost: 15 (+5 for each additional fireball).
- Genjutsu:
Name: Angelic Illusion: White Lotus Dispersal. Rank: C. Type: Genjutsu. Medium: Optical. Range: Close (0m - 5m). Element: - Description: If the user comes under attack, he can use this technique to cover his escape. After forming the needed hand seals, the user's body will disperse into a shower white lotuses. These petals will confuse and distract his opponent while the user escapes or hides. This technique works very similarly to substitution, but can also be used to delude the enemy with more deceptive based Genjutsu. Chakra Cost: 5.
Name: Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Hell Viewing Technique. Rank: D. Type: Genjutsu. Medium: Single-Target. Range: Line of Sight. Element: - Description: Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. If the target sees these leaves, the Gen jutsu will be cast. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion. Chakra Cost:4 (1 per post).
Name: Angelic Illusion: Lotus Petal Dissolve. Rank: B. Type: Genjutsu. Medium: Singer-Target. Range: - Element: - Description: If the user becomes trapped in a Mental Genjutsu or wants to appear to be trapped she or he can disperse into a shower of white lotus petals. In order to do so, the user must first realize that they are in fact inside of a Genjutsu. With this technique these petals will fly around and consume her or his targets, dissolving their bodies away. This jutsu may only be used as a counter to Mental Genjutsu. Chakra Cost: 11 (3 per post)
Name: Angelic Illusion: Tree Shrine Binding. Rank: B. Type: Genjutsu. Medium: Single-Target. Range: Close, Mid. Element: - Description: After forming the needed hand seals the user will disappear and approach their target. Once near the subject, a beautiful tree with white leaves will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, the user will appear from the tree itself and stab her/his target with a kunai. Chakra Cost: 13 (3 per post)
Name: Genjutsu Interrogation Technique. Rank: B. Type: Genjutsu. Medium: Single-Target. Range: Close (0m - 5m). Element: - Description: To try and break the (captured) target’s will, the users puts them under a Genjutsu sensory spell. This is to make the target give as much information as possible. However, if the target is of higher rank than the caster; the afflicted will be able to resist better. If not freed, they will eventually fall victim to it once their willpower runs dry. The target must be restrained, else they may simply release this Genjutsu due to its obvious nature. Chakra Cost: 13 (3 per post).
Name: Angelic Illusion: Divine Lotus Dancing. Rank: B. Type: Genjutsu. Medium: Single Target. Range: Close, Mid. Element: None. Description: The Kamihasu no Odori is one of Zero's signature Genjutsu spells that incorporates his trademark white lotus petals and deceptive nature. It is activated upon the formation of two hand seals and channeling his chakra to his target's nervous system. This tranquil illusion disperses him into a humongous cloud of white lotus that covers the field with it's contents and blurs the vision of the target. He can move within the field while coating his movements in lotuses, making his movements hidden from his enemy until he strikes. He will proceed to attack his oppoennt while vanishing and reappearing in the storm of white lotuses, dancing around him or her while slicing them. Chakra Cost: 10 [3].

| Before you get too far ahead, given that Enzo is still vaguely around you would need his permission to join his clan, which given that he's requested it to be archive, seems unlikely for you to get.

| So the same day I post my character, it gets denied because miraculously the creator of the clan wants to archive it after its been sitting there since January of last year? That's crazy.
Whatever. I can remake it better anyway. Or I'll use one of my own clans. Whichever I decide I'll give you an update notice. |

| The creator of the clan which needed either creator or Admin permission to join, wanted his clan removed so that people would stop attempting to use it without either of those permissions being obtained. He's still semi-around the site and it is his clan so it was his perogitive for it to be archived.
In regards to your current edits, given the nature of the Haretsu Clan and it's abilities it does require Admin permission and as you have already obtained one 'limited' slot in regards to your rank, I am going to have to ask you to make a choice between one or the other as to give two of said slots to the same person seems rather unfair.

| I appreciate all the help you've given me LaD, buts your request is ridiculous. And I say that with all do love and respect. I've been getting B.S. ever since coming back here and if its not one things its another at this point.
The Chunin spot I requested for was to compensate for the fact that I couldn't retrieve my Jinchuriki character because someone else had the spot. That's totally fine. But I spent months writing and performing missions on a B-rank spot that I "earned". I haven't read anywhere that the Heretsu need admin approval, If I missed it I'm sorry to be mistaken. As far as I know you're telling me through word or mouth. Lastly, it is quite elitist to sit there and say you can only give admin approval to one of my requests, cause you have deemed it would be unfair for some odd reason. U.S. Administration is now too high and mighty to grant two requests now?
And again, I apologies if I come off as rude. But its ridiculous to come back as lesser than B-rank when I worked for it before I left just because. Any other case I would have just brought back my old character if he wasn't a Host. |

Hold the train. You did not get approved for the Gobi because you went inactive and it was given to someone else only a short while ago. You then when and applied for a custom clan without seeking either the creator's or the Admin's permission as noted within the rules (and quoted below). To which you made a clan. Elitist would be me refusing your request on a basis of your skill or lack there of as the case may be, such as reserving all limited spots for only the most advanced of RP-ers as it stands the clan requires Admin permission and given the power of said clan, much like the Uchiha and giving someone two limited spots without extenuating circumstances is not something I will abide by. It is not elitist to make sure that limited slots are spread between the member base. - Quote :

That self entitlement does not do much for your case. As it stands you are applying for two 'limited' positions, it has nothing to do with bast achievement.

| - Custom Special Characteristic: As it stands you cannot give a static buff to all ranged attacks given that all techniques by description have a dynamic speed in that it varies with each technique.
- Routon: Snake Skin Armor Technique: You should describe what rank of damage would break the armor. Mind you, the standard scale is equal to the rank of the technique will destroy it and/or equal or higher to the chakra cost. Further, hardening the wax to the same level as something akin to stone is entirely unrealistic. Wax in general is a very malleable substance even in a hardened state, the only way to remove that quality would be to super freeze it.
Routon: Flawless Wax Emergence: How big are these pockets at each rank. See above about the hardness and solidification in relation to utilizing stone as a descriptor.
- Routon: Wax Oni Armor: Reduce the range of the possible burns to a maximum of 30cm from the surface of the armor. How severe are the burns ?
- Routon: Black Widow Web: The stream would hit the ground the moment it expanded larger than 3m given that the air resistance would drag it down right quick, thus rendering its 20m range null unless used from an aerial strike. Regardless, in either usage the stream would solidify really quick give n that wax does not retain heat well, especially given that one must assume that if the wax is expanding it is not super thick. Further there is no way the wax is going to be able to melt 'anything it touches' for both obvious reasons and the same as I mentioned above. At most it could set fire to low burning level un-doused objects like clothing or dry grass/wood. If it expands in in mid flight right, how could it cover 10m if the center point of the attack is less than 2m? If it expands 5m in each direction it will hit the ground at 2m.
- Angelic Illusion: Ghost Dancing: As it stands unless you have some form of approved focus (see the Genjutsu Guide) you cannot preform the technique without hand seals, further you also need some form of trigger for the technique.
- Angelic Illusion: Lotus Dancing: Given that it's a multi target Genjutsu and as such it would require more focus and be more mentally strenuous on the user, your movement should be limited.

There are several clans on here with simple things such as paper or glass can be hardened to steel-like quality with chakra, so mine isn't too far fetched.
Routon: Flawless Wax Emergence: Well the pockets are ever expanding and multiplying until it covers its maximum range within a two post span. Since it continuously grows into a pool I don't see the sense of adding a size to the pockets since they're not static.
Routon: Wax Oni Armor: Okay. Added.
Routon: Black Widow Web: If you wanted to utilize the technique in its full effect you would of course aim it into the air so it will have time to fully expand. But of course until it hits a surface its size will scale with its distance. For every 2m it expands 1m.
Angelic Illusion: Ghost Dancing: Replaced.
