Amy's gone, it's official and it's been a thing for a long time just wasn't official.

It sucks to post this so soon after her departure and I'm one of the people who were touched the most by her departure (I didn't know her as much as I've wanted to but she was one of the people you always thought would be here, without Amy the site somehow won't be the same).

The problem remains - Konoha needs a Hokage, needed it ever since Amy left, there are teams that need to be made and village to be taken care of. I don't care who it is but make it an existing character, both Nuclear Treerat's and Captain Konoha's characters fit the profile, don't make a new char and force people to go with it. Stick with ye olde fartes.

I wouldn't mind being Hokage, it would probably make sense to have Yoroi follow up on Kimiko, seeing as she used to be his teacher, sister and protective figure. She taught him that protecting the village was more important than just protecting himself, and I more or less shaped my character into that. He was originally supposed to become a Nukenin, though Kimiko pretty much changed that around, as did characters like Mana, Meiko, Kiyomi, Nomi etc etc etc.

On that page, Toshiro was pretty much her husband and an S ranked shinobi like Yoroi, so it could really be either one of us. We're both pretty active around the site, so it pretty much comes down to what other people and staff want. Just putting that IC bit out there.

For real, I hate to say it, but the last reliable Kage either side had was Miguel. Enzo, Darius, Kyle, Chris, Tora, Amy- if they last more than a month before archiving their respective Kage, activity is still in the toilet. It's cray-cray.

Eh Miguel kind of left us in a lurch to. At this point I don't think there has been one Kage who both kept active throughout their term and gave warning when they planned to step down.

That aside I guess I'll throw my hat into the ring for the spot as well. I was kind of suspecting this would happen with September creeping up and not one peep from Amy so I started making plans for what to do with the village.

Though I thoroughly expect to see Amy back in six months or so.
