Physical Appearance:
Head: Masato's hair is a dark pitch black color, and reminds people of black velvet because of it's silky smoothness. The hair is slightly messy, and at medium length, it hangs down covering his left eye down to about his upper cheek bone. The hair there is in slight segments, so you can see in between them. The other side is parted so that it goes to the left eye, and stays out of his face on that side. The top of his hair is parted to the left, but not very far from the middle. His face has a soft slenderness to it, but still has a slightly pointed chin. He has a small, petite nose that slightly curves up, and his eyes are slightly close together. His eyes are a rich, beautiful blue color, and they look segmented as if cut out of a diamond.
Upper Body: Masato has a slightly wider chest then most, due to his immense and strict training regimen. His upper muscles are well defined, and you are able to see the muscles on his sides and chest with ease. His collar bones are slightly more curved than most, but not really noticeable unless you are a medical ninja. Over his chest, he wears a dark green Kung-Fu robe made out of a denim-like material. This robe is ripped at the shoulders, and at a little below the waist. It is partly closed, exposing a little bit of the higher part of Masato's chest. It has thick borders where it closes, that look like a big, solid stripe along the edge of the parts that fold over each other to close the robe. Right where the heart is, there is the Mist Village's symbol, in blazing bright gold, and below it states, in kanji, "Fan the Flames."
Mid Section: Masato's midsection has well defined muscles, that look as though he himself was sculpted out of stone, rather than flesh. He has eight highly defined, highly visible abs, along with the muscles on the sides slightly showing. His midsection is covered by his robe, but also adorns a beautiful black silk body band around it. The body band is about four inches thick, hiding a little of his abs, but they are still slightly visible. The body band is adorned with a highly decorative gold dragon running the length of it.
Arms: Masato's arms are slightly thin, but well defined, showing almost every muscle in the arm with some detail. On his left arm, near his elbow, he has a rather large scar running from the tip of the elbow to the middle of the forearm. The scar looks slightly like a lightning bolt, and is neat, like it was cut from his arm. His hands are slightly bony, and have callouses over the knuckles. The palms of his hands are soft and smooth, and they would probably be good for hand modeling(lol). His hands are wrapped in white bandage, from the knuckle up to just before the elbow, hiding most of the scar on Masato's left arm.
Lower Body: Masato's legs are defined, like the rest of his body, and are very strong. He has moderately sized feet, no one would call them large. His knees are bony, just like his knuckles, and are slightly offset, the left knee to the right and vice-versa. Most of the time, Masato wears dark green monk pants made of the same material as his shirt, only slightly darker. The pants have no zipper of any kind, but the stitching is so that it hides the pockets and such. The pants are also ripped at the ankles. Masato's ankles are tied like his hands with bandages, but only a small strip on each ankle. He wears normal black kung-fu slippers, with gold kanji symbols on each of them. "Heaven" on his left shoe, and "Hell" on his right.
Overall: Masato's skin is a slightly tan color, like a mixture of vanilla and coffee colors giving him a very rich tan. He is four feet, nine inches tall which is tall for a thirteen year old. Overall, he just looks like a fighter, but he also looks mysterious. His dark hair and toned body make him very handsome, but his face is still very soft and beautiful.
Personality:
Cunning: Masato is very smart, and will often use large, elaborate traps against his opponents, using a series of genjutsu and ninjutsu to finish the job. He often misleads his opponents about his true intentions, such as his looks that make him appear as a fighter or taijutsu user, but in actuality he uses his brains more than brawn.
Lethal: Masato isn't the one to f**k around, especially when he is on a mission. He is one of those people who get sh*t done, and fast. He isn't outlandish, he uses ruthless efficiency to get the job done as quickly as possible and with the least amount of danger to his team mates. He also knows what will bring down the opponent or target quickly and with the least amount of hassle.
Prodigy: Masato was trained from a very young age to be a great ninja. His parents were excellent Uchiha members, and trained his chakra levels early, so that he would be able to learn fire style jutsu before he even entered the academy. He has a ton of book smarts, and study in libraries or his family's personal study whenever he can to learn more about everything.
Friend: Masato doesn't really know how to show it in the conventional ways, but he is a loyal friend. He won't openly hug his friends, but he will give them advice, or gifts in the form of battle equipment. He has a hard time showing emotions, which is why his friends might find him as cold.

The Uchiha have a number of traits which set them apart from the normal ninja. First off being that they all seem to have black hair. Also, every one in this clan has a main element of fire. They seem to be very proficient in the three basic jutsu arts of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu (This does not mean Uchiha characters can have three specialties), and are usually known as the elite brand of shinobi. Uchiha generally seem to work with their speed rather then raw brute strength and are very agile and quick.
Kekkei Genkai:
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any hand seals.
The Mangekyō Sharingan ( Literally meaning Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye) is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, and erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be alleviated by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The techniques used by this eye vary from person to person and is limited to one technique per eye. It can be achieved by the killing of someone who is very close to the user as a display of being willing to sacrifice anything for power. This can not be fooled and be a fake friend. It must be a real and true strong connection so it takes a certain kind of individual to be able to get it. It can also be gotten by extremely brutal and long training, taking many years to obtain of constant hard work and dedication, though the person can not be aiming for it and it actually just happens at random. Even with the hardest work, it is possible for an Uchiha to never achieve this level of eye mastery.

Background Information
History:
Birth and Early Childhood Arc: Masato was born into a powerful family of Uchihas, that moved into the Mist village after their son was born. They decided to only have one son, so they could focus the attention on raising and training him. They were very supportive of their young Masato, and even played music for him while he was a baby. This stimulated growth for the tiny infant, and enabled him to learn from his parents faster. When Masato was about eight months old, he started to walk, which was pretty early than most other kids.
When Masato was five years old, he started to learn about the history of the clan, and the ways of the ninja. This set him up, and changed his personality slightly. He was becoming soft, and began to depend on his parents a little too much, so they decided to alienate him, only letting him near them when they were training. This made Masato cold, and unable to show his feelings to anyone. This also prepared him for the ninja world.
Academy Arc: When Masato turned ten years old, he was able to join the ninja academy, which he joined rather quickly and excitedly. It was back in the days near the end of the Bloody Mist, so the kids there still had to fight to the death. Masato was really good at fighting, due to the countless hours that his parents spent training him, and as soon as he was supposed to take his exit exam, another student's parent gave Masato a horrible scar on his arm, by using a Raiton attack.
Masato's parents then gave him the love that he deserved, and so Masato recovered, and then went to face the final exam again. He had to repeat the ninja academy, which didn't take him as long as the first time, so he was able to take his entry exam at the age of twelve, against the kid whos parent gave him the scar. The kid taunted Masato, which made him angry, so Masato activated his Sharingan on him, and quickly destroyed him. The parent was so infuriated, that he went after Masato with a vengeance. Masato was doing so well, so his parents stepped in, and killed the man.
Masato's parents had saved him, which made Masato tear up a little bit, but then forced them back down when he saw his parents get attacked from behind by some of the friends of the kids father. At the site of his parents getting hurt, Masato's sharingan activated by itself, and the three people fended off the attackers. Masato was then declare a genin of the Mist.
Genin Arc: Masato decided to try and do some missions for the Mist, and set out to get assigned to a team.

Kei had scheduled to meet up with another genin to be on his team for a huge fight that was going to take place soon. As he walked into the area where they were going to fight, an old abandoned quarry, he started to look around to see if there were any good tactical advantages that he could take advantage of. It was a quarry, so there were huge blocks of rock everywhere, each with different numbers on them symbolizing different things to the people who collected them for stone. The quarry had been recently abandoned due to lack of funding, but some of the wooden rigs were still there. There was a tall crane-mechanism up above the quarry, with ropes attached to wood boards, making a sort of huge bridge above the entire area.
The entire area had a huge depression, meaning the entire area sloped downward toward the center, until the center is 100 feet lower than the outer edges, making the entire area like a huge bowl of sorts. There are a few small buildings that resemble shacks all over the area, expendable buildings for temporary use for the workers. There were glass windows on the buildings, and some of the buildings were very large, sometimes even as big as a large manor. Kei looked on at a few places that would be good for fighting, and then checked to make sure he had everything he needed. He had his two monkey puppets on his back, wrapped in cloth to conceal them, his favorite weapons, the Hammer Fists, and a bunch of miscellaneous ninja items like wire, kunai, shuriken, and a few other things that he knew he had. He then patiently waited for the other people to arrive.
