Hello! Im Kid. I have been roleplaying for quite a few years on sites like One piece grand adventure. I was wondering about the level of technology on this site before I make a character. I wanted to make a cyborg related clan, with in built and high tech weapons, such as guns, would this be possible? Anyway, I hope I have a good time.

The problem with the Narutoverse is that we currently don't really know all that much about their technology. They have fridges, televisions and cheap flying contraptions, but it's a given that guns and such aren't in their world (mostly because real-life ninja think poorly of guns, or so I've heard). It's difficult to guess what would be allowed and what wouldn't, but it never hurts to try.
