just a quick question. If I take the ANBU profession do I get the equipment and jutsu for free or do I have to buy it?

I got my cloak for free, but I think I'd have to buy everything else. It's kinda implied that you get the cloak for free anyway tho. Maybe if you have weaponry you might get the weapons for free? Since I don't have weaponry it would probably make sense that I'd have to pay for it. IDK

You have to buy the stuff. Being a part of the profession merely allows you access to the Jutsu and Items it offers.

The uniform in and of itself is free, as it's technically un-ranked; all the other profession items, however, must be bought.
