Mission Objective: A new religious cult was sighted in Kirigakure, their strange rituals are intimidating the administration so they want a ninja to look into the strange rituals and at their discretion decide how it would be wiser to deal with the cult. If their rituals are harmless they'd be best left alone and if they're harmful to the village it is advised to take the whole cult out.

Mission Objective: A lot of rumors started reaching the Kirigakure Police force that a local big cheese of crime is plotting something big, there is reason to think that it may even concern Konoha as one rumor says that the man plans to spread out, seeing how Nakotsumi Mana is in Kirigakure she can shoot two birds with one stone by helping out both villages by finding out the man's plans and to deal with the man if it is necesarry.

Mission Objective: A prisoner has escaped a remote containment facility in Fire Country, only some of his fellow gang members may know where he is hiding. The assignment is to infiltrate the facility, obtain information about the possible hiding facilities of the prisoner and then capture the prisoner dead or alive and return him to the said facility.

Lexi is correct. A prisoner escaping from the Water Country falls under Kirikagure jurisdiction. If you were the one to intercept him, we would send out Kirikagure Shinobi to get him back from you, by force or otherwise.
