Ninjutsu Adept question

So I have ninjutsu adept which subtracts 25%(rounded up) from the chakra cost of any ninjutsu I use. I also have the elemental proficiency for Wind which subtracts 25%(rounded up again) from any wind technique I use so if I use Wind Ninjutusu do I subtract 25% then another 25% or do I just subtract 50% and have it all good and done?

Only 25% for wind techs, 20% for other ninjutsu techs. Rounded up of course. The percents do not stack.
