Alright, since I originally instated this, I got it. Which means to say I read this and while I originally meant for this to be two separate arcs, you did a good job combining it into one post. You might have been able to go into more detail about some of the training had you made it two posts, but over all, good job. Approved, but if Adam or John want to read this to clarify the quality of this, they can feel free.
