I have a complaint, plain and simple. For weapons especially, the staff is not at all consistent. They don't seem to know what level of tech is allowed, etc. My character has a contact explosive that is very volatile and prone to accidents. This explosive is a C rank. Another character applies for a contact explosive in a modern type of device with buttons replacing a pin (mine don't even get a pin) that isn't volatile or dangerous to carry around and not only is it approved, but as a D rank.

D ranks are by our definition: Good quality or rare weapon but otherwise mundane. Seems awfully high tech for a mundane weapon to me. It's like having a glock when our time line has people with smooth bore muskets. I think it was done because (barring S rank ninja) the highest ranked weapon a non weapon user can use is D rank.

I feel ripped off as a dedicated weapons user who put time and energy into making tech that fits our gaming universe, only to have a non-weapon user get the safe and reliable +1 version. Does this mean I get a nuke when I reach S rank, if D rank is allowed at this tech level? Or does this simply mean the staff has no idea what they are doing when they approve weapons.

Go low tech, or go high tech, but don't be an inconsistent jerk. I would make a suggestion on how to fix this issue, but it has been made clear to me that no one will take it to heart anyways. I'm probably talking to myself right now anyways.

I have to agree, Weaponry is an issue that needs to be sorted out completely. Hage was our weapons expert but with his absence we will have to devise some system for it together. I do agree with you here, Steven.

I could work on a system for Weaponry... I've been seeing it as an obvious issue on many sites.
