| So, it's pretty simple. Sometimes, I get just plain get the inspiration for jutsu that aren't really usable by my character. So, I'll throw them up here, open to anyone that wants to have them. Bare in mind, I'll work on these jutsu much as I can before throwing them up, but you may still need to tweak them for proper moderator approval once it comes time to purchase them. Most of the sections will also mainly be placeholders for when I come up with ideas. Without further ado, the jutsu.

Name: Yōso no Renshū - Element Practice Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: Variable Description: The most simplistic of techniques, it is precisely what is says on the tin; practicing elemental manipulation. The technique serves no purpose in battle, but simply serves to give one practice with their respective elements, and more importantly, using elemental chakra. Those with an affinity with fire focus on the raging ferocity of the flame, generating small flames along their fingers and palms, shifting them back and forth from hand to hand. Those with an affinity for wind focus on the free-flowing, easy-going but erratic nature of wind, coaxing the air into tiny whirlwinds in the palms of their hands, spinning leaves like tops. Those with an affinity for lightning focus their minds on the wild, erratic, spastic and unpredictable nature of lightning, tracing small sparks in electrical patterns from hand to hand. Those with an affinity for earth focus on the resilient, unyielding nature of stone, taking small rocks and pebbles and slowly shaping them in their hands. Those with an affinity for water focus on the flowing, flexible nature of water, gathering a small trickle and coaxing it into intricate patterns with their fingers. Chakra Cost: 1 per post
Name: Bakudan o peinto - Paint Bomb Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close(0-5M) Element: N/A Description: One of Garuga's first pranking techs, it's really quite simple; Garuga attaches an explosive tag to a paint canister, throws it, and sets the tag off. The tag explodes, spraying a mist of paint across a five meter area. Can be mildly irritating if breathed in, can temporarily blind is it gets in the eyes. If the user does not take care, they can be caught in the jutsu as well. Best to give it a good throw. Chakra Cost: 1

Courtesy of Blaine Name: Kiken Bakudan o peinto - Dangerous Paint Bomb Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close(0-5M)-Medium(0-10M) Element: Katon Description: Based off of one of Garuga's first pranking techs, like the original it's really quite simple; Garuga attaches an explosive tag to a paint canister, throws it, and sets the tag off. The difference being the amount of fire elemental chakra he imbues into the tag. Since he infuses the tag with his own chakra, and an A ranks worth it is quite deadly and he can set it off at will. The tag explodes, spraying a mist of boiling paint and flames across a ten meter area. In an instant the paint inside is boiled and can melt through flesh alone. This speaks nothing of the maelstrom of flames unleashed from the incendiary device with reduces anything within a three meter radius to ashes. If the user does not take care, they can be caught in the jutsu as well. Best to give it a good throw. Chakra Cost: 20

Name:Sora o Yakiharau - Burn Down the Sky Rank:S Type:Ninjutsu Range: Mid-Long (5M-10M+) Element: Katon/Fire Description:Gathering a large amount of chakra, the user creates two large, exceedingly dense orbs of fire, one in each hand, casting them up into the air. The fireballs will then arc down, to varying effect depending on how the user manipilates the chakra, yielding one of the following effects; Unchanged, to two orbs will simply strike the ground and explode, each explosion covering an area 5 meters in diameter with A-rank flames; the orbs will split into 2 each, the four flames now striking and covering an area 3m each in B-rank flames; the orbs split into 4 each, resulting in 8 total, each orb impacting and covering an area 1 meter in diameter with C-rank flames. I should be noted that the user need not arc the fireballs into the air, being capable of tossing them like softballs. However, doing so puts the user in danger of having the technique go off too close to them, catching them in the crossfire. Chakra Cost:38 CP

Name: Mirā Sekai - Mirror World Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Medium: Area of Effect Range: (Cast Range) Very Close (0-1.5M) (Effective Range) Close (0-3M) Description: After a string of handseals, the user casts their chakra across the surrounding aread, ensnaring any within one and a half meters of them. Within the confines of the illusion which covers three meters, targets will find their senses skewed and reversed. Sounds will appear to originate from the opposite direction, the caster will appear to be to their left instead of right, their attempts to move left will seem to move right. This applies even to attacks. However this flip is only left and right it has no effect on forward and backward directions. Though it is possible to dispel with kai, doing so is difficult without extreme concentration, as the one attempting to dispel will find their hands moving in the opposite directions of how they intend, like trying to position them based on a mirror. Illusion loses effect upon leaving range of jutsu, which originates from the caster. Has a maximum duration of four posts (of the caster). Chakra Cost: 25 CP (5 CP per post)

Name: Sen Honō no Ame - Rain of a Thousand Flames Rank: S Type: Genjutsu Medium: Area of Effect Range: Close (0-5m) Element: N/A Description: Completing a long string of hand seals, the genjutsu is cast across an area 5 meters in diameter, with the user at the center, lasting up to 6 posts. Within the illusion, the sky roils with smoky, black clouds, blotting out the sun. At this point, the clouds begin to belch out a rain of fire, raining it down in orbs by the dozens, even hundreds, with the fireballs ranging from the size of one's fist to as big as a skull. Where stricken, the user will feel real pain, as if assaulted by a C-rank katon/fire attack. An inconvenience on its own, but disatrous from the sheer number of flames being rained down from the sky. Though it is possible to dispel the illusion with Kai, the sheer volume of the raining fire makes it difficult, if not outright impossible, to concentrate long enough, forcing them to be on the move constantly lest they be overwhelmed. Leaving the range of the illusion will cease the effects, though the illusion will resume immediately if the afflicted falls back within range. Dying within the illusion, as a result of the falling flames, puts the afflicted within a genjutsu-coma. Chakra Cost: 38CP (10 per post)

Name: Bakuhatsu-teki Fūin - Explosive Seal Rank: D Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0M) Description: A simple seal, the kind that is used for making explosive tags. This allows the user to create their own, or otherwise inscribe different objects with the seals, provided they have the means to place the seals, either with ink or Finger Engraving. Each use provides enough chakra to create 3 effective seals, each with a single tag's worth of power. Chakra Cost: 4 CP (3 to create seals, 1 to set seals off)

Name: Oki Bakuhatsu-teki Fūin - Greater Explosive Seal Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0-2M) Description: Similar in concept to the Explosive seal, only instead of being activated by the user, these seals act on a proximity alert, going off explosively when a foreign chakra signature (ie, someone other than the user) enters the range of the seal. These seals can be placed on the terrain, though a bright yellow glow will give away their location. These seals have the power and according range of 5 explosive tags. Chakra Cost: 6 CP
Name: Shui Fuin - Perimeter Seal Rank: C Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close-Far (0-10m+) Element: Raiton/Katon/None Description: A specialized seal the involves creating five tags and spreading them around an area; four corner tags, while the fifth tag is place upon the user. So long as these tags are in place, they create a light, intagible barrier. Physically, this barrier is invisible, and does nothing to keep a foe out. However, should a foreign chakra signature cross the barrier, the fifth tag will flare up, alerting the user that their perimeter has been breached. Typically alerts the user simply by lighting up, though a user with the Raiton element can prep the seal to give them a small shock, or burn them with Katon if they possess that element. Chakra Cost: 7CP
Name: Keihō Fuin - Alarm Seal Rank: C Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close-Far (0-10m+) Element: Fuuton/None Description: Similar to the perimeter seal, this seal consists of creating five tags and spreading them across an area, four corners and one central tag. It too creates a non-physical barrier, but differs in function; when a foreign chakra signature crosses the barrier, and provided the user imbibes the seals with Fuuton chakra, all five tags will begin to emit a high, shrill, alarm-like shriek. Without the fuuton element, the seals can simply be set to explode. Chakra Cost: 8CP
B-rank

Name: Kaitō Fuin - Decompression Seal Rank: B Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0-5M) Element: Fuuton Description: Transcribing the seal where and as they please, the user activates it at their leisure. Upon activation, the seal rapidly siphons air from the surrounding area, creating a vacuum effect within 5 meters of the seal. Those within the range will find it hard to breath, creating a moment of disorientation. Upon gathering the air, the seal then shapes it before releasing it all at once in a single concussive blast. Anything in the line of fire of the concussive wave will be assaulted as if by a B-rank fuuton gust. Chakra Cost: 13 CP
Name: Kaminari Wana Fuin - Lightning Trap Seal Rank: B Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0-5M) Element: Raiton Description: After carefully enscribing the seal on a flat surface, the user imbibes the seal with Raiton chakra. When a foe walks across the seal, it will unleash this chakra all at once, in a small-scale AoE attack. Targets within 2 meters of the seal will be inflicted with damage equivalent to a B-rank bolt, including partial paralysis and 1st degree burns. Anything from 3-5m will be shocked as if by a C-rank bolt; outside of 5 meters will be unaffected, as this is beyond the seal's effective range. Chakra Cost: 13CP
Name: Kasai Wana Fuin - Fire Trap Seal Rank: B Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0-5M) Element: Katon Description: After carefully enscribing the seal on a flat surface, the user imbibes the seal with Katon chakra. When a foe walks across the seal, it will unleash this chakra all at once, in a small-scale AoE attack. Targets within 2 meters of the seal will be inflicted with damage equivalent to a B-rank flame, yielding second degree burns.. Anything from 3-5m will be burned as if by a C-rank flame, with 1st degree burns; outside of 5 meters will be unaffected, beyond a rush of hot air, as this is beyond the seal's effective range. Chakra Cost: 13CP
Name: Uzumaki Wana Fuin - Whirlpool Trap Seal Rank: B Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: Suiton Description: A somewhat tricky seal, of no affiliation with the Uzumaki clan. Infusing some chakra into their ink to give it a thicker consistency, the user will inscribe the seal on a body of water- or, alternative, provided they used water-proof ink, inscribe it on a suitable piece of paper, then drop the paper upon the water. The seal will then sink down within the water approximately 3 meters and, in a process of rapidly sealing and unsealing the water, generate a whirlpool vortex. This whirlpool can be maintained for 3 posts, and is of sufficient strength to pull a B-rank ninja off balance. Chakra Cost: 13CP (4CP per post)
A-rank

Name: Kanzen'na Karada Mahi - Full Body Paralysis Seal Rank: A Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0M) Element: N/A Description: This fuin requires the user to create five special tags, placing one upon each limb of an opponent before placing the final one on their sternum. Typically speaking, this is tricky to do in battle, but not entirely impossible. Once the seals on in place, the user activates the Fuin, and locks the opponent's body in place. For 3 posts, the target will be completely paralyzed, incapable of so much as blinking. At this point, the user can finish off the foe at their leisure. Additionally, the target is still capable of feeling pain, just unable to respond to it; good for use in torure and interrogation. Chakra Cost: 23CP (6CP per post)
Name: Kutsū Fuin - Pain Seal Rank: A Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close(0m) Element: N/A Description: This fuin requires the user to create a single intricate tag; given the size and detail imposed, it requires half a post for the user to fully create the seal. Up to 1 pre-prepared tag can be held at any given time, so long as the user has RPed out creating the tag. When placed upon an individual and activated, the user effectively seals any pain inflicted upon the target for 3 posts. This is not without cost, however. While the sealed individual cannot feel the pain of any assaults for 3 posts, once the Fuin has run its course, the target will be struck by the pain as if all the damage had occured at once. Three blows that were, in and of themselves, tolerable, will suddenly strike the target as if all at once, inflicting a crippling amount of pain. If a sufficient amount of pain is sealed, the shock of it inflicting the target's senses all at once can be outright fatal. Chakra Cost: 25 (5CP per post)

Name: Tenjiru Fuin - Alter Seal Rank: E-S Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0-5M) Description: This fuin actually consists of two separate seals. The first seal, once inscribed, can be activated by the user to siphon in and seal an incoming ninjutsu. Once sealed, the secondary sister seal activates, firing the jutsu back out through it. The seals require a constant upkeep of 5 chakra per post, and must be within five meters of each other for the redirecting effect to remain possible. The jutsu can also be used to redirect projectile weapons, with cost varying depending on the rank of the weapon. Chakra Cost: (Cost of sealed jutsu) + 2, 5CP per post. E-rank weapons and arrows: 1CP per projectile D-rank weapons: 3CP Each C-rank: 5CP Each B-rank: 10CP Each A-rank: 20CP Each S-rank: 35CP Each
Name: Kuchiyose Fuin - Summoning Seal Rank: C-S Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: N/A Description: A very particular, specialize fuin designed for use in tandem with a Summons animal. This fuin essentially seals a Summoning Jutsu, and allows someone without a contract with the particular summons family to summon a single individual summon. However, there are limits; the particular Summon must willingly take part in the creation of the seal, imbibing a portion of their own chakra into the seal, acting as a "marker" and allowing it to be summoned via the seal. The amount of chakra the summon must impart into the seal is a set 10CP. While the seal can technically be used for higher rank summons, such summons rarely agree to being summoned by any but the holder of their contract. Once the user has created the seal, it can be passed onto and used by other shinobi, following the standard summoning process. Chakra Cost: C-rank: 9CP B-rank: 15CP A-rank: 25CP S-rank: 39CP

Name: Hottofīto - Hot Feet Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: Katon Description: Very simply, the user coats their feet from the shin down in boots of fire, adding a burning effect to any kicks they may assault their foe with. In addition, the flame coating also offers a modicum of protection from equivalent ranked flames, at least around the user's feet. The flames can be maintained for 3 posts before they must be deactivated for at least one post; any longer, and the user's feet will begin to burn. Chakra Cost: 7 CP (2 CP per post)
Name: Mizu kurō - Water Claw Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0M) Element: Suiton Description: This elemental taijutsu allows the user to coat their hands in water, shaping it into claw-like gloves. These gloves allow the user to make open-palmed, lacerating strikes. Additionally, the gloves will protect the user's hands from equal ranked and lower Katon jutsu, and can be used to silently drown an opponent if they are caught by surprise, and the user clamps a hand over their mouth. Due to the nature of the jutsu however, the user cannot perform jutsu requiring hand-seals while using Water Claw. Chakra Cost: 7 CP ( 2 CP per post)
B-rank

Name: Kaminari Konbo - Lightning Combo Rank: B Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0M) Element: Raiton Description: The user will kick their opponent into the air, leaping into the air after them and delivering a combination of kicks and punches to drive them back into the ground. At the impact of each blow, the user will generate a burst of Raiton chakra, greatly numbing the area of the impact and inflicting minor first degree burns. Chakra Cost: 13 CP
A-rank

Name: Reddo Hōku - Red Hawk Rank: A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0-2M) Element: Katon Description: Concentrating pure Katon chakra into their hand, the user balls their hand into a tight fist before lashing out in a single powerful blow. On impact, the chakra will explode out, inflicting grievous third-degree burns on the target. Furthermore, the impact will channel the force of the explosion through the target, effectively microwaving their internal organs (fatal if the blow hits directly over the target's heart), the heatwave passing out the other side of the target in a wing-like flare of fire, hence the technique's name. The flare will reach out for about 2 meters, inflicting 2nd degree burns in and of itself. Chakra Cost: 23 CP
Name: Kaminari Kyōsei Hakai Rokujūyon Shō - Thunder Force Destruction of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms Rank: A Type: Taijutsu (Hyuuga) Range: Close (OM) Element: Raiton Description: A merging of the Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms and Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, with an elemental twist. Emitting the same chakra blades as once would for the Protection, the user creates them much shorter, no more than a few inches from their hand. They also coat their hands in Raiton chakra, giving a stunning element to the blows, as well as offering the user a modicum of protection from Raiton attacks. Effectively turning their hands into lightning blades, the user then initiates an assault as if of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, jabbing into the opponents tenketsu points with the electrified chakra blades. Beyond simply interuppting the foes chakra flow and increasing jutsu cost by 50% for two posts, the jutsu effectively stabs the foe 64 times, a surely fatal number of wounds. Chakra Cost: 25
Name: Kaminari no Danmaku - Lightning Barrage Rank: A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0M) Element: Raiton Description: Generating large amounts of Raiton chakra into their limbs, the user assaults the target with a flurry of devastating blows. On each blow, the user can cause the Raiton chakra to radiate out in a fist or foot shaped eruption, depending on the limb they're assaulting the foe with. Each lightning-attack will inflict 2nd degree burns and induce partial paralysis in the foe, paralyzing them completely for one post if at least 3 attack manages to connect. The user can assault the foe with a maximum of 5 lightning-enhanced blows before they must enter a 2-post "cool down" phase from the technique. Barring the lightning-erruptions, the blows can still inflict 1st degree burns and greatly numb the assaulted area. Chakra Cost: 24 CP (6CP per Enhanced attack)
Name: Funkei - Decapitator Rank: A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: N/A Description: Yoshiro's signature technique, and the cause for his nickname. A far more powerful version of the Lariat, enhanced not only by a larger amount of chakra flooding the user's body, but their own monstrous speed and strength. Rushing forward with their dominant arm out, the user will aim not for the opponent's chest, but their neck. Even a grazing strike will snap the targets neck from the sheer force, while a direct hit will tear it clean off. Chakra Cost: 25 CP
S-rank

Name: Falcon... PAWNCH Rank: S Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0-3M) Element: Katon Description: An even more powerful version of Red Hawk, the user concentrates greater amounts of katon chakra to their fist before lashing out in a devastating blow. On impact, the target is incinerated, the flames hot enough to burn through bone and even soften metal in an instant. Blowing a hole through the target, the explosion bursts through in the shape of a swooping falcon, flaring outwards for 3 meters and inflicting grievous 3rd degree burns caught within the range of it. Shouting out the name of the attack is more or less mandatory. Chakra Cost: 39 CP
Name: Titan no Danmaku - Titan Barrage Rank: S Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0M) Element: N/A Description: A brutal taijutsu assault that focusses on completely maiming or otherwise fatally wounding the foe. Generating large amounts of chakra into their limbs, the user assault the foe, generating a chakra-spike with each hit. The chakra spikes each radiate six inches outward from the assaulting limb, with devastating results. On impact, the spike will blow outwards for 3 meters from the point of impact. The chakra-spikes will outright blow a hole through any target struck by it, capable of even rending a hole through solid steel, much less mere flesh. Fleshly foes assaulted by a spike will find a hole six-inches in diameter punched through their body, obliterating whatever organs or bones might be in the way. The initial use allows for 3 strikes, though the user can strain themself to achieve a total of six, at th cost of the inability to use chakra for the next post. Chakra Cost: 35 CP (10 per additional strike)

Name: Kaminari Tenohira - Thunder Palm Rank: D-B Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: Raiton Description: Concentrating lightning chakra into their hand, the user strikes their enemy with a strong, open-palmed strike. Depending on the level of chakra concentrated, the assault can act akin to a taser at D-rank, momentarily stunning the opponent, a more powerful shock at C-rank, momentarily stunning the opponent and numbing the area around the blow for one post, and an even more powerful shock at B-rank, inflicting partial paralysis if struck on a limb, the limb being paralyzed from the shock for one post. A full body strike would only greatly numb the opponent's torso for a single post, afflicting the area of the strike with first degree burns, and inflicting minor internal damage if struck directly over an organ. Chakra Cost: D rank: 4CP C rank: 7CP B-rank: 13CP
Weaponry D-rank

Name: Supin - Spin Rank: D Type: Weapons Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: Taking a throwing weapon, senbon and kunai generally working best, the user throws the weapon with a slight spin to it, akin to a bullet. The spin stabilizes the thrown weapon, increasing it's effective range and power. For example, a kunai thrown at long range would hold accuracy and damage close to that of being thrown at mid-range. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Fake Out - Soto Nise Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0-5M) Element: N/A Description: The user will draw their opponent's attention to their blade or blade-wielding handing, telegraphing an eminent attack with it. The user will begin to spin, as if building up momentum for the attack, before surging chakra through their feet to stick to the ground to arrest their momentum before swinging around to strike from the other direction. Alternatively, the user can simply release the original blade, letting it fly at the opponent, while quickly drawing forth another weapon and attacking with that. Chakra Cost: 3
C-rank

Name: Dengen Shotto - Power Shot Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Long (10M+) Description: The user briefly overdraws their bow, giving the following arrow increased penetrating power and range, easily capable of crippling a target with proper aim. Because the technique requires the user pulling back further than they normally would, this can be straining to the muscles of their arm. As such, without the Endurance SCs, the average user cannot use this technique in rapid succession (ie, minimum of 1 post between uses). Chakra Cost: 6 CP
Name: Kyūsoku Shotto - Rapid Shot Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Mid-range (5M-10M) Description: Focusing on speed rather than power, the user rapid-fires arrows one after another, up to three arrows in quick succession. Because the user is aiming to fire more arrows faster, some power and accuracy is sacrificed in order to maintain the pace. Chakra Cost: 6 CP
Name: Knockback Smack - Dageki Rimen Tataku Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m) Element: N/A Description: Sometimes, the enemy just gets too close to properly swing a nodaichi. That's where this technique comes into play. Gripping the hilt in one hand and the back of the blade in the other (a good glove is advised), the user generates a surge of chakra through their limbs before shoving out with their horizontally held blade, the burst of chakra giving them a brief burst of strength and speed. Using this technique can allow to user to knock back a target who is not significantly stronger than them by a meter or two, giving the user swinging room for their weapon. Chakra Cost: 7CP
B-rank

Name: Maruchi-Shotto Multi-Shot Rank: B Type: Weaponry Range: Mid-Range (5M-10M) Description: And advanced and difficult technique, the user will fit multiple arrows, up to five, to their bow, firing them off all at once. The accuracy of the flung arrows decreases depending on the number of arrows, with two being capable of pinpoint precision, and five hitting across a 1m in diameter area. Given the user is firing multiple arrows at once, the draw of the bow is more spread out, leading to the lessened range. Overpulling the bow is required to keep the arrows at an effective range, requiring the user rest at least one post between uses, lest they over-strain their arms or their bow. Chakra Cost: 10 CP

When they go to strike at their foe, they will intentionally aim just short of the foe, lulling them into a false sense of security. A long-range variant of Trick Cut. Utilizing chakra-conductive arrows, the user coats the tip of the arrows in fuuton chakra, creating a near-invisible layer. When fired, the arrow will appear to move deceptively slow before the fuuton chakra morphs into a miniature-whirlwind, rapidly increasing the speed of the arrow in an instant. A single charge of chakra is good to coat 3 arrows. Chakra Cost: 15CP
Name: Shōgeki Ha - Shock Blade Rank: B Type: Weaponry Range: Close(0M) Element: Raiton Description: This technique requires Chakra Conductivity or a Chakra Conductive Weapon. No frills, this technqiue simply coats a weapon in raiton chakra, allowing for each cut of the blade to inflict numbing across the entirety of a limb, as well as first-degree burns around the area of the cut. Chakra Cost: 13CP (4CP per post)

The user can generate up to 60 arrows like this, firing them at an extreme rate of three per second, creating a veritable "arrow storm" capable of turning a single foe into a pin-cushion or holding off a multitude of enemies. Name: Chakra Byōki - Chakra Disease Rank: C-S Type: Eijutsu Range: Close (0M) Element: N/A Description: After making a long string of hand signs during which the user's hands start to glow with chakra it is manipulated into a corruptive, disease like form, the user forcibly injects it into the opponent's chakra circulatory system. This chakra acts like a "disease," forcing the opponent's chakra to activate an immune response to contain it, tying up sources and increasing the cost of the afflicted's jutsu. In order to inflict this on an enemy they must be touched. At C-rank, the enemy's jutsu cost will be increased by 2 CP per jutsu for 1 post. At B-rank, cost will be increased by 4 CP per jutsu for 2 posts. A-rank, 6CP per jutsu for 3 posts. S-rank, 10CP per jutsu for3 posts.
