A few questions regarding the area of the tournament.
One: Where is it being held?
Two: What about making topics to have run ins with the other nin that are around, such as before the fights, the aftermath or just meeting in general, can we post in the tournament thread?

1. The Tourney is currently taken place in the Earth Country.

2. This is currently under discussion as we find way to reward participants of these topics. We will keep everyone updated on the status of meeting topics for the Tournament.
