Mission Objective: Travel to Location(Sea Country). Meet up with Sea Country's Leader and Second-In-Charge. Incognito-like place a seal on each of them. Tell them of this seal after. If needed, murder one of them. Sign papers. Leave. Return home.
Mission Time Limit: 2weeks.
