Since i've returned i've noticed that the sites been not nearly as active as before. Sad

unfortunately. My sensei doesn't get on anymore, and i'm trying to get back into the rp with my teammates but it's hard when i don't have a sensei. My questions are does anyone think this site has hope? Does anyone think my team has hope? and Is there a way i can get a new sensei or leader for team 2?

The site; of course. Every site has it's rough period, unfortunately ours has lasted a bit longer than expected. However, none of the staff will be willing to let the site just die, especially some of the administrators who have been here for so long.

Your team; Probably not as much of a chance, I'd suggest taking this up with your Hokage, Pat so he can fix your team. Teams always have problems on RPG's, it's so hard to rely on another three peoples activity.
