Welcome, we are glad to see you here. There is only one way of getting good at this sort of thing and it is doing it so you're already at the right track. We also in a manner not unlike yours cannot wait to meet you roleplaying and in the chatbox.

A good tip when starting up is to whore out introduction topics "introducing" people so that you get that 10-15 posts that you need to PM people. Once that is done if you have any questions just message a Staff member they are quite helpful and wonderful people and they will be glad to help you with any questions.
