| Hello everyone! Here is my darling Ukie's plot page! Here you can read up on all you could ever need to know about my characters past, present and future! I will keep everything updated here in this first post as things change and also comment to let people know when the page has been updated.
Everyone is also welcomed (and encouraged) to comment with ideas or suggestions either just for Ukie's plot in general or for interactions between characters! You will see that Ukie has a lot of room for development and a lot of different directions that her story can go.
So read through, comment, and/or PM me! Can't wait ^.^
Lovies!
_____________________________________________________________________________________
THE PAST The first part is taken straight from Ukie's application and just pasted into here (with a few spelling and grammar edits) so it's all located in one place. I will not be changing anything in the past but the second part will include important memories, specific dates or milestones, and anything else I think to be important or relevant to Ukie's backstory.
- Background:
Ukie was born in the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Her father, Iwao, worked directly for the Hokage with the Konoha Anbu. Of course Ukie was unaware of this, only knowing that her father was always away and never could stay home for long. Her mother, Kuo, one of the head Medical-nin in Konoha, was the one raised Ukie, even leaving her job for a few years to stay at home. Because of this, Ukie became extremely attached to her mother and very dependent upon her. However, besides the absence of her father, Ukie's first six years of existence were relatively easy and happy.
That all changed just three days after her sixth birthday. Iwao was severely injured on a mission in the Village Hidden in the Sand and returned home to recover. At first, it was the happiest day of Ukie's life. For the first time ever, Ukie had a father. However, he was the far the father she wanted. While Kuo was gone each day at work, Iwao would force six year old Ukie to spend hours on training. He would make her run until her feet blistered, climb trees so high that the branches would become to thin to hold her and they would snap and she would plummet to the ground, throw rocks at her and make try to dodge them, and practice punches and kicks until her muscles gave out from fatigue. This continued for almost five months. At first Kuo didn't notice, and even when she first began to see the signs, ignored it, believing her husband could do never to such a thing to their daughter. However one day, when she returned home to find Ukie laying in bed with a broken arm from falling out of a tree, she had had enough. That night, when Ukie was asleep, she confronted Iwao. Ukie awoke to the sound of her mother's screams and came running from her room to find Kuo's dead body sprawled across the floor and her father standing above her holding the knife. Before she could run, Iwao grabbed her. He lit the house on fire and ran into the woods and away from Konoha. As Ukie watched her home burning in the distance, her father said, "You'll thank me later."
From there Iwao took Ukie across the Land of Fire and into the Land of Wind. There they stayed for nearly six years. For those six years, Ukie spent every day training, from basic taijutsu to chakra control. At first it was just hours a day but when she reached the age of 11, the training became nearly non-stop. This was when she developed insomnia. Through all of this though, her father never offered any explanation. During this time Ukie drew into herself more and more, hating her father but also becoming strangely dependent on him, as he was the only person she ever saw and only knew a life where he directed her every move.
On her 12th birthday, Iwao took Ukie back to Konoha. However, being that he was wanted missing-nin, he could not re-enter the Village Hidden in the Leaves. He stopped just a mile outside the city walls, handed Ukie an piece of paper with an address, and gave her a bag with the few possessions she had. He stood behind her and leaned down to whisper in her ear, "You were trained for a purpose. One day you will understand." Ukie felt a sharp pain in her neck and then everything went black. When she woke, her right shoulder burned and there was a bandage around it. When she undid the bandage she found an Anbu tattoo.
Ukie did the only thing she knew how to do and followed her fathers directions. She went to the address on the paper where she was greeted by Lady Nori, an elderly woman running an orphanage. She was taken in and treated well, but it did little to soften Ukie's heart. She still spent every day training and when the other kids made fun of her, she just "trained" on them. Seeing this, the old woman was able to get Ukie into the Academy to begin training to become a Genin, believing it might give Ukie a direction in life.
While Ukie's skills far surpassed nearly all of her classmates, she was un able to graduate until she was almost 13 due to her inability to cope with the social expectations and normalities. Once graduated, she was placed on a Genin team with Tara Kashimi and Doku Utari. Tara was a light and free spirited girl who had the unique ability to use her charka to create camouflage for herself and Doku was a punk and a terrible flirt who had incredible genjutsu skills. While at first Ukie was more then closed off to the two, slowly they found their way in through her cracks and the team, while highly dysfunctional, become extremely successful. For the first time in over seven years, Ukie began to trust again and the walls she had built up began to come down. It could almost be said, that she was becoming happy.
After a few months of working together, the team was assigned a small C-ranked mission. They were to return a stolen scroll to a man who lived just a few miles outside the city. It was nothing special and their jonin-sensei wasn't even going to be coming along. Everything went smoothly and they easily returned the man his scroll. However, the walk home would be a fateful one. When they were just a mile from the city walls, they head a rustling in a bush behind them. Tara thought it was a bunny and ran to hug the fluffy creature. By the time that Ukie sensed the danger, it was too late. Before anyone could even blink, Iwao emerged from the bush and stabbed Tara. He flung her lifeless body to the side, shaking his head as he walked towards Ukie, who stood frozen. "This isn't part of the plan Ukie. You can't go make making friends like this." He said still holding the knife as it dripped with Tara's blood. Doku charged forward, his eyes filled with rage. He swung his fist, aiming for Iwao's face, but it proved to be a futile move. He easily dodged and as Doku went flying forward, Iwao stabbed the knife into his back. With his last breathe he turned his head to Ukie, "Run Ukie..." But her feet wouldn't move, only her eyes as they flashed between the bloodstained bodies of her friends and the knife in her fathers hand. "I know you don't understand Ukie..." He said as he wiped the knife across his pants, "...but someday, you'll thank me." As the words left his mouth, Ukie felt herself snapping. The only threads she had left, Tara and Doku, lay dead at her feet, their lives taken by her father, the man who took her mother away and stole her childhood. Ukie charged and next thing she knew her fist was connecting with Iwao's ribs. He stumbled back a few steps but quickly recomposed himself. Ukie attacked again, swinging for his face. He ducked this time, her first swinging over his head, only to have her knee smash into his right eye. Ukie quickly grabbed the kunai from his hand. She focused all her chakra into her right hand and in one swift movement stabbed the knife, blazing with chakra, into her fathers heart.
- Memories:
- Making Friends:
"UKIE!!!"
The piercing shriek cut through the air, sending shivers down Ukie's spine. There was only one person with a voice that shrill and gut-wrenching. She let out a long sigh and turning slowly around, braced herself for the worst. Sure enough, there came Tara running straight towards Ukie arms flailing like a crazed baby duck, with the stupidest grin on her face, her brown bob a disheveled mess on her head and her blue eyes looking crazed as ever. Ukie glanced around her. Thankfully she was alone in the training field, no one was there to witness the insanity that was her Genin teammate.
"Tar---" She began to say, obvious annoyance in her voice, when the girl full on body tackled her with her barely 5' 2" frame, wrapping her arms around the startled Ukie. Only taken aback for a moment, she shoved the overly affectionate girl off of her. "Don't touch me!" Ukie snapped at the girl, clenching her fists like she was ready to beat the girl to a pulp. Tara appeared shocked, unable to comprehend how someone could not welcome her overbearing joy and enthusiasm.
"Whoa there! No need to start throwing punches Ukie. Tara was just giving you a hug."
Both girls looked up to see Doku approaching. He was taller then the two, already reaching 5' 8" at the age of 14. His curly ginger hair was like a mop on his head and his entire demeanor emulated 'I don't care'. At the sight of him, Tara immediately brightened up. She ran over to meet him half way and then walk back with him to where Ukie was standing, the whole time talking his ear off about how 'hugs are love'.
Ukie crossed her arms and rolled her eyes. It was pathetic how Tara was all over Doku, like some filly in heat. Honestly, it was embarrassing just to watch. Not to say that Doku wasn't deserving of the attention. He was probably one of the most attractive and coolest guys of their graduating class from the Academy. But Ukie wasn't like other girls. She wasn't a romantic. She didn't have time for flirting, she had to focusing on training. Besides, even if she was just the tinniest bit interested in Doku, he would never go for her so why waste the energy.
"Anyways," Doka said turning his attention to Ukie with a coy smile, "Wanna know what Tara was so excited about that she came running all the way her from town to tell you?"
Ukie rolled her eyes, "Sure... What is it?"
"We got our first mission!" Doku said smugly crossing his arms.
Now this was something that actually sparked Ukie's interest. "Really?" She said trying not to act to overly interested.
"Yup!" He began, "We have been assign--"
"To deliver an old lady her lunch!" Tara interrupted.
Ukie stared at the two, obviously displeased. "Seriously? Your ran all the way from town for that?"
"Awe come on Uk! Its our first mission, get excited!" Doku said throwing his arm over her shoulder.
"My name is Ukie..." Ukie grumbled as she pulled out from under the boys arm, "Its a stupid mission but its a mission. Lets just get it over with." She grouched, motioning with her right arm for them to lead the way. Tara clapped, more excited then really necessary, even Doku couldn't help but roll his eyes a bit as the girl skipped off ahead.
"God she's annoying." Ukie puffed as her and Doka began walking. "Yeah but at least she doesn't lack spirit." He replied with a chuckle. "Oh, that reminded me." He said reaching into his kunai pouch. He pulled out a small blue flower and handed it to Ukie. She looked stunned and taken aback.
"Uh... What's this?" She questioned him as if it could be poisoned.
"Its a flower." Doka responded, as if she was an idiot. She glared at him, clearly not pleased with his sarcasm. "I found it on my walk over here. It was growing out of a patch of dry dirt. Kind of reminded me of you. Yah know... Strong and stuff." For just a moment Doku's 'I don't care' ease drifted away and he almost sounded nervous. Despite herself, Ukie found herself blushing. "Uh, thanks... I guess." And not knowing what else to do stuck it in her kunai pouch. There was a moment of awkward silence between the two.
"UKIE!!! Come help me find pebbles for my collection!" The shill sound of Tara cut through the silence and snapped Ukie back into her normal self.
"I'm not helping you look for stupid rocks!" She hollered back.
"Awe come on! It will be fuuuuuun!"
"Looking for rocks is not fun!"
"Please Ukie!?..."
"No way Tara!..."
THE PRESENT These are the current plot lines I am working on with links to the threads that are developing those specific plots.
- Back In The Game:
After the death of her teammates, Ukie spent six months rigioursly training and trying push past the loss. She is now ready to rejoin a team of Genin to continue her shinobi training. She has already found a new sensei (Mana) but teammates are still a possibility to be added as well. Mana would also need to be consulted on this as well though. - Threads:
Six Months and a Day: Completed: Ukie ran into Mana who then offered for her to join on her team. Ukie accepted and is now getting ready to begin her training again.
Training Begins, World's Most Absent-Minded Sensei!: Completed: Mana's clone arrived to begin Ukie's training. While it was not exactly the intense physical training she was hoping for, she found herself well enough pleased with her new sensei and her new means to train and test her strength.
- Being Social:
This isn't really a plot development and more just a place for the random social threads that Ukie is involved in. These threads might later be moved to be categorized under a different plot area but until then here they are! - Threads:
Just One More: Unfinished: During a training session, Ukie encountered Yuuji and his pet fox. While she didn't take a particular liking to either she found it odd that the two stuck around so long and even showed concerned for her well being.
Counting Stars: Completed: While out star gazing, a strange man appeared. Though she found out he was not from Konoha, she did not learn much more before he left leaving Ukie a little ticked off and slightly curious.
The Usual: In Progress...
THE FUTURE This is what has yet to happen and ultimate goals for Ukie's plot development. I will have the first spoiler section be the general idea, lacking details but as you go into the second and third sections of spoilers, beware of give-aways. Of course there is still lots of room for change and development, and since this is all the future and hasn't happened yet, there is always a chance that I could completely change or even delete a plot idea from this section.
- Understanding Her Purpose:
This is really the biggest plot for Ukie. In her history, its clear that her father trained her for something. However, what that something is, is completely unknown. But whatever it was lead her father to murder her mother, take Ukie away from her home, train her for years, abandon her, and then murder her friends. This will take the longest to develop though and I don't plan on her having any clues until well after she has become a Chunin and probably no major developments until she is a Jonin. - Possibilities:
When I first started using Ukie, I had this plot line set up to involve the Akatsuki. It was when I was first getting into Naruto and really didn't know what the frick I was talking about. It made for an interesting plot but it completely diverged from the actual plot of Naruto itself, so I have completely scratched that! So basically I am at square one with this. I have a few ideas running around in my head but I really want to leave this pretty open to develop as things go and as I see how the site plot is moving. I want to involve lots of people in this but like I said before, it will take a LONG time to really even begin. There are a few key points that I have mapped out though. - What Is Known:
Ukie's father Iwao was part of the Anbu. He was sent on a mission to Suna, the Village Hidden in the Sand, where he was severely injured and sent home to recover. Whatever happened while he was there, was the reason when he returned he began to train Ukie as harshly as he did. He was making her strong for something. It should be noted though that Iwao was an extremely selfish individual and that whatever his purpose for training Ukie and for everything he did, in the end it was something to advance himself. But really that could be anything and right now I have zero solid ideas! So please shoot me your thoughts!
- Love Interest:
I know you are probably thinking this is the most insane thing ever. Ukie is the most uncaring, unromantic, bitch ever, why the fuck would she fall in love? Well, I like plot twists! This is also a plot to develop much later and only with the absolutely perfect match. She did have one crush in her past Doku, but that ended pretty tragically so she is pretty turned off to the ideas of relationships at the moment, and really anything that has to do with giving two shits about someone.
PLAYER CHARACTERS Just a bit about how Ukie feels towards those around her and anyone she ever comes in contact with her on US.
- Yuuji Inuzuka:
To be completed later....
- Mana Nakotsumi:
As her sensei, Ukie knows that she must show Mana some amount of respect, however she finds it a bit difficult given how close in age the two are. She has come to recognize Mana's legitimacy as a shinobi though and though she is not sure how much the girl will really be able to teach her, she knows that she can learn a lot from measuring her strength against Mana's and listening to such a well known and highly ranked ninja. She doesn't particularly care for the girls personality, but she also doesn't really care for anyones personality. Ukie knows Mana considers her a friend however she plans to keep the relationship strictly business, at least on her end. She doesn't want anything personal; she just wants a sensei and to become stronger.
- Hiruzen Uchiha:
While Ukie has met the man, she doesn't not know his name or his face. The nukenin did manage to spark the girls interest though, and a bit of anger. Since she knows so little of him though she has no solid opinion of like or dislike towards him, however, if she gets the chance again she probably will have a few more things to say to him to clear up some wrong assumptions on his part.
NON-PLAYER CHARACTERS All the information about any NPCs mentioned anywhere in the previous sections. Kind of like mini-profiles!
- Iwao Takahashi:
Relationship to Ukie: Father Current Plot Involvment: Deceased Appearance: Iwao stood about 6' 2" and had a strong muscular build. He had gray eyes like Ukie and the same strong jaw. He had long black hair that fell just a few inches below his shoulders. His face had a stern look and he had a habit of constantly slouching. His attire was the typical Anbu uniform. He continued to wear this even after he fled Konoha although he added a long black cape that covered it. He always had his mask with him, though he stopped wearing it outside Konoha he always had it hanging from his side. He had two long swords on his back and three scrolls attached around his waist. - Spoiler:
Personality: He cared only for himself and everything, and everyone, was seen as either a roadblock or a stepping stone. Though in his younger years he wasn't nearly as coldhearted, he was always extremely self focused, never really paying attention to those around him. It made him a good assassin but a terrible human. His wife, Kuo, at one point in time was able to bring something good out of him but even in the end, she became just another roadblock. Iwao is simple a villain. Even when he "loves" something, he only loves it for the reasons that it serves to advance him in whatever his current goal may be. History: See "The Past" sections for now. More to be added later. Relationship with Ukie: Ukie hates Iwao. Even after his death, her hatred towards him still burns as if he were still alive. He is the father who was never home when she was a child, who murdered her mother and stole her from her home, robbed her of her childhood, and murdered the only two friends she ever had. He is the reason she has insomnia, the reason she can't trust anyone, and why she does nothing but train until she can't even stand. Ultimately, Iwao made Ukie into who she is today. Every issue and struggle and pain began with him. And while some of that has made her strong, very strong, it has also left her very broken.
- Kuo Takahashi:
Relationship to Ukie: Mother Current Plot Involvement: Deceased Appearance: Kuo had blonde hair that she kept just a few inches below her shoulders. Her eyes were icy blue and she had a soft and gentle face. She only stood about 5' 5" and her overall frame was like that of a china doll. While in some aspects she looked almost nothing like her daughter, she still had some of the same features, like nose and lips and general bone structure. - Spoiler:
Personality: Kuo had one of the biggest hearts around. She cared for everyone and saw the good in everything. She believed that everyone had the potential to be their best and she felt like it was her job to help bring that out in them, which is why she ended up with Iwao. She was a hard worker and extremely dedicated. She was a loving wife, a hard working medical-nin, and a wonderful mother. History: See "The Past" sections for now. More to be added later. Relationship with Ukie: Ukie dearly loved her mother, though her memories of her are not many. Kuo was as perfect as she could be, giving Ukie all the love and care and attention that she could need. However, because of the absence of her father for many years, Ukie became extremely attached to her mother at a young age and quite dependent on her. When she was murdered, it completely destroyed Ukie's world. That was over eight years ago and Ukie has done her best to shove every memory of Kuo from her mind. She has found that thinking of it only brings pain and weakness. Her mother is dead. Dead and gone. There is nothing left to said or done or felt or remembered.
- Lady Nori:
Relationship to Ukie: Orphanage owner Current Plot Involvement: Minimal. Ukie currently lives with Lady Nori and approximately 15 other children. Appearance: - Spoiler:
Personality: Lady Nori is a kind hearted woman who runs the orphanage that Ukie lives at. She is soft and gentle and hardly ever gets upset. History: See "The Past" sections for now. More to be added later. Relationship with Ukie: Lady Nori is the one who got Ukie into the Academy, however Ukie gives little to no attention to this woman. Though she is thankful that she gives her a place to live, she has no intention of building any unnecessary bonds with this woman. The sooner she can get out from under her roof the better. The only interaction the two have is when Lady Nori either prepares Ukie a lunch or gives her money.
- Tara Kashimi:
Relationship to Ukie: Pervious teammate and unlikely friend Current Plot Involvement: Deceased Appearance: Tara was a small girl, only about 5' 2", with the figure of a china doll. She had a choppy brown bob that constantly looked like bed head. She had clear blue eyes that were big and round and a smile that spread from ear to ear. Her face was round and soft and though her body was that of a fourteen year old, her face still looked like she was twelve. She wore dresses whenever she could, loving anything the color orange, and always had a different color headband on each day. When she went on missions, she often wore shorts, boots that came to her knees, a sleeveless mid drift top, and a vest with an assortment of pockets. She specialized in shuriken, and always had plenty with her. When needed she brought her giant shuriken along and wore it strapped to her back. - Spoiler:
Personality: To be completed later.... History: See "The Past" sections for now. More to be added later. Relationship with Ukie: At first Ukie couldn't stand Tara. She was happy and giggly and lovey, everything that Ukie hated. However, the bubbly girl somehow managed to squiggle her way into Ukie's heart. She was so ignorant of the kind of pain that Ukie felt that after a while Ukie found herself wanting to protect that innocence. When Tara was murdered before her eyes, it was as if the last pure thing on earth had just been soiled. Even if Ukie didn't believe in happiness for herself, she had seen it alive in Tara. Even now, she still believes that good can reside in some people, however losing Tara has kept her from ever allowing that good to come near hear again for fear of losing it.
- Doku Utari:
Relationship to Ukie: Pervious teammate, unlikely friend, and crush Current Plot Involvement: Deceased Appearance: - Spoiler:
Personality: To be completed later.... History: See "The Past" sections for now. More to be added later. Relationship with Ukie: To be completed later....

Yes we most definitely can do a thread! I have been in the process of moving back into my dorm this week and everything's just been all blah. But I have time now
So I don't have any real major ideas yet. If you have any let me know but otherwise I was thinking just have the two run into each other but don't have any ideas for where and such cause I don't know what your character is up to and such. I just want Ukie to kind of get some "friends" who are nukenin who can get involved in later plot stuff. |

| Well Ukie kind of needs some people to lean on, but she doesn't trust people so she needs someone who's kinda just as untrusting as her, if that makes sense. She won't lean towards anything that promises her good stuff, cause to her thats a lie. But she would be able to get along with someone who sees the world the way she does, or at least isn't gonna try to convince her that they are a good person and that the world around her is good. Basically she needs someone untrustworthy, to trust. Its kinda the only way she makes friends |

| Well, Hiruzen is a Nukenin, those people don't get a whole lot of trust sent their way, so I guess that would work out? xD |

| Yeah and we can just see how it plays out. I don't like to do too much planning cause it kinda gets in the way of roleplaying haha. But we can just start a thread and see how it goes? |
