Would Ninkenjutsu be banned?

I was thinking of combining chakra nature's ability with Kenjutsu especially weapons itself to create Ninkenjutsu.

I mean that's weaponry techniques so...yeah, you good fam. You can make that. I don't know why that it would banned. Unless you summon demons or jesus christ himself, I would have to say that yes, that would banned.

We already have that. It's just elemental weaponry techniques. No special name or features, just... weaponry techniques that utilize some element.

It does not include non elemental based attacks considered both Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu.

You might need to provide an example or two of what you're talking about exactly, but for the most part it should still fall under weaponry techniques and be fully allowed. Unless you're proposing something along the lines of a magic wand that casts ninjutsu, but that's a different story.
