| Hey you guys, some of you may know that I scribble a bit. It's usually done with a pen on a piece of paper because I love the classic method, I might try a more digital approach (if I do more of this) next time (just because snapping the picture with a phone is a bitch to do).
Anyways, I know I suck, I am self taught and I never attended any art classes and barely even attended the mandatory art lessons in school (we had those). That is probably why I suck so much. I usually only draw characters, I dislike drawing environments so I suck at that sort of thing tremendously (even more than I suck normally).
Also I am a One-Take-"Artist" meaning I only draw with a pen on a paper and I don't do drafts so I may forget to add something that I add later and... Just OMG y are you even reading this?!
Anyways, I guess if I decide to share anything and won't feel shy to do that I'll post it here... Whatever... Much <3 to you guys

| As a part of a "Thank you" gift to Hitomi, a drawing of Mana trying to heal a fish under Hitomi's tutelage and failing miserably...
As you see I have to tell you what it is because I suck so much and it's hard to show you guys a pen and paper drawing (if that can even be called a drawing...) |

| My advice would be to start drawing with a pencil in order to be able to erase and re-draw, instead of going on about how much you suck. You can improve your skills with practice and patience, but if you keep doing what you personally think makes you suck, then you should reconsider. Another way to get ideas on what needs improvement is to look up tutorials, and since you like drawing characters, maybe buy a small and cheap art book that explains proportions and shading. Take things one step at a time and you'll start liking your work more yourself, and without even realizing your improvement will show. I am not typing this to act like a bitch and tell you that you're not good. Just giving you my advice seeing you kept on saying that you suck. I hope this helped~ ^^ |
