Mission Location: Lightning Country
Shinobi Requirement: Genin
Mission Rank:  C
Mission Objective: With the arrival of Mana in Kumo, much bad news has made its way to the forefront of important matters. If to believed, there are at least 10 highly trained shinobi of the highest caliber preparing to assassinate the various Daimyo around the world, starting with our very own Lightning Lord. Unfortunately, our village is very lacking in available staff and we cannot cease and desist all other options to deal with this problem. Scattered throughout lightning country are potential candidates with enough power to assist in this matter. Being that this is a country matter and not just one of the village, this option is not one to be looked down upon. Seek out and recruit shinobi capable of aiding with this problem and have them report back to Mana at once. The time frame we have is unknown so urgency is of the utmost importance.
