APRIL'S MONTHLY SPOTLIGHTS

As you all know, last month didn't go so well, and we weren't able to update the spotlights. Since it's already May and the new spotlight "winners" have been chosen, I felt it was only fair to make this min-announcement and give those April candidates their dues (this includes rewarding any points associated with their respective spotlights).
