In Need of Assistance

Hello, my fellow RPers.

My current plot with my character, Tosatsu, revolves around his teashop that fronts as an information hub. In return for discretion, my character provides people with information that he picks up via traveling merchants, guides, shinobi, etc.

In order for me to grow this operation, I am hoping for some people to be interested in assisting me to do so. If you are interested in dipping your toes into this black ring of information, please PM me or leave me a note here.

What I want is permission to know 'x' facts about your character, locations, loved ones, weaknesses, etc. -basically information beyond the Bingo Book- IC.

I think this is a great opportunity for those of you looking aimlessly for a plot to further your characters. In order to do business with Sumi Auto, you need something that he wants, which may or may not put your characters in perilous danger.

EDIT: I am incredibly aware of the SCs that can provide this, but that's not what I'm looking for. I want to build this IC, not by simply getting an SC and claiming I know all these things.
