Just gon update. Since my departure thread I've got to talk to staff, and the environment around my original complaint might be addressed soon, so I'll be around to see how that pans out. I might post, I might not, and I might still end up leaving... But not quite yet at least. Sorry for the drama I guess.

You know if everyone makes departure topics, but doesn't follow through, then when a person actually leaves, we'll miss it :c That would really suck. Like Adam leaving D: We'll always miss those topics.

But seriously, we need to set some ground rules. Minimum leaves of at least 5 days, no Skype messages, PMs strictly business related. If you see each other on public transport, do not exchange words. Just nod your head. We really need to pull through this and set up a guide or something.
