This is to our dear Pat. I cannot remember the exact day you were made a moderator on Ultimate Shinobi 1.0. It was around the time we gave you Akatsuki Leader due to your activity and above standard roleplaying. We took a large leap in making you a moderator as we didn't know you much then, but you did nothing but impress us until we were forced to give you a trusty Administrator position. I highly doubt anybody here can say you haven't worked your hardest here and even carried the moderators workload for a good few months. Of course, you loved Pat or you hated him, some of you didn't like him because of his emotional and 'passionate' attitude he brought to discussions, however can you seriously sit there and tell me you haven't seen him do his fair share? I doubt it. Pat has dedicated about a whole year now, if not a little more, doing his best to ensure that you all could enjoy your roleplaying experience here as much as possible.

Now, unfortunately Pat is taking his retirement from the Administration Team and the Staff Team all together and will be taking up the spot of practically a normal member, though the respect he earned in the Administration Team will surely stick by his side. If your a shinobi of the great land of Konohagakure no Sato, don't fear, Pat is still a dedicated member to this site and will be continuing his work as the Hokage, it's merely the staff work Pat is retiring from. As a little token of appreciation, we have decided to let Pat keep his @ symbol in the chatbox, allowing him Chatbox Moderation abilities to still moderate the Chatbox to ensure you all are good boys and girls, however don't go nagging him about your applications because he will no longer be giving his services to check your application.

So I'll leave you on this note Pat, of course me and you have had some great little spats in our time, our clashing egos were a pretty major thing to get around, but we did do it and I'm glad our disagreements stopped over time. I've ALWAYS respected you and loved you dearly, in all honestly. I know this isn't goodbye, but it's still sad to see you depart from the staff. However, I strongly support your decision and respect you even more for the way you retired your services.

Yeah, Pat... We will all miss you so much, you were one of best staff that U.S. ever had. I hope life treats you well and you don't face any problems. Although I can not type a large post about using this on-screen keyboard, I'm going to miss you. Sad
