The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] Vide
PostSubject: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptyTue 07 Apr 2015, 12:40 am

Alayasha pulled out the knife that was holstered behind his back. The long serrated back with the sharp front end could only be identified as a bowie knife. Any weapon expert would've seen it was of below average quality; no doubt the blacksmith who forged the blade was simply making blades for quantity purposes instead of quality. He threw the blade in the air letting it flip. From the speed of the flip, it was hard to determine if Alayasha was going to catch it by the grip or by the blade. His eyes never left the blade as it went up into the air and fell back down to the earth.

He caught it by the grip and spun it in his hand before he held it in a icepick grip. He walked out of the shade of the tree and let the sunlight shine on the blade. The blade was far from dull.  In the light one could see the marks from continous use, but one could see the blade was carefully sharpened and had a slight oil on it. There was a small chip on the top part of the blade and a few miniscule chips on the bottom end. He had maintained it to the best of his abilities. His understanding of weapon maintenance was on a adept level with him knowing how to clean it properly, how to sharpen it, and when it was a good time to replace the blade or not. The bowie knife, in this case, was partially maintained and partially neglected. He could see that he would eventually need to get a new bowie knife. He grabbed the sheath out of his back and sheathed the knife back into it. He set it on the ground.

Next, he reached on his side and began to unlace the belts around his hip. There he took the tanto off and set it next to his bowie knife. It wasn't his weapon of choice. If he had taken the blade out of its sheath, it would've looked close to when Alayasha bought it. He never had any reason to use it unless his opponent was a very skilled weapon expert or his bowie knife was M.I.A. Even then, his hands were suitable for any task he was given. He was efficient in disarming a few men just by his sheer understanding of the body and his strength alone. If he needed to chop something in half, a simple knife hand would do. Blunt damage perhaps? A punch or a shin kick would suffice. Internal damage was his choice? Pressure point attacks were his main mode of execution. The tanto was something of a tool rather than an extension of his hand. Hell, it was more of an aesthetic look to Alayasha's garb than a tool.

He didn't take off his hidden blades that were around his arm, at least not until he explained himself to Rukasu. He turned to the young man, who couldn't be no more than nineteen or twenty years of age, and saw that this was going to be an interesting day indeed. The young man was going to be his teacher today. In Alayasha's case, Rukasu was going to be the remedial professor many took when they attended a university and just couldn't pass the entrance exams on certain subjects. If Alayasha was that university student who got a seventy-four instead of a seventy-five on that algebra exam, Rukasu was the math teacher.

"The weapons I mostly use are close range weapons. One of which is a knife, a tanto, and these," he raised his bracers up, "are the hidden blades that are a trademark of certain assassins. I will admit to you now that I do not use these blades for more than one hit kills or when I'm in a tight situation and I need something fast and sharp to cut through. The hidden blades are used only when I need to assassinate someone in style."

He adjusted a switch underneath the mechanism. It made a soft click sound then some gears seem to move. When he moved his wrist back in a swift flick, the blade came out. The blade also gleamed in the sunlight like the bowie knife. The one difference with this was the fact that the blade looked almost new. Rukasu would notice that the blade was kept in almost pristine condition, something that most people didn't do with an average blade. "I have an understanding of the body. Because of that, I know where to slide the blade in and out for an almost effective kill." He raised his hands and positioned himself as if he was going to make a strike. "If I came from behind, I would simply aim for the neck. This would severe the spot between the brain and the spinal cord. This was my favorite spot if I wanted to do an immediate kill rather than prolonging the fight."

He relaxed his wrist. The blade went sliding back into the holster within the mechanism. Alayasha then set the safety back on the blade and he was able to move his hand again. "The Fourth house of Kuro rarely gave the training of hidden blades to the common soldiers. They would give to the specialize warriors whose sole purpose was to assassinate behind enemy lines. How I possessed this weapon," he clicked his teeth. "Well, let's just say that my name is worth its weight in gold in my clan so, it wasn't hard to obtain this."

He pulled off the hidden blade off his right arm, then his left arm. He set it next to the tanto. "I have, again, the basic knowledge of weaponry, but my understanding of using weaponry has been lost through time and attrition. If my father was still around, he would certainly smack my head." He rubbed his head instinctively as if the pain was already creeping up on his neck.

"So, if you wanted to know a little history on my understanding, there it is. I could provide a bit more. Most of my brothers are weapon users. They would certainly outclass me if I ever got into a bout with them." he shrugged. "But never do they use large swords like the blade on your back. So I could have a certain advantage if I possessed and know how to use that."

PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptyThu 09 Apr 2015, 2:53 am

Rukasu looked at Alayasha as he had taken out his bowie knife and tonto. Both were close range weapons, as the criminal knew a lot about those weapons. Rukasu focused more on mid-ranged weapons and as well as close range. He had barely touched a long-range weapon since it did not suite him as much. The criminal knew how to fight with only those two types of weapons. The criminal also prefer giant weapons in which he was able to counter many attacks when it came down to fighting. It was obvious he wanted to learn more on how to use weapons properly. The criminal was going to be here all day and night and maybe for the next few days depending on the situation. Rukasu did not mind going to help this man since he was going to help Rukasu in his time of need as well. It was a trade between partners and this trade was going to benefit them both in the end.

Alayasha then showed Rukasu his hidden knives, "The weapons I mostly use are close range weapons. One of which is a knife, a tonto, and these," he said as he raised his arms. "are the hidden blades that are a trademark of certain assassins. I will admit to you now that I do not use these blades for more than one hit kills or when I'm in a tight situation and I need something fast and sharp to cut through. The hidden blades are used only when I need to assassinate someone in style." he then said as Rukasu found those blades to be the most interesting. Rukasu had been doing assassinations since he was a little kid but he was never a part of an organization on assassins. Rukasu wanted to learn more about silent killing than he already did. He just did not know how to go about doing so. The criminal heard from his father that silent killing was an art used by the Kiri shinobi back in the day until forbidden the use of it. He wondered if there was a chance in learning such technique but he also knew that if he were going to learn something like that he would have to search back in Kiri and find someone that knows it.

"I have an understanding of the body. Because of that, I know where to slide the blade in and out for an almost effective kill." He said as Rukasu listened to every word that he had to say since it was important to know about the person Rukasu was going to work for down the road ahead of him. He looked as if he was going to attack but it seemed he was showing Rukasu his way of killing.  "If I came from behind, I would simply aim for the neck. This would severe the spot between the brain and the spinal cord. This was my favorite spot if I wanted to do an immediate kill rather than prolonging the fight." What he said was right since Rukasu had killed people in the past just by slicing off their necks. Rukasu would also kill people by forcing his giant blade through their hearts. He loved the people's eyes fade as they grasp for their last breathe. Rukasu could never explain it but for him killing was a drug. An addicting drug that consumes his entire soul, with kill after kill it destroys any aspect of reality when he kills someone. For every time he killed it was as if he was feeding the monster within him, growing stronger after each kill.

Alayasha talked about his weapon user family but he knew the basics as if he was the black sheep of them all. It would seem clear that he had to work harder than the rest of them. It seemed that this man had forgotten the fundamentals but the criminal was soon going to find out if he could handle it or not. Alayasha then said about how he wanted to try out the sword on Rukasu's back. Rukasu's sword kept his alive all these years ever since he stole the weapon from his father and killed him. Rukasu's favorite sword, and he always cherished this weapon. After a few moments, the criminal thought of something and he knew that this could work.

"Well for starters my father taught me how to use the sword. He learned from shinobi of Kiri, and I used to love this sword on his back. This sword is my favorite, and of course, I have other weapons that I will use from time to time. It all depends on the situation. I am going to fight you with a certain weapon of mine, then I am going to switch it up. I am going to test you on the different styles of swords I will use against you." Rukasu said as he had inhaled some air and then exhaled it right after. "First thing is first. Swords are not just an extension to your body, they are a part of your every move. Don't use a sword without knowing its true potential. A sword will betray you if you are careless. I will say that there could be someone far more skilled, with the right determination and partnership, well you can defeat mostly anyone." Rukasu paused as he grabbed the handle of his sword and swung it so it pointed in the air. "Giant blades like these require a lot of strength to utilize in order to attack without a lag. I had to build up my strength so that this blade could feel as if I am wielding a katana." Rukasu said as he walked over to the man.

He then swung the blade around so it pointed to the ground, where he was about a foot away from Alayasha, "Here let me see you handle my trusted partner. This sword it heavy but I think you can manage, but can you utilize a weapon for a long period of time is the question." Rukasu said with a smirk on his face. He knew that this man could do it but how long was it going to take this man to master handling a sword. Fully mastering a sword was actually step one of the process in the art of training to be a swordsmen.

Assuming that Alayasha grabbed the handle of the sword, the criminal walked back as he grabbed out one of his scrolls. Rukasu was now about ten feet away as he turned around, placed the scroll on the ground, and opened it. The white paper of the scroll had writings on it, as the criminal formed a seal, and white smoke appeared. "This next weapon of mine is my killing with a passing weapon. Sometimes I do get bored killing with one weapon so that is what brought me to get these to accompany on my journey." Rukasu said as the smoke cleared up and only showed a bright red rectangular box. Rukasu knew that this man would be confused at first because he summoned a red box. Grabbing the handle part of the box, he pressed the button, and within seconds, the box transformed, mechanically, unfolding back to his deadly scythe. Swinging the scythe around, and then stopping it where the bottom point of the blade was touching the ground as the weapon leaned on his shoulders.

"Weapons are a man's best friend." Rukasu said as he smiled evilly. “I Have a request that I would like to know about. Since you know about information, I heard of a secret weapon that I have been searching for. Have you ever heard of the Kusanagi no Tsurugi - Grass Long Sword?” Rukasu asked as he has been searching for that one sword since he heard its existence from the snakes. Now he waits to hear the man reply and get the feel for his temporary weapon.

The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] Vide
PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptyFri 10 Apr 2015, 2:47 am

Rukasu took the large sword off his back. He spoke like his father did when he first described the use of a weapon. They both described it as a connection between the two, as if the weapon itself was not just an extension but rather a part their very being.

When Alayasha was a young boy, he didn't think much of this connection that his father spoke of. Perhaps it was simple immaturity of his mind that didn't think this anything of the philosophical aspect of weaponry. He merely thought of it as a weapon, a tool that made things easier. That mindset seem to shift over to his adult years and because of that limit here he was in need of having to take a remedial from someone who was a decade or so younger than he was. His ancestors would be laughing at him if they could see the living.

Rukasu spun the blade with relative ease. No doubt years of training and strength allowed him to wield it with such grace. He slid the blade into the ground to see if Alayasha could wield such a weapon. He had little doubt that he could pick up. That wasn't the concerning issue here.

Alayasha moved to the blade and wrapped one hand around the grip. He pulled it out the ground and held it out to examine it. The blade couldn't of weighed more than seventy or eighty pounds. By throwing it back and forth with his left and right hand, he was leaning more towards the latter. If he wasn't as strong, he wouldn't been able to wield such a weapon let alone pick it up. You could build tree trunk arms with this type of blade or in Rukasu case, build strong and taut muscle.

The blade was double edged which was somewhat common in broadswords that he knew of. He brought the blade close to his eyes and saw the small filaments that made the blade sharp. All of them were align, none of the filaments were bent forward or backwards meaning he maintained it often. He did know that the blade didn't have the coating that could make it chakra conductive. Sometimes the conductivity was set within the metal, but he would've smelled it on the blade. For some reason, he knew that the blade took on a different property once the conductivity was added into the metal. Some blades were coated with a special material that allowed it to be conductive. These two things were not evident in this blade.

Alayasha looked to see Rukasu turn around for a moment and pulled out a small scroll. He unwrapped the tie around it and unraveled the scroll. It was a simple storage seal, one used by everyone who could spell the word "Shinobi". He rolled it on the ground. Alyasha could see the simple formula. The "Storage" and "Lock". Once Rukasu performed the handseals and focused chakra into the scroll, the "Lock" formula would change to "Unlock" and did so with the confirmation of the white poof of smoke.

When the smoked cleared, he saw that Rukasu was wielding a red box. Alayasha saw that the box had gears of the sort surrounding the box. "Is that..." he started, but Rukasu began to unfold the box. He first saw the long black and red grip. It continued to unfold until the blade formed at the tip. A giant red and black scythe was what Rukasu was holding now. He spun it gracefully with his hands before resting the blade on the ground.

“I have a request that I would like to know about. Since you know about information, I heard of a secret weapon that I have been searching for. Have you ever heard of the Kusanagi no Tsurugi?”

"The Kusanagi?" He was recalling when he last heard of that name. Grass country was it? Or was it Sound Country. He hadn't followed up on the rumor of that particular blade being that he 1) had no particular weapons that could bring in too much notoriety and 2) found that many weapon hunters could get too greedy and try to betray him whenever he told of the info. His eyes moved up to the sky, then back to Rukasu. " I do know the legend behind the blade. It can cut through everything and anything. Last I heard, information to that blade led to Grass Country. But I do not know whether it's in a temple or if someone wields it. I would have to find more information on that." Someone could be wielding it right now as they spoke, but Alayasha had his doubts on such a claim. The blade was one of those things that could be legend and be just that: A legend. Or it could be real, and the likelihood of someone finding it was 1 and 100,000,000. Still, he would look into it once he was done in Lightning.

"I have to say," Alayasha said, returning to the topic of weapons. "This blade got a nice feel to it. " He raised it with one hand and swung it down hard before it reached the ground. Well, he tried to control it only for the blade to hit the ground making the dust and dirt rise up. The look on his face was actual surprised "Oh damn." Alayasha said. He realized then that he wasn't exactly use to the weight and how gravity certainly affecting the way the blade almost seem to make it heavier.

He lifted the blade up. With his left hand, it placed it underneath his right and held the blade with two hands this time. The blade went back and then he made the same vertical slash down. This one felt faster, harder than the first swing. But the blade didn't touch the ground this time, the blade stop only a few inches. Dust still rose from the earth, but not dirt.

"That's new." Alayasha said. "I can hold it perfectly fine. The muscle are just acting as if this is something foreign to me. I suppose it is foreign only because I've never wield such a large weapon before." He looked at the length of the blade and then at the length of Rukasu. Another realization came when he saw the blade was almsot as tall as his teacher. "This blade is huge on you, my friend. You're only a few inches taller than this blade."

It was like if his third brother, Mashah, were to carry this blade. He was maybe, 5'10 or 5'11, and this blade would seem silly to wield for him. Yet Rukasu didn't even notice the length. Either he didn't notice or didn't care. A little of both perhaps, but the blade seem so odd for Rukasu to wield.

"I might need to have two hands on the blade for now until my muscles feel comfortable in wielding the blade with one hand."

PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptyMon 13 Apr 2015, 9:53 am

Rukasu watch as his leader started swinging the blade around, and the criminal noticed that he was not used to a weapon of that size but he was able to carry it with ease. After a few swings, the Alayasha was getting the hang of the weapon. Rukasu kept on watching as he was slowly getting the hang of it. Rukasu never really taught anyone how to learn something so this would be his first time. He knew that he was just going to tell the guy what he learned from his father back when he was young. It was clear that helping this man would guarantee safety and a long partnership. It was like that time he met Mokuzai, and that was the first time he trusted someone. Now after Rukasu put trust  in two more people. Mana and now Alayasha, which might be the push Rukasu would need in order to further his path for greatness. The criminal now had ventured across the land as he searched for power.

The power he would need to do something that the whole world would look up to. Rukasu wanted to feel important and he wanted to rule, just to do it. Just to tell him that he tried, because if it did not work out then he would just wander the world again. Rukasu knew what he wanted in this world. It was clear to him who he loved, and cared for. Rukasu was insane but he also knew this and he knew that the more he learned to control his insanity he would be able to harness the power that lives inside of him.  He hoped that it could lead to more things in life, and the criminal would just have to wait.

Alayasha talked about the weapon Rukasu heard about and he said something about the weapon residing in the Grass Country. The criminal noticed that the grass country was a place that held many powers. The grass country is where Rukasu met the Snake, and he knew that this power would help the criminal advance. It was obvious that the criminal was ready for anything, he knew that one way to learn was in fighting. He knew that this man would not have trouble blocking his attack but he also knew that experience was a better way to learn.

"This blade is huge on you, my friend. You're only a few inches taller than this blade." Alayasha said as Rukasu smiled, because he noticed but at the same time, he ignored it. He knew a weapon is always a weapon but to Rukasu it was his first friend. “I might need to have two hands on the blade for now until my muscles feel comfortable in wielding the blade with one hand." He also said as Rukasu still smiled because the man was right not to take advantage of what he was holding.

"I use big weapons for many reasons, however I have noticed that when I am in a battle and I want to just get it over with. If I can't finish this battle with the sword you are holding then, I will use a smaller blade I have. With a lighter weapon, I was able to double my speed and my opponents never stood had a chance. hehehe." Rukasu chuckled as his eyes were closed while he laughed, but seconds later his facial expression changed from smiling to serious with an evil smile and his eyes glaring at the man in front of him. The scythe was heavier than the sword but the weight was nothing now since he still felt like he was holding a regular katana. A few seconds after his expression changed. he charged straight at him. Rukasu slashed his scythe directly at the man, from an upper right hand going downward left. The attack was full frontal and basic that it would be easy for the man in front of him to block it with the sword.

I need to push his limitations in order for him to learn the sword better than he knows he could, Rukasu thought to himself as his scythe went forward. Rukasu was now going to know the extent of this man's power. Now the training session will begin, the insane criminal is going to help the fighter unlock hidden within him for a long time.

The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] Vide
PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptyThu 16 Apr 2015, 7:03 am

If Alayasha had turned his eyes to the left or to the right, he would’ve felt the full force of the blow just by the lack of his reaction. His training in Taijutsu taught him to be aware even when his attention was elsewhere. The awareness of his body made him aware of the little things in the world. He didn’t think his awareness could match someone who had decades of perception training, but he was competent in his awareness with things that was going to hit him.

He lifted the blade up, turning the blade horizontally to block the ongoing slash. This was where he would see how reliably strong the young man was going to be. The look on his face, that intense glance of the teacher giving the student a lesson type, was on seeing whether Alayasha could block the attack.

There were a few things that caught Alayasha by surprised. The immense strength when the blade of the scythe met the large blade didn’t surprise him. Their strength, at first, didn’t seem like it would contest but Rukasu had the strength of twenty men in those taut arms of his. The shock that went through Alayasha’s arm and traversed well down to his feet? That also didn’t surprise him. The sound of the metal making not only made the sound of two metals colliding together but also created a sonic boom? It was small, not exactly ground shaking, but it was enough to give his ear some mild Tinnitus that would last for a small duration. That didn’t surprise him.

His feet slid back just a few inches. The tinnitus in his ear made it hard for him to hear the ground sort of shift underneath him, but he certainly felt his boots move almost underneath him. He was grateful for his massive strength and the bones that was able to take in the strength of this blow due to the years of conditioning, otherwise Rukasu would’ve broken the bones in his arm and his wrist.

What came as a surprise was the image that traversed in his mind. There was a moment where his vision didn’t perceive his actions. How long it last, he didn’t know. He couldn’t pinpoint the exact time this vision entered his head. He estimated after this event that it had to have happen in a matter of seconds. When warriors met fist or blades for the first time, seconds could feel like minutes or hours. Alayasha would be a very old man, long after Rukasu and his lineage would pass, and he would tell his sons, his grandsons, his great-grandsons, and his great-great grandsons that in that moment he felt like that time had slowed or rather his perception of time had slowed to almost a crawl and what he saw would certainly begin a

What he saw was someone was holding onto the large scythe. The scythe itself had a certain aura about it. He didn’t think aura was the right word for it, but it was the only word he could come up with at the time. Energy was resonating from the scythe that was coming from him that started from the tip of the blade trailing up to the meat of the blade down the long staffpole down to the source that was Rukasu. Alayasha looked at the thing that was looking at him with that mutation that was his snake eyes. He knew it was Rukasu. He wouldn’t deny that sort of fact. Despite whether he was in that ‘zone’ where warriors are meeting each other or he was simply hallucinating, he knew his mind would forever rationalize the man known as Rukasu.

What he saw was the human face, it was replaced with the face of a snake. Like a blend of both human and snake, but a snake. He had a long head with the small slit that was his nose, the reptilian skin was a mix of a lizard and a snake. The creature had a smile on his face, one of evil intent and malice. The Rukasu snake creature probably wasn't doing it on purpose-and if he was then he would need better control of it-but the insanity was dripping into this zone like illusion.

Alayasha pushed the scythe away from him. The illusion was gone and he saw it was the same five foot eight inch young man. What was that? He took a moment to see what that was. His chakra wasn't infected with any of Rukasu's, he was sure. He didn't detect any sort of deception from the outside. Alayasha took another look at Rukasu. The aura alone was dark, filled with deep reds and blacks like the snake eyes. It swirled around him and around the scythe as well.

When warriors meet for the first time through battle, they experience a piece of their soul. What I saw was the soul of a snake It had been a long time since he glanced into the soul with someone of this caliber. He never had the chance to know Shinjin's soul nor did he ever had a chance to exchange fist and energy with the former Mizukage and missing friend, Uchiha Hiroshi.

His hands tighten around the blade. He could feel the blood flow through his arms and into his biceps. He had a smirk on his face now. He wasn't the madness that was infecting Alayasha. No, Alayasha was certainly immune to that sort of characteristic. He would be lying to say that he wasn't having fun. He was certainly having a blast. He didn't think he had this much fun since the time he fought his brother. And his brother didn't have such a kill intent like that. At least, not at the time.

He rushed forward and swung his blade downward at Rukasu. Alayasha knew that Rukasu would block it, but he wanted to feel the weight of the blade hitting another blade. The act of it was more something of an exhilaration rather than a hindrance. What did Rukasu say earlier? A weapon is a man's best friend? He could get use to that. A blade that wasn't just a tool, but rather an ally.

When Rukasu would block it, Alayasha jumped back and got into a fighting stance "Come at me again. From a different a different angle this time. Let me feel the weight of the friend that will become an ally."

The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] Vide
PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptyThu 16 Apr 2015, 9:28 am

During the clash, the two blades met as this was both trying to get to know each other. Blades clashing together as Rukasu glared at Alayasha. This moment that the blades clashed felt like an eternity. However, it was only mere seconds, with the two using their strengths in this battle. After their first clash, the criminal and the opponent jumped backward.

"When warriors meet for the first time through battle, they experience a piece of their soul. What I saw was the soul of a snake" Alayasha said as Rukasu looked at this person as he was crazy, but at the same time, he made sense. Rukasu knew that there were people in this world that could fight with only their words and other can use that plus see into the soul of others. It was obvious that he was neither blind nor stupid.

"I dedicate my life following the path of the snake. I was born in the grass country, my family fled to the mist village to be safe from whoever they were trying to kill them. All I know that there are other clan members in this world. I will unite them all, but when I found out about everything, my mind body and soul changed. I saw many things clear than what they should have been. My path of the snake will be the right path. I am Rukasu Hebi the Snake King of this World." Rukasu said as he got into his stance readying himself for an attack from Alayasha.

The criminal knew that their strengths were almost at par but there was no telling for sure what would be the best course of action to test the ability. However, Rukasu knew that with more strength in every attack would help the opponent handle attacks with a giant weapon. Rukasu needed to test his strength as well as his speed but he also knew that he would have to do things one-step at a time. It was how training came to be, and how it should be in any way shape. This little spar will show Alayasha the true meaning of the sword and with the added bonus on how to wield the weapon as well. Rukasu knew that this man could handle the sword but was it meant to be.

After what Alayasha had said and then Rukasu followed with his statement, the opponent had a smirk on his face as if he was getting excited. There could be a chance that he was having fun, and for some reason this is the first time Rukasu witness this besides watching himself fight in a battle. He saw from his snake eyes that someone fighting against him is actually smiling. This brought up a completely new pot of feelings as the criminal was getting really excited, and then within seconds he charged as he slashed downward at the criminal but it was also an easy attack to defend himself against. The red-haired insane criminal positioned the scythe just perfectly lower as he forced his blade upward. Both blades will clash leaving a small shock wave in the area. Then seconds after the opponent jumped backward.

"Come at me again. From a different a different angle this time. Let me feel the weight of the friend that will become an ally." Alayasha said as Rukasu looked at him with so much urge to charge and the criminal knew that it was not a trap but he also knew that a basic attack was not going to help this man improve his skills. An evil smile appeared on the criminal's face, which just showed his opponent a clever idea has gotten his mind in a major explosion. Rukasu knew that this would help Alayasha use his feet more than just the basic hit and back off tactic. Rukasu did not even have to form a seal as his chakra was going to his lower half of his body while his legs and feet were together. Alayasha would be the first person to witness another technique of the promising snake clan. In only a matter of seconds, the criminal's legs resembled that much of a snake’s tail. It gave Rukasu another three feet as it was black with a hint of red on the tail.

Rukasu was now more agile as he charged straight ahead towards the opponent but once he was a few feet close to the man, he quickly circled him and then in one quick instant his tongue shot out to wrap around his right ankle while he slashed his scythe from the left to the right about his knee area. Rukasu wanted to push his reflexes while holding a weapon that would force him to either fall and get hurt or come out of this untouched. If Alayasha were able to either jump up to dodge, then he would mostly not see Rukasu change his scythe direction to get him. Rukasu strength alone was able to stop his weapon in tracks of motion and quickly attack the opposite direction. Rukasu was only training him in strength with some speed, and with that said the opponent only knew a glimpse of the criminal's speed. Rukasu was going to wait until he used his trump card. If he could evade this then I will have to use my next technique with this sword and then use the technique that usually stuns people before they even get a chance to react. Rukasu thought to himself in mid motion while he enforced his attack.

The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] Vide
PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptyThu 16 Apr 2015, 10:09 pm

Again with that smile. He didn't know when he would get accustom to that eerie smile, but at this moment in time it was certainly made the spine shiver. Alayasha tighten his gripped on the blade once more, his hand digging into the wrapping. Instead of charging at Alayasha like he did before, Rukasu's stood there for a moment. He didn't do a series of hand seals, but something told Alayasha the energy within Rukasu's body was shifting. Where it was shifting to he would soon find out. Alayasha didn't expect him to use ninjutsu, at least not this early in the training. His mind was streaming with strategies now, moving back and forth to one plan or to the other trying to determine what was about to occur and how he was going to deal with this.

The entire lower half of Rukasu began to take the shape of a snake. He didn't think this was an illusion this time. He saw the man do the ninjutsu, and he noticed the smallest shifts of energy mold within him. This was hebi ninjutsu, pure and simple. He had a few options to take. Did he want to jump back to get some distance? Did he want to charge at him while he was transforming? He felt his feet shift under him as if his body was preemptively taking the action ready to make the move.

Rukasu didn't seem to give Alayasha the chance to step back immediately as he was already on him. He slithered his way towards Alayasha with surprising agility. He could've theorized that the conjoining of the limbs to make one solid 'tail' would make it easier for one to slide across the ground, but it was still surprising to see the application. Rukasu circled around him creating a sort of snake tail gauntlet.

He saw Rukasu open his mouth up wide, the same way he killed that bartender and his long tongue shot out aiming for his right ankle. Simultaneously, he saw Rukasu swing the scythe towards his left side. Now this was a good way to get fucked up. Nothing wrong with the actions performed by Rukasu, he was certainly good at making it a challenge either way, but Alayasha could respectively say that Rukasu can go fuck himself.  Any action that was defensive gave Rukasu the advantage. Any sort of vulnerabilities would give him the opening to attack Alayasha. He was certainly testing to see whether or not he would make the choice.

Instead of jumping or dodging in any direction, he lifted up his leg as if he was ready to do a roundhouse kick. He moved his leg up with surprising speed. One could've swore that his foot was stationary on the ground the one moment and then the next moment, a blink of an eye, his leg was up and his knee bent. This would've been the precursor for Rukasu to understand that Alayasha was a master in Taijutsu. He understood his own body, and was fluid enough to move his arms and legs as if it didn't hold any weight. He stomped down at the tongue . It wasn't enough to hurt his tongue, but it would certainly shock the hell out of him. He made sure his foot had sunk deep into the tongue so he wouldn't be able to retract it back. The strength in his legs had more power than the strength in his arms.

Alayasha had seen him use the technique before, and had estimated the speed of the tongue reaching to the bartender's neck. He was impressed by the way Rukasu struck him, but he was in no one way absent-minded to forget how fast it moved. He remembered it well, and he was grateful for remembering that.  Despite Alayasha's instinct to dodge, he did what he taught himself to do: When the option seems stupidly obvious, it's best not to take that action at all. This wasn't true with everything, but in a situation like this, he had to take it. If he wasn't wearing any shoes he probably would've felt the saliva all over the sole of his feet. That would've been a one way ticket to nopeville, but he didn't let it get to him. He didn't have the time.

He didn't try to dodge the scythe. He had no intention of dodging a weapon master with a scythe of that invention and at this close of range. Instead, he turned the blade downward and swung it the met the scythe with the large broadsword that was in one hand. One hand? That wouldn't exactly surprise Rukasu as he would've guessed Alayasha's body growing accustomed to the weight of the blade with one hand. Perhaps it was a surprise to see Alayasha do it now when the situation was dire. This time his arm did feel the jolt from Rukasu's swing. It sent a sharp wave of pain up his arm and back to his wrist. He didn't feel it then, but he would certainly feel it later. He had too much adrenaline pumping in him to notice.

He was damn well sure that if he didn't block it, the scythe would've change direction or try to reach in to swing at him. That was what Rukasu had intended to do No, he wouldn't allow that. He made a quick decision to simply let the snake gauntlet occur and take the battle to him.

You're weapon is your friend.  If the weapon was able to understand him, he would've thanked it and give it all sorts of love.  He was getting use to the grip of the blade, the weight, the versatility of it all. Whether he would want a blade like this in the future was up for debate, but right now he was enjoying this blade.

"I apologize for stepping on your tongue." he said. There really was apologetic. He didn't want to step on it, but he had no other choice.  "Reaction and all that." He took his foot off the tongue and jumped over the snake tail to give himself some distance. "A brilliant way to attack me. From every angle, you gave me the choice of whether I should dodge or not. Your attack would've messed me up if I did take that route. I wonder, Rukasu-san, did you test to see how reliant I would be on the weapon? If so, then you succeeded in that."

He looked at the blade. It's red color glistening in the sunlight, giving it a shiny apple look to it. He inspected the blade again and found himself with an idea. He snapped a finger and pointed at Rukasu. "I don't know how much you understand fuuinjutsu, but I have an idea I want to try out. If you don't mind, I'm going to use your blade as a...well a guinea pig. Do you mind?" The excitement in his voice was very childlike. It sounded odd because Alayasha's voice was somewhat deep and that tone of excitement made him sound ten years younger.

The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] Vide
PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptySun 26 Apr 2015, 5:21 am

After all the commotion, he was still able to do what Rukasu hoped he would do. The opponent used the sword instead of completely dodging the attack. Rukasu knew that this guy was learning at a fast rate of speed. Just a regular dodge would just show Rukasu that he was not capable of trusting the sword. The user has to get to the point where he will only trust his sword and no one else. Granted he should not have stepped on Rukasu's tongue, as the criminal sucked back the tongue the second his foot was off. Rukasu was a bit pissed but he expected that was going to happen. Now having the taste of dirt in his mouth really turned his stomach a bit. No one should treat the Snake King in that matter at all. Nevertheless, it happened while the king was just going to ignore it and move on.

After he listened to what he had to say Rukasu looked at him for a moment and then his eyes glanced over at his scythe. He knew now that he was able to control the weight of the blade now the criminal was going to test him with speed. Rukasu knew he was going to learn fast, but what was he going to get out of this. Rukasu knew he could most likely control a land but there was this man with the knowledge to do it right. the criminal was not going to try but he knew that he had to be getting something better than what he offered. Rukasu knew he would ask him another time. It was strange that this man had gotten excited to use Rukasu's sword as an experiment. What would be the end cause of it all, would it benefit Rukasu in any way or would it benefit this man during this training. Rukasu knew that he should wait and see what he was going to do and he hopes he does not lose the weapon.

"I had to find out if you would rely on your sword more than your skills. I know you can dodge all my attacks with ease but what if you lost all of your skills or you did not have any other options left, would you use the sword you had placed your trust in. Weapon users either treat their weapons as if that was the only item in the world they can trust. This trust will also go over the love of someone they have feelings for. There are others who will mistreat their weapons like garbage, and in the end, that weapon will become your downfall. That sword you are holding has always been on my back, so if one day I choose to changed weapons, I better have good reason and still use that sword as much as I can. If you don't believe me, then your eyes aren't open. I know you used the sword without thinking so your trust for that weapon is over your skills. I also can tell that you feel the bond I share with that weapon every time we strike. You need to one day venture out in the world and find the right sword that will fit you in every way. I collect swords because I want to kill people in different ways, but at the same time I know that this weapon is better off with me." Rukasu said as he was taking breathes in between sentences. The criminal had paused as he also almost forgot to say one more thing. "Go ahead and use this weapon as an experiment, just know that I am watching you and you better not try anything funny." Rukasu said as he was very serious as his eyes locked on him about a few seconds after he looked at his scythe.

The criminal held his scythe leaned on his shoulders with the giant blade facing away from him. He knew something in this man's eyes told him he was excessively excited to try something out. What could it be and would it really affect any of them at all. Rukasu just watched this man hoping that whatever he had planned would not hurt his favorite blade.

The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] Vide
PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptySun 26 Apr 2015, 9:29 am

"...There are others who will mistreat their weapons like garbage, and in the end, that weapon will become your downfall..." That part of Rukasu's speech had reminded him of what his second brother, Dany'al, had said about ninjutsu. His attitude was almost similar, downright a copy even, of how using his ninjutsu as not a means of a weapon but an ally.

"People usually just release a fireball in attempt to destroy an obstacle ahead." Dany'al had said. "Many people don't think like most Kuro. They think that the energy within him is simply a tool to be used as a means get to point a to point b. These people do not see that if they do not treat the energy within them, that energy will be used against them."

"I'll remember that." Alayasha said softly, although it didn't sound like it was an answer to Rukasu's speech. "And thank you for allowing me to use your weapon." he said, not without kindness. He was pleased with himself. And why not? If that was the objective of that last attack, Alayasha would've scored an A- on the test. Granted, he did use a bit of his pragmatism with the stomping his foot on the tongue part. That was the reason why he said an A- rather than an A+, but he was nonetheless proud that little accomplishment.

Shit, I feel like I'm back at the academy. he thought, and that made him smile. The memory of those days were filled with a lot pain, and he would to say to anyone he asked that his days in this particular academy was nothing short of painful, but it was the memory of all the satisfaction of getting things accomplished.

He sat down on the ground holding the blade so when he got himself situated, he could lay the flat of the blade on his lap. He reached in his back pouch and was feeling for the ink canister. His fingers felt the cold casing and knew that was the one he was looking for. He pulled that out first and set it beside him. "Oh don't worry. I won't try anything funny." he said as he was reaching in that same pouch for the paintbrush. "The only funny thing I'll be doing is going through the process of finding the correct seal that allow me to do what I want to do." His hand grabbed the wooden stick of the brush and he pulled it out and set it next to the ink canister.

Alayasha's face had turned introspective then, putting a calm aura around his entire being. He took a deep breath and slowly let it out. This wasn't the hardest thing he could do, but he would certainly need concentration and time to do what he was about to do next. He was about to apologize to Rukasu to say that he was going to be silent for a few minutes, but he didn't think Rukasu mind. Besides, Rukasu would be watching him closely to make sure he wasn't going to do anything that could set off any mental alarms.

He closed his eyes next. His mind began to formulate the seal necessary for his next little stunt. His right hand reached for the ink canister, still cold to the touch but it would warm up soon with it being out in the sun. His fingers twisted the cap off and he set it down next to him. He reached for the ink brush with his left hand and dipped the brush. Fresh ink dripped off the tip of the brush back into the small little canister.

He opened his hands and placed the brush at the tip of the blade.

The basis of the seal will begin the formula of 'connection'. Is it a human connection? Correct. The human connection that is related to the connection of the mind. The mind/body connection. the body contains the energy necessary to connect the bridge with the mind and the item. How heavy is the item? Weight is a non-issue. The mind understands-

This was how his mind went when he began to make seals from scratch. Making a seal from the ground up wasn't as simple as understanding how much strength is needed to punch through a wall. In the case for Rukasu, it would be how much strength was needed to cut down a tree. These things aren't even conceptualize into thought because a person who is a master of taijutsu or bukijutsu don't need to know. It's more a matter of instinct and 'feeling'. True, he could argue that there were complicated formulas in taijutsu and bukijutsu, but he would also point out that a majority of these users don't make this shit complicated.

This was one of the downsides of seals was the fact that one had to be extremely intelligent to understand each and every seal, what each seal can and cannot do, which seal is best used for battle, which is a good passive seal, what are the benefits of having certain seals on the body, which one were good for weapons, can this particular seal create dimensions, and the list can go on and on. It was something that most fuuin users constantly had to keep their minds focus on the task.

In this particular case, he was attempting to create a seal that would be the necessary 'bond' seal. That is, he was creating a seal that would allow to control the blade with his mind. His hand began to draw intricate symbols on the blade. From the tip, he was writing something that wasn't the typical kanji that most shinobi were familiar with. Most of the seals he used were based upon his language. From the tip down to where the blade met the guard, he was writing a language unbeknownst to Rukasu.

"I think the funny thing about Fuuinjutsu," Alayasha said after minutes of silence, "is the fact that it is the opposite of what I'm actually good at. Taijutsu, as I said before, is my bread and butter. It is my forte. My salt to my pepper. My peanut butter to my jelly, etcetera. Taijutsu is the warm part of me. It is the part that is fire, the part that resonates with my masculine energy, or 'Yang'. I can break a man's head with a single punch before he could even blink. I can kick someone in the gut ten times before they could even move their hands to block. I can do a lot of things that with hands and feet."

The characters on the blade was first etched in black, then the ink seem to fade away. The seal around the blade began to glow. It was a faint color, so faint that someone could've passed it off as imagination but the glow lingered at first. The color was not one single color but rather many colors shifting from crimson to violet to viridian to silver. Alayasha rung the ink out of his brush and set it back into his pouch. He grabbed the hilt as he stood up from his position. These colors shifted then faded away almost immediately. A whisper of color, one could've said. It could've been the light of the sun, or simply the eyes playing tricks.

"Fuuinjutsu, on the other hand, is yin, feminine, according to me. It is the opposite of taijutsu as one uses instinct and reaction while the other uses calculation and planning. Rather than being one that destroys, this is more of a creating sort of ability." he smiled. "Well, some probably wouldn't agree to that statement. Some might even call that a bit on the fantastic side until they see what I mean." He spun the blade in his hand. He was getting use to the weight. His mind was getting use to the weight. He was glad he had the correct formula on the weight of the weapon, otherwise this experiment would fall flat.

"I wonder what you assumed when you first saw me. When you saw that was simply a large man with muscle, one could imagine that I was someone who likes to hit people. You wouldn't be far from that assumption. However, in this case, let me show you the other side of me."

He set the blade down on the ground. His hands began to do a series of five seals. Rat, tiger, dragon, rat, tiger. He did this slowly as he began to focus the energy within him. "You said that one should have a bond to their weapon. I think I can make that a 'literal' concept." The seals showed then. The blade began to shake on the ground, or rather pop. It was like someone was popping popcorn on the bottom and the blade was going along for the ride. Alayasha's hands kept in the tiger seal as the blade continued to shake. Come on, dammit. I know this seal is right. Don't fuck up on me now.

In that moment, he almost thought the seal was wrong. The blade was slowly starting to position itself back to it rested state and was almost a few 'pops' away from being still. Then the blade began to hover off the ground. Alayasha looked at it and a wide grin lit his face. He looked very young then. Rukasu could see what Alayasha looked like when he was around twelve or thirteen years old. "My friend, we have lift off."

He let go of the hands, and for a moment he thought the blade would settle back on the ground. Oh, that would've surely put his hopes down and shot that grin right off his face. The blade didn't even do so. The blade kept the same position as Alayasha lowered his hands to his side. "Now, for the test." Alayasha said. He slowly raised his hands up like a man ready to conduct. In his mind, he was telling the blade to lift further up from the ground. His hands were simply the antenna to make sure the seal would understand that. The blade lifted up as command. Slowly, it rose as his hands began to rose.

"Turn." he commanded the large blade. The blade did so, turning from a horizontal plane to a vertical plane. Looking at Alayasha's hands, he had his right hand above his left hand, as if he was holding the blade.

"Fuuinjutsu allows me to connect to the blade. With it, I can increase the range of the weapon without actually worrying about holding it. The mind/body/item connection is the type of seal I'm using on it now." He smiled wanly. "It sounds against the philosophy of what you were saying, but I assure you that it goes well with it. Don't worry, I'll wipe the ink off when I'm done. This stuff isn't permanent by any means. This is more a prototype of what I'll probably do to my weapons in the long run, but this is a great success." He commanded the blade in his mind to return to him. The blade moved towards Alayasha's hand and he clasped it firmly.

The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] Vide
PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptyMon 27 Apr 2015, 5:35 am

The criminal's eyes glued to the man in front of him eager to see what he was going to do. It was strange at first that the man wanted to do something to his sword but Rukasu was not that much worried. He felt that he should see what the man had plan and if it would help in his training. Rukasu just knew that there was more to the weapon than meets the eye, and his sword had been bathe in blood so many times that the criminal had lost count. Rukasu knew he place all his trust with his sword, because if there was a chance that someone had taken his charka then all he would have left was his sword. The criminal knew not to take advantage of his sword and letting this man to borrow the weapon was almost crossing the line but at the same time, he watched carefully to make sure that nothing was going to happen.

Alayasha made sure that Rukasu's weapon was not going to get damaged in anyway, but he did talk about his taijutsu. This man loved fighting more than everything else, so this was a good thing to know. Rukasu watched carefully as he thought about taijutsu as well but he being a medic would better himself in order to make sure that he could become more deadly than anyone could ever imagine. Rukasu wanted to gain the power feared by others and this man was proving to Rukasu that it was possible. This gave an idea to the criminal to search for a teacher himself so he could learn the power that will help him become someone more than what he was. Alayasha then asked Rukasu about his first assumption when he saw the man enter the bar.  Rukasu thought for a moment and wondered about that question as well. A question had no real answer but only opinion. Rukasu looked at the man and a thought came to mind but this was going to answer Alayasha and as well show him a new aspect on his view on life.

"My first thought. Hehehe I thought about killing you. However, I saw something else that intrigued me about you and that was your confidence. Yes, your muscles did play a part in this matter, but I focused on your chakra level. The way you walked into that bar not caring a single crap of what goes on around but at the same time your guard is up to make sure that nothing happens to you. I noticed the overwhelming power you possess and just your power alone shocked me. I never met anyone as strong as you and I did not even have to look at you. Taijutsu is your partner, and fuuinjutsu is your back up. Now with weapons to help you then think of your fuuinjutsu as your right hand and your tai as your left. Soon you will have a weapon on your back to protect you." Rukasu said as his own words were even getting to him. He had never thought about it that was at all and this pushed him a bit further to learn something new. First, he would have to figure out if the criminal was capable of learning something new. From that, moment on the criminal had foreseen a new adventure alongside of looking for weapons as well.

Moments later, Alayasha started writing on the sword with his ink, and at first Rukasu froze as he watched someone he was getting to know writing on his partner like it was no big deal.  This was something that never been done before but he knew that he would soon find out what the man was going to do next. He watched closely Alayasha wrote slowly  on the blade, making sure he did not mess up the seal he was creating. Just watching the man was interesting to see different ways of doing things. The criminal still could not figure out on his own on what Alayasha was going to do with the written seal on the sword. Alayasha then said that he figured out a way to used what Rukasu said about the bond between a man with his sword better to suit his needs. Rukasu could not wait to see what was going to happen next as Alayasha formed five seals but nothing was happening at first. Rukasu was starting to wonder if this man knew what he was doing, until the blade lifted off the ground by itself. This was amazing in the eyes of the criminal as he could not believe that someone could do that. Then the criminal watched Alayasha command the sword around while in midair, without touching the blade.

"Interesting, I might say so myself. I can already tell that this scythe has done its job for today. I am going to show you why I keep this trump card under my sleeve just in case I get into a position where I won’t make it out alive. I am not going to kill you, but I am going to make you believe that I am. I want you to make sure you trust this weapon because I will warn you, if your heart is not in this then everything will be a waste of time. Now I am going to show you the full extent of a certain skill I can use. While I am on the attack, I would like you to block and find your sword fighting style. This style will come out from the heart, but like I said before you have to become one with your sword." Rukasu said as he grabbed out his scroll, opened it, and placed it on the ground. The he folded the scythe and placed it on the scroll, then he formed one seal. Yet again, a puff of smoke appeared covering the scroll, and the item that summoned, covered as well.

Rukasu used the puff of smoke to his advantage as his aura skyrocketed out of proportion, an evil smile appeared as long as two bright yellow lights. The criminal killer instinct rose high as his red eyes brighten, more narrow than before as if he was going under transformation but that was not the case. The criminal's eyes glared at the man in front of him, "Alayasha! THIS IS YOUR FINAL TEST! LEARN TO KEEP UP WITH MY SPEED WITH OUT GETTING DISTRACTED. HAHAHAHAHA Let the final games begin." Rukasu first yelled as his voice went back to its sinister way. The criminal's extreme aura looked as if the criminal was on fire, and he felt better than ever. Rukasu was ready to show him the true speed of the snake king. In an instant the criminal vanished and appeared about two feet away from Alayasha going to slash downward from the right side and then from the left side as a backup. The Snake King was ready, but was Alayasha the super fighter able to keep up.

The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] Vide
PostSubject: Re: The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] The Panther, The Snake, and the B.F Sword.[Training] EmptyMon 27 Apr 2015, 7:55 am

The energy around Rukasu burst out of him explosively. With the red tinge of his aura, it was pure kill intent that was coming at Alayasha now. Not that he wasn't using such kill intent before, but this sort of intent was rawer somehow, uncut like finding a untouched and untapped diamond in the rough. He had a Cheshire grin that stretched his mouth like he was about to open his mouth and clasp down on his flesh.

Ah the great madness, Alayasha thought. It became clear to him then that Rukasu would be the listed as his mad general. The man who would surely go to war for the sake letting the life water of man spill onto the earth. The person that was staring back took out another weapon in his hand. Dual blades? Fascinating. He knew that handling dual blades was certainly something weapon masters tended to do when they sacrificed defense for more offense. His young brother and sister were ones against the notion of having dual blades because of that factor.

"Alayasha! THIS IS YOUR FINAL TEST! LEARN TO KEEP UP WITH MY SPEED WITH OUT GETTING DISTRACTED. HAHAHAHAHA Let the final games begin." Rukasu used his speed. They were at a distance so it was natural to get in close. Alayasha hand's let go of the blade the moment he was out of sight. The blade hovered in placed. He didn't know if the seal was apt for reaction speed. He supposed it would have to-

Rukasu appeared on his right. The aura flared, saturating the air with chakra and energy. Alayasha would've called that 'watery energy' for the energy almost seem to have the same density as water.

The young man was fast. He had to be. To get in close and to do as much damage as possible, one had to be fast in order to make the call of killing the target. Milliseconds of time passed, and Alayasha had to make an instinctive move. Alayasha took a jump step back giving himself three feet of distance from the two feet Rukasu was from while simultaneously thinking and moving his hands for the blade to move to the right. The seals on the blade lit up and moved just as swift as Alayasha jump step. The floating blade spun now being on a horizontal plane, as though Alayasha had an invisible man holding the blade to block, and clashed with the blade Rukasu was swinging with his left-no, his right hand. It was the blade he was holding in his right hand that clashed with the floating blade. Alayasha's mind could feel the strength of Rukasu's swing. It was a ghost of a feeling, that sort of feeling he got when he watched someone else breaking another person's bone. It all happened in an instant. Rukasu had used his speed to get close in the distance while Alayasha used his speed to further the distance.

Alayasha was understanding that one did not have to treat the blade as a tool. A blade that was a tool could be disposable, one that could essentially be thrown away at any given time. Alayasha was using the blade as if it was a second person. The blade combined with the seals allowed him to recollect himself without having to fully disengage out of the battle. Fascinating, Alayasha thought. Perhaps this is the bridge to combine both the masculine and feminine.

The blade that was floating right now wasn't fairing well with the lightning covered blades. He wondered in that brief moment in time if Rukasu sent enough electricity that could shock Alayasha. Lightning was the piercing element after all.

He didn't give it much thought as he made the blade retreat back to Alayasha. He grabbed the blade's hilt with one hand, but didn't deactivate the seal on it just yet. The blade felt light in his hand. He could've mistakenly thought that he was holding a bowie knife or the tanto. In that next instant, he commanded the blade with his mind to move at Rukasu.

If Alayasha estimated right, it should still be in range for Alayasha's seal to work. He knew that after a certain range the blade would become inert . The seal and a proximity range of five to eight meters. Anything longer would make this next move fail. He was five feet away which was still medium range. Still, this next little stunt he was going to act like he simply threw the blade at him and was doing a desperate attempt to get in close. If Rukasu saw the trajectory of the blade's current path, he would've made the appropriate response to move to the right or to the left as the blade was soaring straight at him.

The objective wasn't to hit Rukasu with the blade, although at first glance that could've been the main goal. It was to get the blade behind Rukasu. Alayasha rushed forward. He did explain to Rukasu that he was a taijutsu master, so it was only natural for Alayasha to get in where he was good at. Rukasu was fast, but Alayasha was faster. He seem to 'blink' out of sight only to appear just a foot away from Rukasu. This was a feint as he didn't want to lose distance from the blade. Alayasha had his hand clenched in a fist and it was drawn back as if he was about to punch. This was another feint acting as if he was about to throw a fist. The blade stopped in its place just a foot away behind Rukasu. The blade turned vertically with the tip of the blade pointing at Rukasu's lower back aiming to piece him.

Alayasha was upon Rukasu but stopped then. He was breathing slow, but very deep breathes. He points to the blade behind Rukasu. "I admit, kid." he said in one breath. This was the first time Alayasha had said kid to Rukasu. He knew the young man had to be in his twenties, and he didn't want to insult him, but in the heat of the moment he forgot. "You're pretty damn fast."

Alayasha took a step back, opening his right hand to draw the blade back to him. The floating blade moved around the right side of Rukasu and back to Alayasha's hand. The glowing seals faded away.

What a day this turned out since it was a bit crazy that the two skilled shinobi were going at it in an attempt to learn something new. As Rukasu rushed forward with his attack, he knew that a new thing that Alayasha did to his weapon was going to be a difficult task to fight against. A floating blade, which was a smart way to fight but it, was how this man was going to use it. Rukasu watched closely as he knew he was going to see what the man had planned all along. The man jumped backward as Rukasu noticed the blade following him in the air. The floating blade blocked both attack from Rukasu's electric blades. The criminal knew that this was going to happen and now as they were a good amount of distance the man in front of Rukasu somehow signaled the blade the to move forward at Rukasu. Rukasu knew that he was going to dodge the blade but he was not that stupid. A floating blade meant that it needed to be close to the user but the measurements were unclear now.

In an instant Rukasu shifted his weight to the right but at that same moment he swung his left arm upward with his blade vertical. He did not know which way the floating blade would come but he figured that it would be at a certain angle in which he could stop. Then the criminal moved his right arm upward but he could not extend his arm completely so his elbow was facing the man and the blade just under his elbow pointed at the man. Alayasha appeared a foot away from him, but Rukasu had used his quick reactions skills right before he appeared, or it could have been the same time. This man was indeed faster, but he spoke to Rukasu about his speed being impressing. Rukasu could not believe it at all, as his eyes adjusted to close this man was. If this battle was real then he knew that he would not be able to stand a chance against this over powered man. This battle would have ended long ago, since there were still many mistakes the criminal made.

"I am impressed as well by your speed, but what intrigued me more is your seals. Can you put a seal anywhere? I am asking because as you noticed that taking out a scroll and switching weapons so take some time. I know this is something I should not do in battle but when a weapon is not the right weapon to use in battle then you would need to make adjustments. You see I have several weapons for different types of battles and I still would like to have more weapons. Training with you has opened my eyes with this one seal you made. Is it possible to have a seal on my body so I can take out a certain weapon or that won’t work because of the size of my weapons?" Rukasu paused for a moment as he looked at Alayasha and took in a few deep breathes before speaking once more. "Also congratulations on learning what you need to learn about using the sword. I can guarantee that you will be more knowledgeable in fighting with a sword. In addition, what you did there with your seals, I know you will be able to come up with more combinations that are complicated and don't forget your taijutsu will also play a good part in your style as well. Never forget a sword will be by your side as long as you trust this sword with your heart." Rukasu said, as he started to relax a little hopefully the man backed off as well. "I would like to accompany you to a nearest blacksmith to help you get the weapon to will best suit you." Rukasu said as he knew that his encounter with the man was not over and even if it was he was not going to let it end so easily. The Snake King proved himself to the man, but was it enough to be a part of the organization that the man was creating. Rukasu did not know if he was going to get what he deserve from this group but he knew that he was going to make sure that everyone in this world would respect the King or fear him.

Rukasu was now waiting for the response of this man, if they both were going to talk business about the group and look for a weapon. Maybe Rukasu could get another weapon for himself as well. This will embark on a new journey but will it end on a good note or push Rukasu further away from the women he loved. This question will forever wander the mind of the criminal.  Now it was clear that Rukasu was in the group and this was another step for the criminal than most people would get in their lifetime.

Topic Exit with Alayasha if he chooses to have company to the blacksmith. If not then they will both go their seperate ways until the day that Alayasha calls Rukasu for a meeting.

Rukasu maneuvered himself well from the attack. This was good, Alayasha thought. It would've been quite disappointing and very awkward if Rukasu had backed up and got pierced by his own blade. This wouldn't be the first time he had injured his teacher. His father was a living example of that. It would've been even more of a awkward moment if he had killed him. He was thankful that wasn't the case. Rukasu was impressed by Alayasha's movements. Alayasha seem to have the basics down, and it was up to him to improve himself with his weapons. He wouldn't be a weapon master right at the very start, but there was potential and that was all Alayasha needs.

Rukasu began to ask about the matter of placing seals on a person's body. "There are a few ways to inscribe seals onto objects," Alayasha said. He reached in his back pouch, the one that was his sealing kit, to pull out a damp cloth. "Ink is one way of placing a seal on an object. Out of the few ways, ink is the simpler way of putting a seal on." He began to wipe the cloth on the blade taking the ink off the seal. The amount of time it took him to take the ink off dramatically differed from him putting the ink on the blade.

"Surfaces such as metal, paper, human skin, trees, the ground, you can use ink. Human skin is probably the easier to place ink on. You could either use a certain type of ink that allows you to manipulate a few different type of seals when you gather chakra, or you could tattoo it on your skin for simpler things such as, in the case of your example, putting storage seals on your hand, wrist, arm, whatever. I'm not much of a tattoo artist to do anything of that natural, but I can certainly give you a design and formula that allows you to release and contain weapons within it."

Alayasha looked up at the sky. The sun had shifted again moving further away from the east now traversing to the west. Judging from the light, it was getting close to four o clock. Had they been out here for that long? He felt the muscles in his arm was in slight pain. His body hadn't done that in awhile. His body was quite use to huge loads of weight. Judging from the small ache in his arm, the answer was yes. It would be a good to collect himself and perhaps relax back in the small town. They would definitely have to go to another bar or a restaurant if they wanted service. He could also gather more information on the old organization that called themselves Parabrahma. With Rukasu alongside him, he could also get some bits and hints on them as well.

He'll certainly have to know about the competition. he thought.

Alayasha held the blade with one hand and made a hand gesture to say that it was Rukasu turn to lead now. "Let's go see the blacksmith, Rukasu-san. Lead on."
