I think It's odd to leave because people are complaining. It's actually complaining about complaining... Wich is odd in itself. Just say that your tired of people beeing in a way you obviously doesnt agree with, in general discussion or something, and get things talked out, instead of just raising a middle finger and leave Neutral

I have to disagree, and I honestly hate to spam this topic. His reason isn't something you simply talk out, as most people would make more a deal out of it by saying that it's a 'rant', or 'complaint', which would only cause more complaining from members, etc. So therefore, there wouldn't really be a point. The way I see it, I can understand why he is irritated, and I don't blame him for simply leaving. There are times I put up with a lot I'd rather not, in hopes things will change. And after so long, I get fed up with it, and just toss the idea of it altogether. -shrugs-

I want to congratulate Adam for this attitude towards his members. You will find very few admins who care about their members on a personal basis. Running a forum is not easy as I well know. But Adam has the help of a strong admin team who help him, so he has more time for the finer details such as this. Okay, this is just getting ridiculous. I tried to keep my mouth shut, but jesus. This was an away topic, by no means was he bitching, just informing you that he was leaving. He didn't complain, just stated that he was bored. Then this became more of a discussion, and he has every right to ask you guys to discuss this elsewhere. I think it's funny how you all say he's the one complaining and bitching, when you all are the one's having a discussion in his away topic. And the fact that someone would say he was looking for attention, when like I said, he was just informing you all of his leave, you were the ones to make a big deal out of nothing. I'm going to have to disagree Megan. If Avarice wanted to leave, Avarice would just leave. Instead, he kept coming back and posting in his topic, flaring the conversation back up more. If he just left it, the babble would have died out and this topic would have dropped to the bottom of the Away forum eventually.

He did just leave. But I can imagine it gets annoying when you're informed by email that peopel keep posting in your topic, and not for friendly reasons. I will admit, he could have asked people to leave his topic in a more polite manner, but I also believe he has every reason to be upset. I just think this topic should come to an end, and people should let it go. He's leaving, get over it, stop making such a big deal out of nothing. Dx
