Looking for Someone who is extremely good with coding/HTML.

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this topic, so I hope this is suffice. Anyways, the title pretty much says it all. I can't seem to find exactly what I am looking for, and searching all of the internet simply takes far too long, and is seemingly unrewarding. I am more specifically looking for someone who knows a lot about coding when it comes to image links, hover links, and any graphic customization for that matter. I guess I have big ideas, but not enough knowledge in the feild to do it myself. Help please? Lol. ><;

I actually sorta know what you're talking about. are you talking about putting multiple links on one image? I've done that before.

Mm. Sort of. I kinda came across this site, where their sidebar had this cool image thing for linking to the staff, if you needed help. How it worked was there was an image, and dots below the images that you could hover over. When you hovered over the dots, the image not only changed, but it also provided a link to that profile. I know how to do all the basic stuff, but I have never seen anything like it. It made me feel like a newb. Dx

Hmmm,I've not seen anything like that. I just had it so on this forum there was a picture of the shinobi world, and when you clicked any of the countries, it took you to that subforum.

Andd, I couldn't seem to get it to work. However, I managed to make a completely custom and amazing map, regardless. Oh, how I love Photoshop. Anyways, if you really want, this can be archived. xD
