I made my character already, now I'm interested in making this clan I always wanted... What are the rules on having two characters?

Well I see you're interested in an Uchiha. Uchiha is a limited clan, before making the character it might be a good idea to message an Admin and get their approval because if you don't get it and you've made your character you'll have wasted your time. You may not be able to PM yet so it might be a good idea posting your required post count in some introduction topics or some general discussion topics. From the first impression I've got the vibe that you know what you're doing with the character and that you're quite skilled with roleplaying so you might get the spot.

The rules with 2nd character are simple - you need to have a character of one rank higher than the 2nd character you are requesting, since you're requesting an Uchiha it means you won't be able to start from the higher rank than Genin which means you'll have to earn the promotion IC. After that, you just request your second character in the appropriate section of the Forum and the Admins decide if you're active enough to get it. 2nd characters are sort of "a privilege", also since Uchiha is a limited spot your 2nd character wouldn't be able to be another "Limited spot" character such as Bijuu, Uchiha or Kaguya, or even higher than C rank character to start out.
