Why are you applying?: Well... I feel that often, at certain times, I am the only person on or no staff are on. I think that I could really cover up for that said time. I'm pretty picky and deductive when it comes to judging applications. I promise that giving me this chance I will not make a single mistake in doing my duty to this site. Plus, to be honest, I've got nothing to do on this site and it'd be the one true thing that could make me feel connected here.

Why are you applying?: I am applying because with Summer here, I will have more free time, now that school is officially out. Not only this, but I believe I owe more to this site, for the affiliation, and I like the idea of having a bit more voice in changes to come. Plus, this is the only Naruto RPG site that I have considered worthwhile, so I'd like to help as much as possible, and hopefully see it grow even more.

Other Skills: I have a love for art, so I'd like to believe I am descent when it comes to Graphics. I also, for whatever reason, got into HTML at the age of Eleven, but have forgotten a lot since then. However, I'm in an average with Encoding. I'm also quite level headed, and not angered easily. Even when I am emotionally unstable, I refrain from venting my anger on others. I'd also like to believe that I am a friendly person, and I get along with just about anyone.

Activity: Depends, I come here every day, staying for a minimum of 1 hour. If I find something interesting to do, I will stay longer. If not, then I wont I guess. I would say 8, 10 when the Star fall topic gets updated, since I am waiting for it so I could start some serious RPing.
Why are you applying?: Well, it s obvious that I like this site a lot and that I want to do something around. This site was the second RPG site I joined, I remember that day as if it was yesterday, and the days on the old US will always be a good memory. Naturally I want to do everything to help this site. That and well, whenever I Log On, there is not a single staff member around....I guess words cant describe what I feel towards this site...
Area of Expertise: Characters as Main and Equipment/Jutsus as Sub. Well, I am capable of doing everything, since I spent time as Global Moderator on TNRPG, I still am a GM there...

to sum it up in a number, i'd go with 8.9. basically, it means that i'm online everyday after school, and for a few hours during weekends. however with exams approaching, weekday online-ness might drop. but when school is done and summer hits, i'll be back to that 8.9. possibly higher.
why are you applying?:
i'm applying because i believe the moderation team is lacking the feminine touch. with testosterone overpowering candy, i can't help but to feel like i'm being run over with males. plus, the equality of males and females in staff gives the forum a good vibe and comfort.
another reason is because i believe i'm complaining a lot[YEAH]. so instead of running my mouth and picking apart every single detail i don't enjoy seeing, i'd love to be given the privilege to help you guys with the site.
my last and final reason[I PROMISE] is because i've had experience with being on the staff team on naruto forums. i'd like to believe i'm level-headed and calm 24/7, but i can admit that i can be a royal pain in the derriere sometimes. still, that doesn't take away the fact that i have and had experience of dealing with frustrated members and administration.

application-wise, i excel at checking character applications. being that picky-perfect person, i'm able to spot imperfections in applications. and sometimes, with moderators hurrying to check apps, some miss those little false details. so no, i'm not the quickest when checking applications, but what matters most? how quick you approve, or what you approve?

i've made my fair share of role-playing sites from scratch, and my forte has always been with HTML and coding. to be specific; widgets[sidebar]. i am also able to play around with graphics and graphing programs, such as photoshop and GIMP.
along with being picky, i'm also a good organizer and one of my talents is keeping things in order. i can't stand to see forums cluttered with useless/outdated topics or even a messy app, with screwy codings.

Why are you applying?: Well I've been with US for a long time now and personally recruited by Adam through a pm on ingoo. (What a bad boy Adam Twisted Evil

) I know I have had a lot of ups and down my time being here but I have made changes recently. I'm no longer that annoying guy that stayed into it with everyone just because I could. I want to prove to Adam personaly that I have matured and that I really do have people skillz. I would also say that I have fairly good knowledge with jutsu, clans, and anime period.
Area of Expertise: Clans mostly I would say. I find people personal creations interesting and I know how to mod things so they aren't OP.

Why are you applying?: I think it would be fun to fish and see if I get it depending with my relations with Caranore and such. I also would like a say and help this site prosper further.
Area of Expertise: I'm good at just about any moderation work due to my experience and can do any section with great ease so i'll just say a Kaji of all trades.
Other Skills: I'm very good at critical thinking, being extremely blunt at times and nice at the same time and being respectful while doing it. I have great work ethic and experience to boot. I have a great since of loyalty when I am on a staff team and I do not bring drama everywhere I go. I'm very logical and intelligent when it comes to my mod work and i'm great when it comes to imaging and editing. I also rarely deny anything right off the back but help to try and bring it down to reasonable and approvable levels.

Why are you applying?: Because I want to help the current staff members develop this forum, as well as prevent it from dieing (Which has happened to quite a few good forums.)
Area of Expertise: Checking apps. I'm good at checking applications for characters, clans, pets, etc. I may seem a little strict though, but I don't try to be strict.
Other Skills: I'm good at making sure people don't god-mod (Auto-hitting and never getting hit), metagame (Using information gained OOC for IC purposes), and bunny (control other people's characters). I'm also good at detecting multiple accounts.

I will probably not be the greatest moderator. I am slightly fanatical about Naruto, and I know all of the sites rules. I am on every day, and will be getting more and more chances to be active. As a moderator, I will keep the site 'cleaner', and I will definitely not make any rash decisions. My main expertise is creatures, and after spending a lot of time reading other peoples applications and moderators comments on the subject, I have become quite knowledgeable on the subject.

Most of the people who have the "experience" are not either suck up's who will just agree with you and not bring insight, not good even with their "experience", or wont make much of a difference period.. I think some one new to the position would do a great job. Take a chance on some one. I was the first person to take a chance on hage and look how could he turned out, when he's into his work that is ;D lol. If I had to pick a name, I would go with Wind. I dont think she has been on any staff before but she knows her stuff and is effective.

Why are you applying?: Because I feel I am deserving of moderation on Ultimate Shinobi.
Area of Expertise: Regardless of my disposition and attitude, I am quite good at disciplinary action. Or, as Adam has said, Main: Summon. Sub: Jutsu
Other Skills: My other skills shall include being able to help new members, shall they need the help, and helping existing members with things they do as well.

Also, having a creative mind, I may also be able to assist with Character, Clan, Jutsu and other Applications. Guaranteed this is not my strong suit, but, I may do a bang-up job. And, regardless if I am busy or not, I will go out of my way to do so, seeing as I have much free time on my hands.

Also, if this is for Administrator, not just Moderator, I am familiar with nearly all Administration Panel Tools, and I am always finding out new ways to handle and execute things.
Nominate: I would nominate someone such as Wind, or possibly someone like Lark. Wind has the right attitude for it, since she seems to take everything seriously, and always knows what she is doing and talking about.

Why are you applying?: Why do i want to become a mod? I want to become a mod for several reasons. Weather it is to help people in this site. Or just helping putting a contribution to this site. Helping out a plan already in motion is another reason i want to become a mod. The reason i want to become a mod is because i can learn more and to help out with the admins and mods on the site as well as the members i help in this site.

I want to help people. How? I want to help but giving my voice out in Profiles, Characters, jutsu, clan Applications, and Discussions. Though i will have to know a limit on what i can do. but within my power i can contribute in everything in my power. How i would help contribute on this site? I would contribute by making a thread or hearing what what members have to say. Of course i would have to make sure with the other admins and mods first. With what they say i will bring it to the other mods and admins. If we all agree that it is an issue or suggestions we can progress. then we will carry out that deed with your inputs to try to help better this site. Of course that is what we are all aiming for here. how i will learn? I will learn by being a mod by using what i learn to become a better mod. I have not been mods in many sites but i have great opinion. My goal is to better myself and in turn by me being a better member i can help out with others more efficiently. These are some of my reasons of becoming a mod.

Area of Expertise: The two sections i want to be able to mod in are:
Creatures and Clans. The reason i chose creature because it will be something new for me to moderate on and give my opinion to. For clans, i chose this section for its challenging aspects. By that i mean the detail that one person puts into the clan may be something challenging for a moderator to apply in a certain set of rules

Other Skills: I have a decent amount of social skills. Unfortunately, it has been forever that i did some coding so i won't be reliable for that section, for now. As for other skills i do have a decent artistic skill with photoshop, so banners, or sig edit i will be able to handle
