Hwoarang is a very tall man, his height is 6'7". He is also a very skinny and athletic man that weighs 122. His skin is tan, his eyes are black with purple pupils, and his hair is silver and short with spikes. His clothes though happen to look very strange.

Such as his shirt. He wears a light brown tank top, and on top of that is a sleeveless shirt. The collar though goes up to his mouth, and it has multiple colors. Such as the collar part and down to part of his chest is dark brown. While the bottom is black, white, and brown. Also Hwoarang does not wear a head band. Instead his village head band plate is attached to his shirt on his chest. Hwoarang also wears long gloves. They are white with black stripes. Also they cover about his whole hands except the fingers. Also they go down to his arm, almost reaching to his elbos. His pants are regular black ninja pants, and he also wears black regular ninja shoes. But, the one thing that stands out the most is the clan symbol on the back of his shirt. Even though the Kasui clan member's hair are all black. Hwoarang was for some reason born with silver colored hair. He happenes to be the only one with a different hair color in his clan, but he still recieves the respect and such as all the clan members recieve.
Personality:
The personality of Hwoarang is a very respectful, but yet funny personality. He respects everyone, and will protect everyone in Kumo even if it means his own life in danger. He cares for his love ones and his friends, even for the civilians who live in Kumo. Also Hwoarang loves to laugh and smile. He likes to joke around and make people laugh. Laughter is medicine to him, and making people laugh is like curing them from a bad day.

But, Hwoarang can also get angry. But, only from certain reasons. Such as being disrespected by someone. Being disrespected is a very serious thing for Hwoarang. He would want to be treated the same way he treats others. Also, he gets angry when he is getting attacked. He gives his enemys no mercy, when it comes to battleing. Instead of fooling around, he becomes very serious and never lets his guard down. Also Hwoarang will have his days were he is just serious and not fooling around at all. He'll have his days when he seems down, but he isn't he is just haveing a regular day, and doesn't feel in the mood to joke around. Although he would still make people laugh and smile, if they were in need of it, or if he just wants to make the laugh and smile.

Breaking the Boundries
The training involved in it's activation is excruciating, however necessary in order to effectively use it. There are three essential steps in order to fully harness the Doujutsu. Each step is a test of the mind and each one is more difficult than the last. This process comes at a completely random time, so usually the clan member isn't even able to prepare for it. However, it can be done voluntarily by a fellow clan member forcing their own chakra into the eyes of the clan member wishing to be tested. These tests occur in the mind, they take no real physical toll on the clan member other than mental fatigue, and during which time they'll appear to be in a hypnotic state. Once they have overcome all three steps, or failed given up, they will retain consciousness.

•The First Step - This step is the easiest of the three, but not easy. This involves the clan member being put at the start of a gigantic maze. The hard part about it is, there is no light in the maze. Darkness will be all around them. The clan member will still be able to use all of their abilities, which is why the fire element works well for this step, as the clan member would be able to light up the area around them to show them the way. Their chakra limit is the same however.

•The Second Step - The second step is a tad harder. This involves the clan member fighting themselves in emptiness(an all white area). The copy of the clan member will have the same abilities, emotions, think the same etc. which makes difficulty ensue. One might think the key to winning would be to be unpredictable, but the copy may very well be thinking the same thing.

•The Final Step - The third and final step is the hardest, in a sense. The user will be put on top of a platform with a very thin post holding it up. The key is to achieve complete and utter balance through concentration. If only slightly un-concentrated, the user will lose balance and fall, however, they will land straight back on the platform. Until they can balance themselves consistently, they will not move on.

The clan member can become conscious at any time by tapping their feet together three times and repeating the words, "There's no place like home." three times as well. However, there is no telling when these 'tests' will emerge again, so if they do this and there's no fellow clan member to start it up again, it could be years before they get another chance.

Clairvoyance
Clairvoyance is the first ability acquired after activating the Manako no Seishin. It's sort of like a master sensory. It allows the user to sense out any biological entity by simply thinking about them. To do this, the clan member will first activate the Manako no Seishin. They will then close their eyes and begin to imagine the person they're seeking. If all the correct steps were taken, the user will see through their target's eyes, hopefully allowing them to figure out where the target is. This ability works by the user's extended chakra seeking the chakra of the target. The more advanced the shinobi, the faster the process will be. The catch to this however is in order for it to work, the user must have had some kind of previous physical contact with the target. An easy way of avoiding their ability would be completely suppressing one's own chakra. By doing this, the Kasui clan members chakra has no path to take.
At B-rank, it would take the user about 3 posts to 'find' the target. The area of effect would be 200 yards.
At A-rank, it would take the user about 2 posts to 'find' the target. The area of effect would be 300 yards.
At S-rank, it would take the user about 1 post to 'find' the target. The area of effect would be 500 yards.
(This means the target must be within the noted range of the user)

Clairsentience
Clairsentience is the second ability acquired after activating the Manako no Seishin. It's essentially the ability to perceive the history of an object or person by touching it. To do this, the clan member will first activate the Manako no Seishin. They will then send chakra to their hands and apply it to the object they wish to know the history about. They will begin to get flashes in their head, of everything that object experienced post-creation. If the user wishes to find out the history of a person, they will have to send the chakra into their hand and then grab onto the forehead of the person in question. This ability is extremely useful for recon.
At B-rank, the user would be able to see the history of a person or object up to 2 weeks prior.
At A-rank, the user would be able to see the history of a person or object up to 5 months prior.
At S-rank, the user would be able to see the history of a person or object up to 2 years prior.

Sense Extension
Sense Extension is an ability that brances from Clairsentience. The ability to extend ones senses a short distance from one's body in order to overcome some barrier to normal sensing. In order to use Sense Extension, only barriers to sensing other than distance may limit the user. For example, the user is hiding behind a door. By using Sense Extension, the user can see what is on the other side of the door, or even what is in the next room or on the next floor, because if the intervening door, walls, or ceiling/floor were not in the way, the user would be able to see that far. The senses of hearing, smell, and even touch can be similarly extended (although extending the sense of touch has a much more limited application - feeling the texture and shape of something without removing the covering or wrapping, for example).

History:

The history of the Kasui clan isn't one particularly long. Rumors are the clan branched off the Yamanaka clan of Konoha, however, such rumors have not been proven true. The clan all started in Kumo by a man named Tensei Kasui. Tensei was a man with a huge reputation as an elite tracker, given the nature of his Doujutsu. His clan quickly grew in size and reputation and were given specific missions of recon because of their unique abilities. Not only that, they were beginning to be known by their physical attributes as well. Known for their all black hair and their black eyes with purple pupils, they quickly became feared. Everything was going well for Tensei, up until the day he was assassinated. The clan mourned their leaders death and avenged his death. Unfortunately for this assassin, he murdered the leader of a clan that specializes in finding people. After the mourning and vengeance, Tensei's son Tenrai was named the new leader of the clan, and he had intentions of changing things drastically.

Tenrai was a brutal leader. He was young and arrogant, and most of all wanted nothing more than power. He plotted his own assassination attempts against the Raikage in hopes that once the Raikage was dead, he would be named the new leader of Kumo. The rest of the clan had enough of him and told the Raikage about his plans. After which he fled the village to recruit shinobi as pawns to help him carry out his goals. He was going to kill the Raikage anyway, regardless of whether or not he could ever get the title himself. Upon trying to enter Kumo, he was stopped by a young member of the Kasui clan, Toshirou Kasui. Toshirou was only a boy, so Tenrai and his men laughed and laughed when he stood up to them, although they admired his courage. What Tenrai didn't know, was that Toshirou was the new talk around the clan, people calling him a prodigy. After a long battle between the young boy and Tenrai and his men, victory was Toshirou's. From that day on, the clan picked Toshirou as their candidate for future clan leader. Toshirou didn't want this, but he was told he didn't have a choice. Because of the pressure this put on him, he ran away from the village and was never seen from again.

Raiton Master: Hwoarang became a raiton master, around when he was the rank of Chuunin. How you may ask? Well, his father simpley taught Hwoarang, of what he knew. Training hos raiton skills since he was in the Academy. When he was around the rank of Chuunin, he began creating raiton jutsus of his own. He was able to control the high powered jutsus very well. It was as if a walk through the park, when it came to learning and trying out the raiton jutsus. Raiton jutsus is mostly were his mind would come up with brilliant ideas, from planning attacks, to simpley creating his very own raiton jutsus. Indeed he was creative. He made a defensive ration jutsu, a jutsu were the raiton would infuse with his katanas making them even more deadly, a raiton ball jutsu, a raiton clone, a huge raiton dragon, a raiton bow and arrows jutsu, and such.

Katana Master: Hwoarang also became a Katana master, when he was at the rank of Chuunin. He was given the Demon katanas from his father when he was promoted to Chuunin, and so he trained with them forever. His father taught him ways with the katana. Telling him that the katanas were just longer extensions of his arms. Hwoarang became quick and deadly with his katanas, able to swing the katanas in very high speeds and with such great force. He learned and taught himself crazy moves with his katanas. He would practice with them every night, from useing dummys, to training with an allie who also had katanas. The katanas them became his most favorite weapon of choice, and the most used when he was in battles. Even though Hwoarang is skilled with his other weapons, he would choose his katanas any day.

Once this is done, the user will do a string of long handseals that will make the symbols come together to make the Kasui clan symbol. This seal will destroy any boundries of the mind and allow the Kasui clan member to communicate with the seal bearer telepathically using Clairvoyance. The clan member will be able to see through their eyes as well, so this technique is useful for helping comrades.

The Demon blades, are long katanas both held with one hand. The blades are a light silver, while the handle is gold and red. Also the shealths they go in is all black. The Demons are placed on Hwoarang's back in a X formation.

Origin: Hwoarang's grand father made these when he was a shinobi, then he passed it down to Hwoarang's father. Then when Hwoarang became a Chuunin, he was given the Demons as a gift.

Background Information

History:
Birth Arc- Hwoarang was born in Kumo, as a Kasui clan member. A very mysterious clan. His parents were also born and raised in Kumo also Kasui clan members, and they were part of the Anbu together. But, when they had Hwoarang, his mother retired the shinobi life to take care of Hwoarang. His father though stayed as a shinobi, to support the family and to train Hwoarang himself.

Academy Arc- When Hwoarang was six years old, his father decided it was time to join the Academy. Hwoarang was excited and couldn't wait. When he joined, he payed close attention to everything. He gave his best when it came to learning basic jutsus. Everytime he was given a jutsu to learn, Hwoarang would practise it non stop until he mastered it. He would even stay up a little longer, past his bed time to practise the jutsus. As long as it was fine with his parents. Even though he would mess up again and again, just like every Academy Student should. He would get the hang of it and when it was time to show the class if he could do the jutsu, he would do it perfectly.

But, one jutsu was very challengeing to him, it took him more time to get it right. Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking, was the hard one. Everytime he tried it, he would fall into the water and come home soaked. He started to believe it was impossible, but he truely knew it wasn't becuase he saw many shinobi do it very easy. But, practise makes perfect and that is what it did for Hwoarang. In the end he mastered that jutsu and he could do it over and over.

Genin Arc- When Hwoarang passed the Academy at the age of thirdteen, he wasn't given a team. Which was kind of upseting to him. But, instead his father trained him, himself. The two of them would stay up late at night, training their butts off. Every day, they would non stop train. But, some times his father would have to go out in dangerous missions and Hwoarang could not go. But, that did not stop him. He would still train, but by himself. He was even given missions he could do all by him self.

Even though they were simple delivery missions inside of Kumo. The main thing Hwoarang would train on was his clan's jutsu an abilitys. But, he would only train with his father for the clan jutsu and abilitys. When he was alone he would work on his Raiton and Doton. But, as the years passed he began making much progress and began mastering some clan jutsus and along with raiton and doton jutsus.

Also, when Hwoarang became a Genin, his father forced the first stage test of the clan on him. They both sat down and Hwoarang's father's chakra went into Hwoarang's eyes. The test was all done in the clan members mind. The first stage was to start from one point and get to the other point in a gigantic maze in the dark. As hard and difficult as it sound, Hwoarang had a good idea. He used his raiton as an advantage, and set little fires, so he could see. Even though Hwoarang got lost many times, he ended up completeing it.

Chuunin Arc- When Hwoarang graduated, and became a Chuunin, he was given a gift by his father. Two katanas. They belonged to Hwoarang's father, and his father wanted him to have them. He says it was his father's before and now he passes it down to Hwoarang. Hwoarang was very grateful for his wonder gift and also trained with them all the time. He even learned raiton jutsus to go along with his katanas.

Hwoarang was given a team this time. Even though he would not see his father as much as he used to, he was happy to be in a team. They would go on dangerous missions and return with a success. His mother, always being worried and didn't want Hwoarang to go on dangerous missions, but he had to. Hwoarang would always inform her, he was going on one and kiss her good bye, and promised his mom he would return. Which he always did, with some scratches and such. When he would come home, his mother would baby him and put bandages all over the small cuts, becuase she loves him and wanted him to be taken cared of. Hwoarang was still, and always would be her baby, no matter how old he was.

Also, one day Hwoarang recieved the second stage of his clan. His father again, did this for him. This time Hwoarang had to fight himself in a blank and white world. There were no objects or living things, Everything was fight exscept for Hwoarang and the copy. This one was a good challenge for Hwoarang, and perhaps maybe too much of a challege, because he almost died. But, Hwoarang came out on top, and did unpredictable things, like things he wouldn't do, and out smarted his copy and won.

Hwoarang's parents were now geting very old, and so they were sent to the hospital one day because they both got very sick. While his father was in the hospital, he wanted to give Hwoarang the final stage. The final stage was very annoying to Hwoarang, and got him angry. For it took so long. The platform would move and cause him to lose balance, from the slightest movement Hwoarang did. Even when Hwoarang breathed and blinked, the platform would fall. But, he began doing better and better, and eventually accomplished the final stage, his parents both very proud of their wonderful son.

But, as days passed. The day has come when they both passed away. Both dieing in the hospital beds, Hwoarang cried for almost a week or two. The whole Kasui family had a funeral for them and they were buried in Kumo. Till this day Hwoarang would visit their graves every morning before going out to do a mission or anything and would bring flowers to put on their graves. He now lives alone in his parents home, keeping it the way it always was and keeping it clean. Now these days Hwoarang was signed to a team, and would protect them with his life and would be by their side when ever.

The main one he wanted to do, was to create a bird and fly on it. Also to create his first explosive clay creation.

Raiden was excited and did not miss a second of watching Takashi. He was going to make sure he saw Takashi's every move. He would try his best to memorize the hand signs Takashi was going to perform soon after the mouths create the clay sculpture. While the mouths were chewing and chewing on the clay, Raiden was thinking which animal would Takashi be making. Perhaps a bird, or the spiders he heard of. Or maybe one he didn't know of yet. “I think it is pretty cool how we are born with amazing art ability, like how we can make creature sculptures look so real, and with the help of our jutsus. They become real”. He said, not expecting Takashi to answer back, because he was concentrating.

Raiden was very, very honored to have a fellow clan member, who is his cousin, teach him a clan jutsu. Raiden was very honored and was happy that he actually has someone around his age who is a family member. Since he didn't have any siblings. When Raiden was waiting, his mind went a little ahead into the future. He began thinking of Takashi and himself working as partners, doing missions and such. He began imaging both of them taking down many deadly opponents, one by one. By using their clan jutsus and blowing the people up. Raiden began dozing off in his mind, but then he quickly got back to his senses and continued to watch Takashi's mouths. Suddenly, they start to form something, the sculpture began to get better and better until it was finally finished. “What is it? What did you create Takashi?” Raiden said, being very curious.

Sense Extension, could you please state weather this ability still works if a person close by is hiding their chakra/presence?

When looking through someone else's eyes during Yasashii Teisei [Translated: Gentle Whisper] is your own character still aware of his surroundings? Would he know if someone attacked him? Can he see out his own eyes aswel as anothers at the same time?

Lighting Up Above is very much like Sasuke Uchiha's Kirin only you've lowered the rank and can perform is quicker o.O i suggest you change this to S rank and create/add some sort of preperation time to perform this jutsu. Like 1-2 Post's maybe.

Lighting Ball includes adding an element and utilizing shape manipulation, Rasengan only use's shape manipulation and is considered to be A-Rank. I suggest you either higher it's rank or change it's description/effect(s).

How big is your 'Lighting Dragon'? && how long is it's duration? bare in mind the longer it's life span and the size of it would account for the more chakra you'd use.

Your swords and scythe need measurements, together with some other aditions.

Sword: How long is the blade? How long is the handle? How long is the whole sword? From what is the blade made? From what is the handle made?
Special ability of your sword is: "They are used with Raiton jutsus". Please add a detailed description for this special ability and what does that exactly mean, no assumptions.

Scythe: How long is the blade? How long is the pole/handle? How long is the whole scythe? From what is the blade made? From what is the pole/handle made? Again, add a description to your special ability, just like with your sword. You have a coding mistake at the name part, fix it please.

Also, please add more to your Physical Appearance and Personality, since you are applying for Chuunin not Genin. They both need to have more than two paragraph.
