Suna Wargames: Now open to all Shinobi (inc Kumo & Kiri)

I have already pmed the group but this announcement is to reconfirm that following the creation of the mustering thread. All Suna members are expected to take part in the war game's whatever their rank or team status that will be held in river shortly. These should prove a good practice for and future conflict and the upcoming CE. Too ensure maximum activity I will be checking all suna based apps this weekend. Members may finish off any existing personal missions but are otherwise to consider the thread standing orders to attend.

I have decided to open the wargames to other factions to help with activity generally. Non Suna Shinobi are not expected to attend but now can do. Anyone who wants to will need to ask their respective Kage's for consent. If allowed by their Kage they must create appropriate travel threads to river. Please note while a conflict now open to everyone these are not a CE and the wargames is not a war. Killing people isnt allowed and if you travel there with this intention your character will be terminated.
