I think I actually forgot what happened in this week's chapter a few minutes after reading it... It was kind of dull, I don't really like this battle between Madara and Minato, for we already know that a) Minato sort of wins the fight, and b) Madara is the better teleporter and fighter of the two. Not really all that exciting since we know the outcome...

Also, I'm starting to get a little suspicious as to whether or not "Tobi" is Madara. For one thing, almost everyone in the series calls him Madara once they see him being serious. It's almost like Kishimoto is trying to push the idea that Tobi is Madara onto us, and then when we least expect it, the mask comes off and BOOM! It turns out that Tobi isn't Madara after all, but someone equally likely to be Tobi but who the fans never suspected. It seems a little odd to me, atleast. Neutral

Also, what's going to happen to Itachi?! Speaking of which, how come we're seeing images of Itachi in the flashbacks, or anyone else for that matter? I liked Kakashi's body armour in the chapter, he looked very sharp indeed. ^^

I liked it, it was a pretty cool fight scene, even if we know the almost-ending of it. It still reveals some stuff we didn't know about before.

I stopped reading the Naruto manga after I left, but i read from 492 to 502 this afternoon just to catch up on the plot :3

Not to sound rude or anything, but you just noticed that now? Huh. Anyways, maybe it's so that Naruto wouldn't know that his father was Minato and as such wouldn't hate him for sealing the Kyuubi inside him? Or maybe it's a Japanese tradition?

Its Japanese tradition that you take the mother's name, and not the fathers. I'm in Japanese class in highschool, so yeah...

Anyway, back on topic, I liked this chapter. Especially Itachi in the beginning. >3

I thought Itachi sounded very motherly, I thought that Maito Gai was
Rock Lee until I noticed young Kakashi right next to him, and the fight seen was mainly Taijutsu and pretty boring to be honest, I liked Minato's quick flashy style of combat, it really intrigued me... I think it's all relavant that Itachi is shown the most. This will explain why Itachi was so powerful at his age, and if it continues we might find out more on "Madara".
