Name: Aka-No Jakle

Physical Appearance:

Aka-No is the kind of person that is very noticable in the light of day.
He is very tall standing at 6'3" his weight is 200 lb.s.
His skin is a very pale white that reflects the sun almost like a mirror.
He burns easily in the sun light after being exposed for 4 hours, the sun burns are red when that happens but even after they heal his skin is still very pale white. His body, being very tall, is muscular you can see that
he has a lot of time to train phiscally but his mind hasn't been left behind.
His eye color is an astounding blue/green.

Normal clothing for him is a white T-shirt that just about blends in to his skin.
He wares dark blue jeans and black sandles worn the same by most people.
He has no skin deffects any where on his body or any defects at all.
A red tattoo of a male deer head is on his back right on his left shoulder blade.

Personality:
Aka-no is relativly easy to get along with untill someone challanges him at anything. He is very dettermined to do every thing right the first time. When he is tired and has just waken up from sleeping he is a jerk. He normally
is very quiet and has less words to say then most people. He dislikes animal hunters and compelet morons the most. He has a soft spot for animals especially deers.

Aka-No's philosphy is more like to be seen as every one elses.
He won't back down on a challange or his own goals.
Aka-No thinks very quickly at one time, he can normally think through many battle and puzzle situations in a good minute.

When he meets or encounters people, he prefers to find out their intentions and goals. He won't attack them without warning unless they attack him first.
He prefers the defencive approch, but when he must he will start a fight to protect what he consideres preches to him.

He likes to keep to him self but he has been getting better at being more socialble around others. He likes to make small talk rather than say what he thinks to people he doesn't know well.

On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: The Tree Climbing Jutsu serves a dual purpose. Taking part in the Tree Climbing Training helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. The range of the fireball is 5 meters from the user’s body.

The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames, meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

The similarities between this jutsu and fire style ninjutsu are nearly the same execpt for the after affects of the jutsu and the appearance. The jutsu requires a set of hand and purple, blue, red chakra. The range of the jutsu is how far Aka-No can see it. The only draw back to the jutsu is the speed of the jutsu and the affects. The speed of the blue, purple, red fire ball is only 3 miles an hour. The other draw back is when the jutsu touches an object. It leaves only a burn mark and no flames.
The size of the fire ball is a 3 foot tall sphere.

The jutsu is a cloud of flamable chakra that
travles through the air slowly about 5 miles an hour. The effects before the chakra cloud is lit, are very weak. It can't do anything untill any fire touches it. Once it is lit it can spread like wild fire in the chakra cloud. The best part of the jutsu is that the cloud can invelope things to burn them for a single second leaving a large burn area in preportion to the amount of chakra put in. The size of the cloud is approximatly a two foot tall sphere.

He doesn't burn from the chakra because it its his own. Once his skin is on fire he can burn things on contact in forms of Taijutsu.

Description: The jutsu requires the certain chakra of Aka-No and can only be used by him. The similarities between this jutsu and fire style ninjutsu are nearly the same execpt for the after affects of the jutsu and the appearance. The jutsu requires a set of hand and purple, blue, red chakra. The range of the jutsu is about 15 feet. The jutsu is a single flash of chakra that is set on fire. The chakra is expelled from him at a very fast speed. The fire burns very slightly on anything it touches but leaves no flames. The burns are so slight that water won't even boil to it. the use of the jutsu is to burn paper or unwanted objects that are flamable before the enemy can use or take it. Skin will feel warm by the fire but burns from this jutsu are rare.

Background Information

History:

Birth Arc:
His parents were from a small village in the land of fire. That village was detroied in an earth quake. The devistation wasn't enough to alert the world, but Aka-No wasn't born back in that time. His mother survived the destruction and escaped to konoha to live only for another year. His father died in the earth quake and his mother was sick from her broken love. She died when Aka-no was two. The village took care of him since that time.
Growing up without parents wasn't easy for Aka-No he felt very alone for a long time. He started to see the world in a different way, he thought of different people as being his family but no one wanted him.

He was too young to remember his mother's looks but he has a single
glimps of her lips. This causes him to wonder what she looked like. He still thinks about that smile she always gave him too. A dark secret was hidden in the rubble of the village, a dark secret that could change Aka-No for the worse. His father was in fact a strong shinobi and his mother wasn't a ninja.

Academy Arc:
Aka-No was extremly happy to enroll in the ninja academy, he had a goal to become someone very strong and important to others. he felt that people
ignored him too much so he started to adapt to being alone in his own world.
He showed very good skill with ninjutsu and taijutsu at this time.
He was nearly unmatchable in chakra. He was vey different for that reason.
One day the sensei brought in a ver special paper that reacted to chakra,
Aka-No had fun amazing the class with a burning purple, blue, and red strip of reactive paper. His sensei discovered that Aka-No's chakra was very special for some reason, and it also was fire favering.

He didn't complete the graduating test the first time, he needed to preform one ninjutsu perfect, it wasn't the clone jutsu, it was the transformation jutsu
that he had trouble with. The first time he tried he made a mockery of the
sensei teaching him, he lost his face in the transformation and he quickly let the jutsu go. His sensei thought him a trick to use the jutsu right. He told him to breath and feel the person he would become. Aka-No tried again and passed just barly enough to get the correct structure of his sensei.

Genin Arc:
Becoming a genin wasn't enough for Aka-No he needed to be someone even stronger than normal people. He soon got his wish almost fulfilled.
He grew several inches to his current hight of 6'3". The trumendous feat must have been from his constant training in taijutsu and the sleep he got when he shruged off for renewal of his old jutsu. After a long time of nothing he felt the same old village was boaring so he had a very intreging idea for him self. He studied fire style and coped in his own off colored chakra into the ninjutsu. Soon he had a couple of cheap fire style that only he could preform.

He modled the ninjutsu after his favorite animals but he has yet to make those ninjutsu. He wanted to wait untill his line of ninjutsu could be better trained in the chuunin part of his life. He always was wondering if he was alone in a village filled with ignorant others. He needed a good reason to
trust others but he felt to out of the group.

The Will of Fire:
Aka-No had discovered the past of his off colored chakra. His family from the destroid village was secret for a reason. They had kinjutsu running the village government. Aka-No was in a long line of test subjects, his mother
was a shell just for him to be born while his father was the one to seal three emotions in him. The red hate, the blue dispare, and empty purple. After finding out he then came to talk to his former sensei in the academy.

His words were very important to him. "Is it the world that makes us what we are to be, or is it that we make the world?" Aka-No never thought of
those emotions being the dark things they were, red as love, blue as control, and purple as intimidation. His former academy sensei had a mission that was a must for the good of the village. his sensie left him with a last line to remember. "I protect what protected me, I to you and you to others. Aka-No, make a friend before I get back."

His sensei left to do his very important mission and soon died during the mission. Aka-no felt that he needed to fulfil his sensei's last will for him.
Aka-No wondered his own thoughts about the others in the village.
His new gaol was to become someone important to another.

Role-Play Sample:
The tree was in sight, one foot reached forword and the other mimiced
it as a mirror. The distance was sort and shrinking with each step.
on the other side of the tree was a sleeping animal, waiting to be awoken.
Aka-No touched the base of the tree, his pale hand felt the smooth bark and he reached up to take a good grip on a sturdy branch. With his ears listening to the breathing beast and his eyes focusing on his plan, he climbed the tree and gazed at the mystery animal.

A deer on the other side was sleeping on the side of the tree. It looked exosted from running. Aka-No had followed the sounds of a hunter and an animal. The hunter was somewhere in the area and Aka-No jakle felt the need to kick the man's face inword. He felt rage on the man prowling the forest for his next kill. The animal perked its ears on the hunter, Aka-no soon looked at a man with a katana in his hand. This hunter had style for a sword. He walked around the tree, unalerting the creature infront of him.

The genin climbed slowly and looked closer at the hunter man. The deer was scared of this man and Aka-No needed to wait a little longer before he made an assult on his new enemy. The man raised his weapon so that it grazed the leaves beside Aka-No. The deer, fully unaware of the weapon stood up slowly. Aka-No pulled out a kunai and gentally put it against the weapon to counter a cutting motion. The hunter nearly jumped when the katana ripped with metal clang. It made a deep cut in the kunai but was stopped. The deer raced out of sight in under a minute.

Aka-No looked at the man while he looked back.
"What are you doing to the animal?"
No way will I let this guy hurt my faverite animal in front of me, never.

a) personality: i need more information. how does aka-no react to people he doesn't know? is he a social butterfly? etc.
b) special characteristics: if he is tall and albino, it should be stated in your appearance, not your special characteristics.

d) jutsu- willow wisp: remove this line. "The best part of the jutsu is the low cost being closer to a D rank jutsu than a C rank jutsu If the use used the jutsu three times it would be similer to 2 C rank jutsu instead of 3."
e) jutsu- wallowing whisper: remove this line. "The jutsu uses less chakra than normal so that when it is used three times it only only cost as if it was used twice."
f) jutsu- willowing cloud: change to c-rank. how big is the cloud of flammable chakra?
g) jutsu- fire eater: a genin isn't able to put fire out just with chakra. use water, make life easier. remove.
h) jutsu- flashing hollow: remove this line. "The jutsu is just under a C rank so that when the jutsu is used 5 times it only costs equal to 4 uses."

i) history: add one more paragraph in your birth arc.
