About the Space/Time Jutsu, another member of the site also wanted that ability, and heres a quote from the mod.

At the moment, i think space/time is so/so? It's a tough issue, i mean so far we've seen the 4th and Tobi performing some kinds of space/time. Personaly i think their jutsu should be banned, i'm totaly against those types of jutsu in rp. It's very easy for the user to become OP and it's a major arguement starter. So, if i remember rightly, that's why we don't allow them at the moment.
