| A idea, which I just thought up of...
The staff need to vote for approving characters, this would allow some staff members to point out things they don't like and such without needing to disapprove or staying quiet. This would mean that the players would need over half of the votes yes to be approved, and if voted no they must provide why so they can approve on it. Then, finally the Kage of the respective village decides to accept or deny, if missing nin or such, then it's just the staff.
Good? No?

| Its a decent idea, but we kinda do that anyways. If someone sees something wrong about it theyll comment on the app |

| Yeah, but if it's approved it's too late, or the staff member may be flamed by the denied user or he might have made a clich ( Group of friends ) and they may flame him too, it happened to me before, it's not pretty..... |

| Itll be more of an admin decision, so we'll get their opinion on it. I like the idea but it means more work on all staff members, so dont be surprised if it gets shot down |

| Yes, I knew it would be more work, so it should be narrowed down to just admins, or make a special group of moderators that vote on approval...
I've owned multiple RPGs, and being a single admin is extremely hard when it becomes popular, luckily this site has multiple, my sites have already died and are only heard as whispers by those who were obsessed to my sites..... |

| All this would do is slow down the approval process even more. It's fine as-is. |

| That's partially the plan, if we make members wait we can determine if they are impatient or not, and if they are then we wait longer...
But I agree, it'll make it take longer, like said before we could make a special group of people who are active and are responsible. Or lower it to 1/3 of the votes or both, or such.
I'm with the idea of a special group of relatively active and responsible people, that aren't already staff, or their staff that don't do much but are active and responsible. This would allow us to see the impatient members, and rule them out if they are truly impatient and / or rude, crude, and / or completely disregard the staff ( Again, impatience is defying the staff if it has to do with character approval or other action requiring staff ) |

| A problem we have is we're quite strict when it comes to applications, and some people already get tired of waiting for 1 staff member to find their app satisfactory, so sometimes they'll leave before they get approved. We trust that our staff is capable of recognizing the problems on an application, that's why they're staff. Furthermore, we want to alleviate impatience in members, not antagonize it. |
