Multi-accounting allowed without the right permission and adoption to the Second Character rules, there are rules and protocols that need to followed to ensure that multi-accounting doesn't occur and if you are not guilty of multi-accounting and your in a situation I'm not aware of; you have still broken a rule of not informing myself of the situation. :/ |
