Spar!, The Mission Crazyed Chuunin and The Mysterious Jounin meet.

There has been a challenge sent to Blaize Ryuzaki not to long ago. He was told via messenger bird to go along and meet around the outside of Suna. Outside of Suna about 5 meters after walking out and making Suna invisible to the naked eye. The challenge was sent not to long ago. The challenge was read like so, or something that he could remember.

Quote :: “To Mr. Blaize Ryuzaki. I have heard about the missions you have been doing for Suna and your popularity as a shinobi has been growing weather you know it or not. You are to be called one of Suna’s loyal Chuunin even having the title just received not to long ago. I would like to have a challenge. You see hearing is one thing while action is another. Meet me outside Suna’s gates and head to the desert. There walk until Suna is not visible and then walk about 5 meters more. There will be just the two of us and not many distractions like a forest or something. Just clear open territory. Ill be waiting for you soon.

Blaize wanted to know who this person was. He was very interested in finding who this person was. Blaize was prepared with his katana holding at the place were hs belt should be going. Also holding along his scrolls as well. Then his weapon holsters and potassium bombs in his pocket. He was thinking of a plan as he scattered the area. Not to much going on. It had to be around 4 pm the coolness of Suna was starting to show as well as Wind starting to pick up but only to have the sand reach up to your knee caps. Then there were rocks. Only a few rocks were visible and enough to hide your body only for a short time because you would be find out so easily. He wondered when the challenger was coming. And why he wanted to test out his skills. For that he would wait, wait until the person shows up.

For at least a week, Kakougan had been itching for a fight. Every night he dreamed about being locked in combat with a strong opponent. Recently Kakougan had been assigned to desk jobs instead of going out on missions. He spent most of his days sitting behind desks issuing missions instead of having the enjoyment of going out on them. Once all of the teams were out on missions Kakougan finally had some free time to find someone to fight. The only problem with this was that all of the jounin that were available had gone out on missions and their genin teams accompanied them. That meant that there were little to no ninjas to duel. That was when Kakougan remember about chuunin. The chuunin of Suna were seemingly laid back and would most likely have some free time on their hands to entertain him. With great haste, Kakougan composed a letter and sent it to one of the chuunin before heading out into the desert to prepare for the fight he had scheduled.

As he walked into the desert Kakougan attached his gas mask and wore a brown grainy cloak that camouflaged him with his background. Step by step, Kakougan wandered into the windy wilderness. Once he reached the spot he had chose for the duel, he walked over to a large dune and began to burrow into it. Once the sand was completely covering him, he stopped digging and sat waiting. In less than an hour, Kakougan began to see an image appear in the distance. Hoping it was the chuunin he was waiting for, Kakougan watched with excitement. Slowly but surely the image came into view and Kakougan confirmed it him to be Blaize, the chuunin he had sent the letter to. The desert was beginning to get cooler and it seemed that a sandstorm was starting to begin, which was common in a desert at night. Kakougan waited until Blaize came to a halt and put his hand on his weapon. Yawning, Kakougan emerged from the dune lazily and stepped forward.

“ That was a good nap…” Kakougan said with a yawn while swinging his arms around to loosen them up. After spending a few seconds to stretch and flex his muscles, Kakougan drew his cross sword and pointed it at Blaize. “ So from what I hear, you’re pretty popular around Suna. I congratulate you on that. However, a ninja doesn’t need a fan club. In fact, I see it as a burden. My name is Kakougan, a jounin of Suna. If you’ve heard my name around the city, it was probably followed by or preceded by adjectives such as… ugly, demonic, horrific, disgusting, ugly, crazy, and my personal favorite, strange. All of these adjectives do describe me pretty well, but what describes you? Good, a hero, an idol? I want to be able to describe you as strong, powerful, or worthy. So come, show me who you are. Show me what you can do. Don’t hesitate, it leads to weakness, come at me with all you’ve got!” Kakougan said, pulling his gas mask off and throwing it aside. After speaking, Kakougan slid his right leg back and entered a fighting stance, waiting for the chuunin to make his first move.

"Thank you of such high remarks, but im simply a shinobi of Suna, nothing more nothing less. I only wanted to give back to suna for opening its door for me when i came into the wind country. You said you wanted to know about me, what describes me, well there is not much to say."

He looked at him after seeing him stretching his arms and coming out from the dunes of the sand. The cloak he had was smiler to the sand, so as long as he stays up he should be fine. This could be trouble is he is a Earth user or likes to hide within the area, thinking this was his place then this could be possible. The gas mask he wore seemed something of importance, at least this was to Blaize. He started to think to himself.

"The gas mask looks tricky, seeing that he has one on most be for something more then just an accessory, but he threw that to the ground. It could be used for a move latter on in the spar. need to keep an eye on that and make sure i dont get to close, then again, getting it away from the area seems like a good idea to. Im not going to fall for a trap that was laid from the beginning in the battle.

His cloack was something to. Man this shinobi had already been prepared from the start. but this is not going to stop me. He said that he herd about me before, the only memorable thing i did was save my jounin sensei when we were at that mission when i was a genin. Anyways he wants an answer i guess im going to have to give it to him before he charges with his weapon.

"Things that describe me, well here they are. Im Ryuzak Blaize a shinobi of the Hidden sand. Your comrade. yes, you can call me a good person but im just a person with good intentions. I have a loyalty to the country I am in and to the people that i meet. I will do anything that i can to help when someone is in danger. I guess you can call me good will, optimistic, loyal, hard working. They are just words that follow the actions of myself.

I did not know i was popular, i didn't know that it had reach the whole country. I just received the promotion of Chuunin just a couple of months ago. You said if i herd of you, i have just a bit. Those words you say that people describe you, i dont believe that they are true. If i had to choose a word to describe you t would have to be unique, everyone is unique in their own right but you seem to take that a become a person that is true to you. And for that i respect you. But talking is not the reason you are here it is for a spar am i right? Well then i guess we should begin."

Blaize said as he started to look at his arm for a second and then started to think of a plan. Because of his stretching and use of sword he could be a great foe at hand to hand combat. He starts to open his ninja pouch as he starts to take out two kunai. he then started to snap his fingers as a his hands and leggs were engulfed in flames
His KKG was in effect and he knew this match would not go as easy with an experience Jounin in the mix as he begand to speak again.

"You are my elder in rank, i believe you have the first move but if you want me to then i shall go on ahead."

Yes he knew that his elder wanted him to show what he got but then again he knew a hand to hand combat was not going to be a good idea. But then its all just speculation. Blaize is going to need a little more information for him to execute an attack but he can do a lot with what he has. For now he wanted to test out what the other had. He started to form fire chakra he had in his right hand with his kunai. He then started to throw his kunai from his left hand and quickly his right hand. The kunai in his left hand would go straight for the opponent but the one of the right hand left at a different angel. As both kunai started to head towards his opponent direction, the kunai from his right hand went to a different direction. With his right kunai heading to his gas mask and piercing the eye socket of the gas mask with his kunai. He then watched as the other kunai went straight for him. Quickly in that movement he started to take out a kunai and a small circular object and placed it in the opening of the kunai as he took his stance.

" Ahahaha, such a virtuous young ninja. It makes me proud to see ninja like you in a great village like Suna. The Divine One must be blessing you, perhaps you should give him some credit in return? You probably don't even know what I'm talking about, your religious views are too corrupted... " Kakougan said with a hardy laugh before switching his facial expression to more serious look. " Lets begin." he said.

As Kakougan was speaking he noticed something about Blaize, his arms and legs flared up with flames. Fire wasn't something Kakougan was afraid of in any sense of the word, in fact, he loved it. Being a beast of the sand, Kakougan enjoyed the heat of the desert on his skin even at the hottest times of day. The way Kakougan saw it, fire was just a little bonus like adding milk to cookies. Although he loved heat, Kakougan knew that fire was much different than direct heat; especially in the hands of a ninja. Fire could possibly burn Kakougan and he cringed at the thought of having to deal with burns. However, being a medical ninja, he wasn't afraid of a few first degree burns. Once Kakougan had finished speaking, Blaize leaped into action and started throwing kunai towards Kakougan. ' OOooo, flaming kunai, i'm so scared. I hope he has better attacks than this, because this is just pathetic.' Kakougan thought, shaking his head slightly. Watching the flight course of the kunai, Kakougan noticed that one was heading towards his gas mask which he had thrown off to the side. ' Why would he be targeting that?' he thought before beginning his defensive maneuvers.

With one hand, Kakougan drew out five senbon and with the other he turned his sword over so that he was holding the blade of the sword and the hilt was being used as the offensive end, effectively making it a mace. With the 'mace', Kakougan easily blocked the kunai with one horizontal swing and even made a small gust that blew up some sand. However, the kunai aimed for the gas mask reached its goal and went through the eye slot of the mask. Kakougan couldn't help letting out a small giggle about the mask being thought of as a threat. ' Well, I guess he is observant.' Kakougan noted, looking at the bright side of the otherwise foolish move. Once Blaize's attack was avoided, Kakougan launched an equally simplistic counter attack. He threw the senbon in a horizontal line towards Blaize with large enough gaps for the senbon to cover some area, but not large enough for Blaize to slip through. After throwing the senbon Kakougan went back into a casual stance and looked at Blaize with the wind sweeping sand almost up to his waist. " You know, I fight for two reasons, entertainment and to protect this desert in which we are standing in. Entertainment, because fighting really gets the adrenaline pumping and it sets our minds into a state in which you have to think quick or prepare to lose. Protecting... well... I wasn't born in this desert, but I was raised to adulthood in it. I think of the sand as my father and the wind as my mother. Right now they are singing to me, singing a beautiful song. Can you hear it? Listen to the song of the desert and you'll know what move to make next. The desert isn't just a place, its a thing. Now come at me with more than just wimpy kunai and show me how a Suna ninja fights to protect his home." Kakougan said in a lulled almost distant voice.

"Dont Count My flame Kunai out just yet,"
He thought to himself as he was the kunai that he was preparing with his flame chakra hit his mark. The kunai pierced the gas mask. Hopefully if the gas mask was for something useful then the mask would render helpless then helpful letter on in the match. As the one hit the mark the other one was deflected, not by the blade but the ending of the the weapon he was holding. It seem to cover much more area then the tip itself. He started to think that this was was very skilled in using everything around him. and long range combat was not going to go easy on him to. He then noticed something coming out of his hand. They were weapons, Shureken maybe, or something else. Before he got a chance to clearly see them the weapons were thrown. He looked at hm and the weapons carefully it tried to cover a large amount of area. As they were coming close he saw them as senbon and then he started to jump into a backward flip as he landed on the sand. he took note that the sand was getting higher then when he came here. The wind here was picking up rather niceley

As he landed the two of them were at a standstill, make that his opponent was speaking once more. He fought for two purposes. One seemingly for his own enjoyment and the other to protect the place he called home. So this was not his first place here as well. They were similar Blaize was not of natural oragin here and he wanted to protect suna as thanks for giving him a home.

"This guy...he has been through a lot and has gotten to know suna for longer then i have. He says the Village has a song and i should hear it, i dont have much music skills but i can sense the presents of this village" he thought to himself as he then spoken.

"Your right it is more then just a place it is a living thing. Suna holds us together. It gives us support and we do as much as we can to protect it. I agree with you there that the village is living and i will do all i can to protect it and if i have to show it through action i will, no more silly kunai stuff."

He then started to grab something from his pouch with his free hand still having the kunai in his other hand with the circular object in the holder. After he put his hand that was in his pouch to his pocket as he started to charge up to the shinobi. Afterwards he started to place the kunai in his mouth as he started to do hand signs, when he was done he dropped his kunai and picked it up with his hand as he started to exhale a large bust of fire to his opponent as he then spoke the jutsu in his mind.

"Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu"
As he started to send the large burst of a fireball to his opponent direction. Hopefully the use of this jutsu would get this moving. He knew that this would be something easy for a higher rank to get through but he did not know what exactly would be his reaction. He stopped as he exhaled hs breath to still keep some distance in between them. As he ran out of chakra for the jutsu he would then start to close his mouth and view the results of the damage.

He then thought to himself, Great two jutsu used and he has yet shown me his own. well i hope this pays off.

“ Now your talking!” Kakougan replied to Blaize’s sudden increase of seriousness about the battle, “ Let me see what you’ve got!”. Once Kakougan had finished speaking, Blaize started dashing towards him while making hand signs. ‘ Another jutsu? Judging by what he has done so far I can only assume its another katon jutsu… what is his other element…?’ Kakougan thought. As Blaize neared, Kakougan noticed that a fire ball was started to manifest in front of him. After some self gloating, Kakougan readied himself and prepared for the fire ball to near. When it was a few feet in front of him, Kakougan leaped into the air, kicking up sand as the fuuton chakra boosted him up in front of the sun which would be blinding if Blaize were to look up and try to see where exactly Kakougan went. Once he was up in the air, Kakougan decided that now was his opportunity to get Blaize where he wanted, within punching range. If Kakougan could get Blaize to fight him in close combat, he could end the fight so much faster. ’If I can’t’, Kakougan thought, ’ I can still just outlast him. I’m farm more enduring than a chuunin.’. As he flew through the air, Kakougan positioned himself to land behind Blaize. When he was nearing where he wanted to land to get Blaize closer to him, Kakougan spread himself out to create enough resistance to stop him and allow the force of gravity to bring him towards the ground. Kakougan started to fall and in order to help him fall even faster he stretch himself out vertically in to make him more aerodynamic.

When Kakougan impacted the ground, a large amount of sand flew up and added to the already rising level of sand. As soon as he landed, Kakougan turned towards Blaize and let out a large breath of bacterial air that would burn him if he were hit by it. Kakougan couldn’t see if Blaize moved or not, he just assumed he was in the same place, it was getting hard to see with the sand that was kicked up by his impact. “ If this storm gets worse this battle could be interesting. The desert is my land, sandstorms are my castle.” Kakougan said amidst the shifting sand, hoping Blaize would hear him so that he would have a generally idea of where he was. ‘ I don’t want to have to use a jutsu just to find him… and hopefully he didn’t get hit by my breath, I really don’t feel like treating burns right now.’ Kakougan thought as he waited for a response from Blaize so that he could locate him.

"This battle is going to be intense. Long range combat would no go well, but neither will close combat. Heh i haven't been this pinned down since the mission were i had to help my sensei when i was a genin."

As he then saw his jutsu go into range he never stopped preparing himself. He made sure his hands and legs were already engulfed in flames. The shinobi of the sand knew that the fight is not over till its over. He starts to take out a scroll as he then starting to take off the ribbon of the scroll as he looked at his opponent as he then saw a shadow jumping up in the air with sand rising higher. He then noticed the shadow would be him. He closed one of his eyes to protect himself from the sand and he looked up. He saw the shadow figure of his opponent, but the sun blinded him and forced himself not to look back up. Quickly he switched eyes as he looked at a normal position.He then quickly thought to himself.

"Damn it my eye, he took the distance and length of the fireball jutsu and jumped not only to block but to use what remaining sun to blind himself with the Light. This is bad, i was not planning to use these now but im not going to be a sitting duck. I need a just a few moments till my closed eye can refocus."

Blaze started to flip back twice as he then threw the kunai in the air at his direction. It was not exactly his direction just a bit up from were he was when Blaze saw him. He had to make a good estimate. It was alright though because when the kunai started to get near his opponent blaize activated the bomb and let an explosion of spiral flame in that area. How was ths so? The small circular item in his kunai was a potassium bomb he had earlier in the match when he resupplied his kunai from his first throw to him. At the same token his other hands started to loosen his scroll as spikes started to flow out of the scroll from mid flip to the ground. As he reached the ground he then jumped back once more as a large bash started to land in front of him as the impact of the droped send blaize back a few feet along with a hight of sand rising.

Blaize lifted his hands up to cover his hands from the sand as he then started to lift up the scroll as it zipped back to the original position. As if it was not rolled out. He then started to hear a large breath out from in front of him as he herd something that was like spit.
"Spit... that dosent make sense, why would he do something like spitting at his opponent is not disgraceful? Unless there is something special he hides in his mouth. Like senbon at a close range. That could be deadly But it could also been from the impact he had make from the spikes. This is my chance i could trap him.

Blaize started to make some hand signs as he then waited for the sand to clear. But this was a time to make sure he uses the sand to his advantage. After he finished a hand sign two clones appeared right next to him. All three of the blaize came out with a kunai. two of the blaize started to jump back as the third one jumped forward. The forward Blaize started to rush to his opponent again. He wanted to make sure he had not suffered to much from the piercing of the spikes, but then again he wanted to land near Blaize, he must have some great strength to take him down without being scared of a counter attack. The wind started to clear the sand out and there was Blaize coming in closer to the fallen shinobi, at least every part of his body except for his head that was up from that spit.

"Alright plan is almost complete i almost got him, but i gotta make sure this is not my option, no i still have some other plan in my sleeve. The desert is his home and if this sand storm increases im doomed, but his mask is broken so it can't protect him from the sand. but then again he must know other things to help him. " Blaze thought to himself as he and the other blaize was protected by the cover of the sand as the clone was the one rushing towards his opponent. Blaize then started to prepare his hands to form a hand sign.

"I am not losing just because im a chuunin i held my village very dear to me."
He said as he then started to view the results for his next plan.

*BUMP* Umif no post by monday then spar is closed

“ Darn it! I missed!” Kakougan sighed as he noticed that there was no mangled body anywhere around him, “ I guess ‘ll just have to let the storm take care of him.”. While Kakougan was looking around for Blaize, he noticed that he was stepping in spikes that must have been dropped by his opponent. Luckily, Kakougan wore titanium greaves, and even if he wasn’t, his skin would of taken care of the measly spikes. The spikes weren’t there for long before they were covered by the waves of sand now blowing over the battlefield. Kakougan knew that it was foolish to throw his gas mask away so hastily, but he had other simple ways to protect himself. As the sand blew all around him, Kakougan tore half of his sandy cloak off and wrapped it over his head like a turban. ‘ If he hasn’t thought of this by now, he must be an idiot.’ Kakougan chuckled to himself. Kakougan stood in the buffet stand like a boulder, not moving as the sand attacked him, not turning his head to face away from it, he just stood as if he were an inanimate object. A few seconds later, Kakougan saw that Blaize was launching his next attack. Blaize had started to rush towards Kakougan, which struck him as odd. ‘ Blaize would never attack me head on, or at least he hasn’t so far.’ He thought puzzled. Looking at the way the sand was blowing, he noticed that the wind currents seemed to move through Blaize as if he wasn’t there; like a ghost. “ Clone, basic academy clone.” Kakougan whispered as he continued to stand strong. He let the clone Blaize come up as close as he wanted because he knew that it wouldn’t be able to cause him any harm. That is unless the real Blaize was preparing something.

Kakougan knew that if Blaize was preparing something he would be caught in it, but he didn’t care. Being a higher rank, he decided that he’d give Blaize a sort of handicap. Kakougan could of ran of and prepared an attack of his own, but he didn’t. The storm was the only attack Kakougan really needed. He could simply hide in the storm and let the chuunin tire out or let the storm take him out. There were a lot of things he assumed Blaie had forgotten about. The more he moved around, the more energy he would use, the more dehydrated he would be. Even if he had a canteen of sorts, he would only be able to last so long in the brute storm. Kakougan on the other hand, had adapted to living in the desert for extended periods of time without the need for a constant water supply. ‘ I’ll let him do whatever he wants for now, but sooner or later he’s gonna need someone to carry his dying butt back to the village.’ Kakougan thought as he awaited the next attack.

OOC: Sorry for the delay, I think I should be back to normal posting capabilities now. If I end up doing this again feel free to close the spar if you want =P

“This is not good… The landscape is changing quickly…This is going to be bad for preparation” he thought to himself as he was just about to finish his preparations, but the nature was not on his side. The sand was starting to flow even more within the area, gaining more winds as the sand was starting to overcome the field. Blaize bit on his lower lip because he was upset that this was happening the bite was so hard that blood was starting to come down from his lips. He then started to look at his blood as he thought to himself tightening his headband.
“Think…Think…What do we know. We know he did not scream in pain from my last attack…could it be that he dodged it like I did his?...No the attack was head on. Even if some of the weapons did not reach him, the main bulk was piercing right on him. Could it of been a clone? No, its possible but there would have been a puff of smoke on the point of impact. He’s holding the pain? It is common for Jounin to hold greater pains then other shinobi. Not to mention his body frame is ridiculous compared to other shinobi. Could that be it? Could he have a high pain tolerance? The training with his weapon is great evidence for that…darn it all I knew close range battle would be crazy but this terrain is not going to get me anywhere. I need to take care of this before I continue on my way, but I need to make sure I don’t spend time with chakra. If he doesn’t take me out my chakra will… My clone…What happened to my clone.”

“Shouldn’t of it had been encountering the enemy? If he had a high pain tolerance then taking out my clone would be easy…but I don’t sense it being disappeared yet… Which means one of two things? It’s a he knows it’s a clone…Or B He is passed out from the weapons…I sure hope its B… but first time to take this wind away.”

As he thought of his plan he then decided to take his thumb and raise it to his bleeding lip and gain some of the blood in his thumb. He then started to focuses the remaining clones out of the way, backing up even more. He was going to use this as his advantage. If he could not take the advantage of the sand then it would be time to change the terrain. After a series of hand seals he forced his hand down on the ground after kneeling on one knee. As that happened a poof of white smoke appeared as a Gliding lizar, appeared. As it was trying to lift his hand up taking in the wind of this place, he looked up at Blaize and started to speak.
“What is the meaning of all of this…What is it that you want…why am I in a sandstorm”
Blaize Gripped the Lizard and then held him as he jumped to the side a few meters as a clone stood near the spot where the white poof appeared just in case his enemy wanted to attack there, it would not interfere with his plans. He then quickly started to speak. “Listen we don’t have much time. I need to change the area of this landscape and your going to help me. Here take this Potassium bomb and Glide as high as you can and close to where my clone is. My clone is where you just poofed from. There I want you to drop the bomb and then set off my bomb with your tornados. There we can extinguish the sand out of the area and I can control our tornado engulfed flames. Quickly I need this to be done, There glde away and take cover in a nearby rock. DO you understand me?”

The lizard tilted his head as Blaize took out the bomb. The bomb was then placed in the lizard protection as he nodded. He climbed up onto of Blaize’s head as he then nodded. “Right I’m Off!” With those words the lizard started to put the bomb in his mouth and focus chakra in its legs and wings and then jumped as high as he could. With himself focusing his chakra he started to glide on his own direction making the change in wind direction useless to him. He reached for the area that he was summoned and then started to drop the bomb to the ground and then started to flap his wings as hard as he can as he made twin tornados winds out of his wings as they started to form into one large giant tornado as they made their point of impact, Blaize Bomb. As that happened the bomb went off releasing its own small fire in the shape of a tornado as the flames itself started to engulf the winds and with a combination the Tornado was now engulfed in fire as the tornado speed in circular motion started to swirl the wind Away revealing the area in a clear crisp manner. In the Meantime Blaize was now in control of the Flames and now decided to make a hand sign as he then transformed into a boulder, one of the few that was here n the desert. As the flames were clearing up, the flame tornado stood in tact and was now in between His opponent and his clone that was caring a Kunai. Not to mention the clone that was sent earlier. That clone was now behind his opponent as well as a clone infront of him { Clone 1 behind opponent, Opponent, Fire tornado, Clone Two behind the tornado.}

Blaize used this to his advantage as the the tornado was continue to swirl around making sure the wind was repelled by this area. The Lizard Glided its way out of the main area of attraction and his behind a boulder a few meters of impact but parallel to Blaize’s Position. Transformation Blaize was now waiting to see how his result went as he was ready to send the tornado in his opponent. He had only a few minutes to control the tornado and needed to use it quickly. Not only that to make sure that this was real the two clones started to form a hand sign, making it look like Blaize prepared it in time to get the wind to go away. Even if the access wind was to show the clone behind his opponent was fake the second clone was not visible to him at his current direction and was making it look like it was the real Blaize. Even if he had focus and knew about the second Blaize the best he could see was his silhouette imitating from the fire holding its hand sign. The counterattack is now and to hell if his opponent thinks this was going to be easy.

While standing amidst the bellowing winds of the sand storm, Kakougan awaited Blaize’s next attack. It wasn’t long before the next attack started and Kakougan was ready for it. He wasn’t planning on trying to counter the next attack with offense, or defense. He was planning on simply evading it and letting Blaize waste his chakra and stamina. Kakougan knew that it was somewhat as a ’dirty’ tactic, but it was very useful. It proved even more useful when Kakougan fought on his own turf, the desert. There was nothing Kakougan couldn’t dodge as long as he hand the earth below him and the sky above him. Staring into the sandstorm, Kakougan saw something coming towards him. Before preparing for evasive maneuvers, Kakougan first decided to find out what exactly was coming his way. ‘ That can’t be Blaize, it looks like its flying…’ He thought, not knowing that the counter attack was coming his way. Eventually, the object came into focus and was identified by Kakougan as a lizard. Before Kakougan could decided what to do about the lizard, it began to release a large amount of wind and created two tornadoes. The tornadoes began to stir up the sand around them and then came together to create one larger tornado. ’ Interesting, I’m guessing that’s his summoning. A lizard contract, very appropriate for a desert. Perhaps I should show him how much more effective my ant lions can be!’ Kakougan planned with a smirk on his covered face.

As the tornado was coming together, there was an explosion from within it that lit it up with fire. ’Of course, fire. Well, at least I can assume his second element is wind.’ Kakougan piece together from the current attack. Staring at the large tornado, Kakougan knew that he had two options: counter it with his own attacks, or escape it. Deciding to stay with his original plan, Kakougan began a small chant and then crouched down. “ See ya!” Kakougan said as he threw a large amount of sand into the air and burrowed under the ground with his arms. In no time, Kakougan was below the battle field in a small burrow. Biting his tongue, Kakougan spat up some blood onto his summoning seal and released his favorite little ant lion, Otakebi. As soon as he was summoing, Otakebi hugged Kakougan and let out a rumbling noise of affection. “ Nice to see you to!” Kakougan cooed to his summoning, “ Listen, get some distance between here and then emerge and locate where the enemy is. Once you’ve done that, try to catch him in your funnel. Once your done with your attack report back here and tell me what is going on.” Kakougan ordered his summoning. Otakebi nodded and began to burrow away. Once he was some distance away, Otakebi emerge from the ground and looked around while still covered in enough sand to conceal himself. Behind the tornado Otakebi saw Blaize just sitting there. After turning towards where Blaize was, Otakebi dug back into the ground and traveled until he was directly under his target. Following Kakougan’s order, Otakebi started to create a 10-foot funnel around him with the center being where Blaize was standing. At the surface, the attack would be the equivalent of a standing in a violent whirlpool. Back in his own burrow, Kakougan waited patiently for Otakebi’s return.
