The summit was over, Arashii enraged at one of the last things he had seen. The face that lurked behind the shade of the Kazekage. The young Mizukage desired to pursue the mysterious Kazekage from what he had seen, the face that hid under the traditional Kazekage hat was the one of the man that had led the ambush on Arashii and his Kirigakure companions in his youth, and this man was practically the reason why Arashii had to kill his brother. Arashii didn’t have time to dwell on the idea, it seemed overall the Raikage and Kazekage had been pleased with the meeting and agreed to the Chuunin Examinations that were to begin in just a month’s time. Much preparation was to occur in the village of the Mist until the examinations would take place, such as renovations to prepare for them.

Arashii and his two Kirigakure escorts were the second party to leave, following the Kazekage. Arashii nodded politely at the luxurious Raikage and informed her that he would be keenly waiting for their next meeting; which was assumed to be in a month’s time. The three headed back to the quarters they were given upon arriving at Yutaka Fort. It was getting dark, Arashii was under the impression that the Sunagakure party had already taken off and by now would have descended the hill. Arashii knew he and his escorts had the speed to catch the Sunagakure party, especially with the behemoth escort the Kazekage had with him; however Arashii wasn’t sure if engaging the man who destroyed one of the best special operations shinobi squadrons Kirigakure has ever had to offer. Not to mention the fact that the Kirigakure shinobi had to travel across the ocean to get home which was too dangerous to do tonight as the wind was picking up which would mean heavy tides for the Mizukage’s cruiser.

As they entered a large open suite Arashii approached a large balcony with a smooth stone ledge. He leaned over it, embracing the sunset looking down over the side of the mountain, he looked for the Sunagakure shinobi but he knew they hadn’t exited on this side. ”Demo, come over here and check if the Kazekage and his escorts are in your vision.” Demo nodded unbeknownst to Arashii who had continued to look over the ledge, as the Jounin approached his Mizukage he began removing the bandages he used to cover the top half of his face to keep his Byakugan hidden. The Hyuuga man reactivated his Byakugan and peered over the edge as he scanned the area. As he done this Arashii stepped back, eyeing down his Hyuuga escort. ”It’s all clear, sir.” Demo stated as he deactivated his Kekkei Genkai. ”How unfortunate.” Arashii said as he stepped back forward, drawing out his right wrist blade and piercing it through Demo’s chest as Demo turned around suddenly at the sound of the Mizukage’s blade. The young kage was too quick for his escort and the Hyuuga didn’t stand a chance. His knees trembled as Arashii twisted the blade, blood beginning to flow from the wound and from Demo’s mouth. ”Kirigakure thanks you for your service.” Arashii said as he used the control of his impaled blade to push Demo up against the ledge and it was there where he died.

Arashii withdrew his wrist blade as Demo’s body slumped over the ledge. Arashii then waved Ahora forward, she obliged without a word. Some would be hesitant to do such a thing after witnessing what just happened to their comrade, but the bond between Ahora and Arashii was a stronger one than the one between Ahora and Demo or Arashii and Demo. The Hyuuga was a valuable asset for the Kage Summit, but other than that he was just another pawn to Arashii’s disposal. Ahora was not. She knew what she had to do, she prepared a seal on her middle and index fingers as she poked them both on Demo’s eyes. This seal would keep the eyes contained in the Demo’s eye sockets until they would eventually erode which left no chance of anybody taking them from the corpse and using them for themselves and with that, Ahora lifted the second half of the body over the railing and sent it off the ledge of the mountain as it tumbled down the cliff face. Ahora and Arashii were the only too that know of Demo’s existence here at the Kage Summit so this would never come back to get them. It would be the following day that he and Ahora would travel back to Kirigakure and prepare for the events to come.
