Introduction to Evaluations Section

It seems there has been a bit of confusion with the system that Ultimate Shinobi has brought to you and even the staff have been dealing with the situation incorrectly. People have been shifting missions into the Missions Board and out of their roleplaying section location, which is where they should stay considering they are roleplays none the less. From now on, Missions are to be requested for evaluation via this section and will create a much easier and efficient evaluation of your missions. Here is where you get credited for Missions Points and can ultimately assist you in rank-ups (excluding Genin/Konin > Chuunin) Doing this will be easy, all you have to do is complete missions and fill them into the Request Template. From here a staff member will review your topic and grade it with the following template.

Official Grading: Done in two parts. Ten points are based on the critiquing fields listed below in comments, the other ten is based on the Mission Ranking. This ends up adding up to 20, ten points on each. [Eg. 5/10 + 6 (B rank) = 11/20]
Unofficial Grading: If you were to mark it out of 20 how would they score. [Eg. 16/20]
Comments: Critique on the Grammar, Punctuation, Ability, Quality, Quantity and Overall Entertainment.

Once graded, the request will be locked and moved to the Evaluated Missions Section.

Considerations

The overall Quality and Entertainment of your Mission will score you the most marks.
Incomplete Missions will not be evaluated, so do not request for them to be reviewed.
Each Staff Member will have expectations, though will be unbiased, each person evaluates differently. You may not request a certain evaluator.
A Mission cannot be re-evaluated by a users request or complaint, it can only be re-evaluated if the staff come to the conclusion that a grading was either too unfair or too generous.
Do not PM anybody asking for them to evaluate your topic, once they are posted here they are left until dealt with.
A staff member has the right to reserve one evaluation at a time, they can evaluate more than one but can only reserve one at a time.
Bumping a request is not permitted.

Mission Ranking:
D-Rank Mission - 2 Point.
C-Rank Mission - 4 Points.
B-Rank Mission - 6 Points.
A-Rank Mission - 8 Points.
S-Rank Mission - 10 Points.
