[tr] | Kyoukan 's hair is grey green-ish , that reaches to about his shoulders and he bares teal-ish eyes. Thin black eyebrows with both his K-9s sticking out of his mouth. He has his ears priced with diamonds and his bridge priced with a rod. He wears a black tight tank top that has white strings that go up the middle. His shorts are white capri's that cut off at his shins, these are skin tight. He wears purple standard shinobi footwear with white socks that go up to his calf. He wears his headband as his belt around his waist, it is usually pointing to the left. Where the spot of the headband is the 2 red dots on his forehead, they sit right in the middle, on top of the eyebrows. He has a black robe that goes over his body and it connected by a hook at the top of it located at the collarbone.
He is about 5'9, standard size for any other 16 year old. 128 pounds. His muscles are toned, because of his intensive training and workout routine. He has very little fat on him, and is all toned. There isn't much when someones eye is caught on him, walking very light. On his right shoulder he has the Kaguya dots and on his left shoulder he has the Kiri village symbol. Back down on his wrists on both sides he has the Kaguya dots proudly. Kyoukan doesn't need to wear much defense, so he travels light and runs fast. Personality: Extremely cocky, and rude. He usually makes fun of people, but gets used to them. He never judges someone by looks, that has happened to him so many times. He has a passion in the shinobi world for war. Being a Kaguya it is very natural for him, he usually will play with his prey but he never lets it get out of hand. He always tries to finish a battle before leaving, trying to never retreat unless strictly ordered too. He does have a heart of a warrior, a very proud one. He is very obedient to his superiors when it comes to orders and attacks, he usually is the first off the break to attack. He always tries to put on a good show.
He doesn't really believe in all the whole 'god' thing, he thinks its a waste of time. He only likes things for battle, food and thats it. He doesn't like to read so sit around, or drawing or waiting. He is very hasty, anything that has to do with battle he is in it, he'll take any training over anything. He isn't very fond of girls either. He takes every sort of training he can get, which makes him so good at some many things, he has a natural ability to be a good learner and he catches onto things easily. He isn't afraid to say what he has to say, 3 words to describe him-Brave,Proud, Stupid. He does so many gutless moves that could either destroy him, or make him the best. His moves are hard to trace without a special doujutsu. He is easily one of the fastest members of the Sand Village. Part of this is because his natural affinity with wind, but even without that, he is quick as he has done a lot of leg weight training, making his kicks powerful as well. He is 30% faster than any other genin. Kija is able to do flips and jump off things very quickly in very odd angles as well. His ability to maneuver himself out of harms way is incredibly and is deemed it is impossible to hit him. Kija has incredible reflexes due to used to fighting as a taijutsu ninja and not being hit.This also gives him enough speed to block against some of the fastest shinobi in the world. He trains with reflexes and is extremely conditioned

Name: Medical Pills Rank: D Type: Black-When this black pill is swallowed the target will feel very faint the same post it was taken. His body will become very hot and sweat. The target will feel very nauseous and dizzy. Their next post the target passes out and seem like they are dead. This is a fake death pill, after 5 posts the user will regain cautiousness but will feel hungover.
Green-When the green pill is swallowed the target will feel full of energy. This is essentially the power pill. The user will soon feel very tired after about 5 posts of eating the pill

Rank: C Type: Medicine Natural Abilities: A normal looking needle, whats inside it is different. There are different forms of the liquid inside. There is numbing, sleeping, burning, freezing, and itchy. Numbing=Yellow, Sleeping=Green, Burning=Red Freezing=Blue and Itchy=Purple. They are hung around his belt. Having 2 of each at all times.
The user needs to be able to inject the liquid inside a target or it to be in use. The numbing liquid is yellow and numbs a certain body part depending on how much is dosed. 1/4 well numb 1 limb. 1/2 well numb half the body, and all well numb the whole body. The body part(s) well stay numb for 2 posts. Sleeping which is green needs to be injected half way for the target to sleep for 1 posts and the whole thing for 3 posts. Burning is red and it warms up the body. The whole thing well warm up the body for 3 posts. Freezing is blue and well cool down the body, the whole thing well leave the body cool and hydrated for 3 posts. Itchy is purple which has the same rules has numbing, 1/4 well itch 1 limb. 1/2 well numb itch the body, and all well itch the whole body. The body well feel incredibly itchy for 2 posts and well not go away unless medical attention or until it wears off.
Background Information History: Before Birth Kyoukan was born in the Hidden Mist village. He was born into the deadly Kaguya clan. His parents were extremely violent towards anyone other than Kaguya. The Kaguya often had war with many other village man and in between never really liked them. An Incident called the Kaguya Massacre happened 3 nights after Kyoukan was born. His parents were involved. The council men of the Kaguya demanded more land for their headquarters. The Mizukage refused and a skirmish happened, 4 Kaguya were killed and 7 Mist ninja were killed. 2 of the 4 Kaguyans were Kyoukans parents. Kyoukan would grow up believing his adopted parents were his real parents.
Academy. Kyoukan would enter the Academy under brief supervision from the Kaguya leader. He would check in on Kyoukan and make sure he is doing fine. Kyoukan could often take care of himself while in the Academy but he often didn't in his own home by himself. He would often go to the hospital for some medical training. He often talked to alot of different doctors and took many tips from all of them. He had some friends, but they weren't ever best friends. He only had one other person that was serious enough in medical research like him, Dr.Lono. Dr.Lono was Kyoukan's main teacher while in the academy. He had his Academy teacher but Dr.Lono had a passion that Kyoukan did. They really connected in many ways.
While Kyoukan was only 11 only knowing Dr.Lono for 2 years, he died from a mysterious disease. Kyoukan vowed to research and find a cure for this disease. Kyoukan easily passed the Academy and is now becoming a full fleged shinobi.
Role-Play Sample: Being walked to the door, the opened for Akira having her walk out first then quickly following. He had grasped of her hand. The weather remained the same. The clouds were starting to override the suns powerful rays, protecting the citizens of the village. They walked down the street, passing a couple of food markets and cooking supplies shop. While walking through Ochiba noticed that she never wore any of shinobi gear. "So...your no a shinobi anymore?" Ochiba said as they continued walking.
They found a clothing store and that was first on the list. The clothing store was more formal and right next to it had a small building for jewelry. Still holding Akira's hand they drifted directions into the store. Taking quick looks, Ochiba seemed like a girl. Taking everything single thing in his hands that would fit him. Having tuxedo jackets, to shoes, to the pants. He knew what he wanted though. "What would suit me?" he asked Akira. Without letting her answer he waltzed up to a formal worker. "I need a tailor.". Walking around to quickly losing Akira in the store, he felt bad. "Find something nice!" Ochiba yelled in the store hoping she'd hear him as he walked to the tailor. The whole store looked at him.
After being measured they could get the tuxedo done in a matter of minutes.The tailor offered black skinny tuexdo bottoms, with several other colors. His pants would fit him so tight. He would get several different color button up shirts. He bought the tuxedo jacket in different colors that would fit him so tight. He didn't like it but he was going to get them anyways. After being tightened up He decided to only get 1 pair. Looking around the cash register to find any accessories. Finding a pair of goggles, loop earrings and a belt. Being called back over to the tailor in the store. He was given his clothes.
The tailor was also a small time hairdresser and helped him style his hair like that. His lowers were skinnier than most other suit pants. After his findings he also found a pair of tight close fitting sunglasses putting them on right under his goggles. He quickly paid with all his clothes on went to find Akira, in the massive store. "Hope she ain't mad" he said with a light chuckle.

Name: Henge no Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu Rank: D-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing Rank: N/A Type: Ninjutsu/Chakra Control Element: N/A Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: N/A Type: Ninjutsu/Chakra Control Element: N/A Description: A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.

The skin the bullets tear through to fire is also healed by the end of the technique.
Name: Dance of Camellia Type: Taijutsu/Kenjutsu Rank: C Element: - Description: This jutsu requires both the taijutsu specialty and weaponry specialty where Sword is either the main or sub weapon. The user performs this jutsu by modifying the humerus (upper arm bone) of either their right or left arm to create a short, hilt-less bone sword. Since they can increase and compress the density of their bones, they can make the sword harder than steel. they then use the sword to fight; the style uses quick cuts and thrusts to disable opponents quickly.
Name: Dance of the Willow Type: Taijutsu Rank: C Element: - Description: To use this dance, the user grows long straight bones from select places in the body. It is limited to the palms of the hands, the shoulders, the knees, and the elbows. Not all the places have to be used in this jutsu, but it takes an additional C rank amount of chakra per place after the first three places. This dance form is incredibly acrobatic, using spins, charges, and long sweeping slashes to make the strikes more effective and to evade opponents' counter strikes. They can also extend the bones with out moving their body, but each extension also costs another C rank amount. Each bone is initially protruding a foot out from the body.
Name: Bone protection Type: Taijutsu Rank: C Element: - Description: Kija will release his bones out to either form a shield in front of him strong enough to block C ranked and below techniques, or the bones can come over and create a stronger shield covering Kija's body with C ranked durability. It can block any sort of physical attack, something that can cause direct damage.
Name: Bone trap Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Element: - Description: Kija will use his bones to create hands. The hand swill come out of his body and are about 5 feet long. The hands can extend to as far as 10 yards and then can no longer go any further. Kija can control the hands to hold things and throw things around. Name: Hayabusa Otoshi - Peregrine Falcon Drop Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Element: - Description: Hayabusa Otoshi is a Taijutsu technique. While at an elevated position, a ninja will grab his opponent from behind. Firmly locking himself to their back, they will lock his ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. They will then plant them head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back pile-driver, the move can provide a great concussion to their opponent's head.
Name: Lion Combo Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Element: - Description: A simple taijutsu move used against an aerial opponent. Once the user gets behind the opponent in the air, they will strike them with three elbows, before throwing them into the ground, and striking them in the chest with a downward kick, most likely knocking them unconscious.
Name: Kosa Ho Rank: C-B Type: Taijutsu Element: - Description: This technique is used to intercept an incoming leg attack by the opponent. By thrusting the knee up, and driving the elbow down at the same time, the user is able to capture the opponent's limb in between the elbow and knee, stopping the attack. The elbow is driven down with great force, able to effectively break bones. At B rank, this technique is faster, and can effectively shatter the bone.

Name:Body Repair Rank: D Type: Medical Element:N/A Description:This jutsu allows Kyoukan to repair broken bones. The broken bones have to be inside of Kyoukan's body. The other bones in the body fuse with the broken bone to repair it and make it even stronger. This jutsu can also be used to fix other peoples bones. Kyoukan will hold the broken bone and his own bones will come out and fuse with the broken bone in order for a quick repair. Medical use/Bastardized use: This fixes Kyoukan and other peoples bones.
Name: Blood Clot Rank: D Type: Medical Element:N/A Description: When Kyoukan is bleeding, or anyone is bleeding. He will place his hand over the bleeding wound and will create a charka seal. The seal will be enough to stop the bleeding and can serve as a first aid bandage. Medical use/Bastardized use: Stops bleeding.
Name:Poison Appearance:Air.Nothing, around his waist. Rank: C Range:0-20 yards Special Abilities: Description:Dingo well inhale air and turn it into poison. This poison can cover up to 40 yards in diameter and he can control how wide and how far it goes. It poisons the enemies body, this poison is clear and cannot be seem. Dingo is not effected by this poison whatsoever. This silent killer poison can kill within posts depending on many things. It can kill a and C and down ranked ninja in 5 posts once inhaled or injected. It can kill a B in 7 and can kill an A ranked shinobi and higher within 8 posts after inhaled or injected. Also if medical is a main skill specialty it can let the user survive for 2 more posts, if sub 1 more. There are stages to the poison activation. The poison works by boosting itself into the blood stream that takes it straight to the heart. Once there the poison does it's job and sets a virus on the heart causing it not to beat. The poison also flows towards the lungs and infects the lungs causing it not to do it's function and help regulate air. The poison eats charka while on the way to the major organs. There is an antidote to protect you from the poison that Dingo has.
Stage 1- Which is the post one inhaled or injected. Noting happens and the user most likely cannot tell. Charka is slowly being eaten away.
Stage 2-Second post-fifth post once inhaled the user begins to cough and feel really ill eyes become itchy and nose is running. The poison can cause hallucinations within the mind and B and lower shinobi are usually killed around here. The poison acts quicker in less advanced shinobi and the poison does it job. Which usually kills from heart failure or from lung failure. The Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu can be used here. If used later the poison well spread to much and it well already be to late.
Stage 3- 6-12 posts. Same as second stage but it also causes the target to throw up and be in intense pain, hard to breathe and most aren't able to stand up. The target well feel numb all over and really hot. They usually wheeze for air. There skin starts to turn purple from here. Most shinobi die at this stage. Stage 3 maintains at this rate until the target dies or is healed from the poison. Only Dingo can save someone at this stage.

Name:Medic Kit Appearance:A small backpack, it is brown. Dingo wears it right on his back and can be easily released and opened. It is virtually weightless and is worn tightly. Dingo is used to picking up and wearing the bag so it has no effect on him, if someone else tried to pick it up, it would weigh 150 pounds. Also has a sleeping bag attached to it at the bottom. Rank: C Range:N/A Special Abilities:It contains the poison in the seal and once activated by Dingo the poison well set in. Descriptions:Once the seal has been placed it has been activated. Stage 3- 6-12 posts. Same as second stage but it also causes the target to throw up and be in intense pain, hard to breathe and most aren't able to stand up. The target well feel numb all over and really hot. They usually wheeze for air. There skin starts to turn purple from here. Most shinobi die at this stage. Stage 3 maintains at this rate until the target dies or is healed from the poison. Only Dingo can save someone at this stage.

| SC: No need for the jutsu template ( or whatever that is) for SC, all you need is the name and description. Chakra Sensory isn't a SC, it's more of a KKG thing. Please remove that. Fix lightning quick, you have things like mist village references in it

Attractive Charm: Isn't a jutsu, more like a SC. Also, I don't see your character having this going by his appearance...
Shadow Stealth: Remove
Puppetry Technique: Remove
