| The Metal Factory was one of the most resourceful places in all of Kirigakure, deliveries at made there frequently and from there once the metal was refined it would be shipped out to other locations and businesses, which would ultimately result in the supply and distribution of weapons and other metal necessities. This factory is one of the oldest and untouched building in all of Kirigakure, the only thing being upgraded is the machinery brought in to increase the efficiency and productivity of the factory. To the residents of Kirigakure and other people outside of the village who have heard of Kirigakure’s Metal Factory that is all it was; a factory involved in the distribution of metal. But to Arashii it was also the home to one of the world’s most notorious criminals; Kaihaku, Bachiatari. This aging shinobi is questioned as a human by the people who actually see or meet him, his more of a creature from a horror film. Even still, the frightening little man didn’t scare nor intimidate the Mizukage, but Arashii was always cautious when he went to see Bachiatari as he came off to be a bit of a loose cannon. Insane or not, Arashii had a mutual relationship with Bachiatari, one that extended beyond the Mizukage’s ‘superiority’ it was a mutual kind of trust, mainly because they were both so guarded when it came to other people.
The Mizukage approached the metal factory accompanied with two Chuunin guards, he dressed in his regular Mizukage robes and hat without a single weapon on him, anybody passing Arashii would assume he was heading somewhere. The Mizukage walked a few paces in front of the Chuunin as they held a recently caught criminal. They had him in custody as they approached the Metal Factory’s metal doors. As they walked in the employees continued to work, the sound of metal pressers slamming down onto the metal was brash. Noise polluted the area as the four men approached a back door. They walked down it as the sounds of the factory dimmed, a dripping noise got louder as the clanking of metal drifted behind them, Arashii quickly stormed down a narrow corridor as the Chuunin and their captured criminal walked further down the thin passage. As they reached an opening at the end, the door no longer belonging to the frame as the rusty and torn down back wings of the metal factory became visible.
Many years ago, the metal factory had a machinery malfunction which engulfed the south quarters in flames, once the place re-opened the back of the building remained untouched, left to continue to shrivel in the dark, this is where Bachiatari liked to reside. The metal factory was the perfect location for this veteran shinobi, it was dark, secluded and primitive; not to mention the unlimited supply of junk metal for him to use. Arashii had seen Bachiatari more than once, in fact the first time they had met here; Bachiatari had tried to kill the young Mizukage; but was unable to land a blow even with all this metal at his exposal due to the Mizukage’s water manipulation abilities. Since then, Bachiatari hadn’t dared to take offensive action toward Arashii or anybody else who accompanied him to this secluded area; although it would usually intimidate and frighten most of the guards Arashii brought with him. They were Kirigakure shinobi none the less and the majority of them could push past their fears and still handle themselves like professionals.
They entered an open area at last; a pile of junk metal sat before them and to the left of it was a little doorway. Arashii could squeeze through the little doorway if he wished but he wasn’t too interested to see the inside of that particular ‘residence’. Though he had assessed and observed the whole area well and seen Bachiatari exit and enter through that very door and he knew it ran into a wall, which would assumingly be host to a much larger environment to what the door makes it seem.
Arashii stood a few feet in front of his guards as they held the criminal firmly as he begun to struggle. The criminal continually asked them what they were doing here and why he particularly was there, though he did so in a very vulgar and criminal bearing tone. The guards continually just disregarded his words or harshly told him to ‘shut the fuck up’ in the end even resulting to a few physical blows to the chest to stun him momentarily, anything to keep him to shut up. The sound of the tap dripped louder after the criminal finally stopped speaking once he received a forearm to the throat, which caused him to fall to his knees. An overhead pipe left of Arashii continued to drip repeatedly creating an exact rhythm with the drip before the last, it really the only thing Arashii was listening to; since it was practically the only noise to be heard now, besides the faint sound of the metal factories machines. Arashii awaited Bachiatari’s presence, which he expected to be granted with shortly.

| The Mizukage was now in Bachitari or 'Kinders' domain. This was his ideal place to live as well as his ideal place for battle. This was indeed his home. It was dark, cold, but most of all secluded from most people. When the fire in this factory occured Kinder had just been accepted into the village as a 'trustable' shinobi. It had taken a very long time to prove he was not a threat to Kiri but he had effectivly dont that. However what most considered a 'normal life' was not something that seemed appealing to Kinder anymore. In his old life in Kumo, he may have wanted that style of life. However with the last few years of events he was left battered amd bruised emotionaly and physicaly. He no longer trust people. So as result he lived in seclusion. When the factory caught fire and was abandoned, Kinder quickly took to its liking. It was very similar to the living conditions he had become accustomed to the last few years.
~Flash Back~ When Bachitari was younger and still lived in Kumo, his gennin squad was blamed for the death of their Jounin master. Forced to leave the gennin were. They fled to neightboring nation's mountian's. It was here that the mental state of Kinder began to slip and reform into what it is now. Over time Kinder and his 2 friends built their strength to fight for survival. They each taught themselves their own new techniques. They learned to adapt as well as did their bodies. The first instance came when the female of the group spoke up about returning to the village. She no longer wanted to live this life style, but Kinder and his companion had no ambition to return. They had killed travlers and various Kumo shinobi in search for them. All in order to survive. They had become monsters being forced to eat what they could. If this meant an animal or travler then so be it. Kinder had been able to adapt to this life style and for the most part it seemed so did his companion. They now faced their first extreem tough decision. They had to stop the female from returning to the village.
~End~ It was like a flashback in Kinder's mind. He relived the events that made him who he was today, day after day. This was what made him, him. He continued to lurk in the shadow's of the poorly light room. Crawling over various obsticals. He was sure the Mizukage knew he was indeed watching them. The chuunin and what appeared to be a captives of theirs however were clueless. He observed the trio who had came with the Mizukage. Who were they? Arashii knew to not bring any one here unless he was willing to lose em. Bachitari didnt like other to know where he lived . It appeared the Kinder was a deviant character at first glance. However he was more than loyal to the Mizukage. This man had done much for him and most of all accepted the way he was. Inreturn Kinder has formed a small bond with the man. It isnt to great due to his lack of trust in people. However it was more than any one else got in the world. Truth was, there was a war going on and he knew Arashii needed him. Kinder had no loyalty to Kiri what so ever, but he did to this specific Mizukage.
Bachitari continued to crawl about the room, sizing up the situation and the prey who Arashii brought with him. The chuunin couldnt be free for the taking. The captive looked like it may be an offering though. IT was a situation he knew he had to play out in his mind before he acted. "Who's are they's Arashii?" Bachitari called out in his raspy deep voice. He enacted a jutsu that enabled him to throw his voice to other locations. A trained shinobi could pin point the location of spoken words rather quickly. So this jutsu was developed to help conceal the users location, even trick the target. He threw it to just infront of the Mizukage and chuunin just behind some pipes. In truth, he was behind them. This was his moment to dispose of the chuunin. He pounced out from his hidden shadow onto the shoulders of both chuunin and slammed their heads together. It was a rather simple idea. Instead of being forced to kill them, he would just have them kocked out temporarily.
Their bodies fell with a rather loud thud. The captive whipped around to bistowe Bachitari in his full. The site was indeed an odd one. He didnt stand on two legs like a normal person. Having spent many years crawling around in the mountians caused him to adapt the way he moved. Now he often moved on all fours much like a monkey's movement. He found he could not only move faster but more effectivly. On his back was a rather large hump. This looked like it could be the size of 2 normal size humans. Bachitari was however only 4 foot 8. He wore a cloak over the hump, this was he weapon and its identity need to be concealed. He wore around hat that concealed the majority of his face. His chin could be seen but barley.
"Doesnt we looks tastys?" Bachitari uttered out in the direction of the captive. Often Arashii would bring by offerings of sorts to Kinder. This was one reason why Bachitari had a bond with the Mizukage. A man was willing to bring various criminals as a token? He was impressed. He rached down into the pouch on his waist and pulled out a large cigar. He sat back on his hind legs in a squatting position. He brought the cigar to his mouth and lit it. Perhaps this was why his voice was so deep and raspy. He took a few puffs before speaking again. He looked up revealing more of his face to Arashii and the captive. His skin looked worn and poorly treated. Parts of his black hair stuck out from under the round hat. It was frizzy and appeared very dirty or not taken care of. A large scare came down the right side of his face. This was one of many he had recived from his more than hard life. "What birngii's you heeeeere's today Arashii." The odd shinobi said direction his words to the Mizukage now. He continued to smoke his cigar. This was something he had picked up upon returning to civilization and enjoyed. He had few thigns he enjoyed in life but this was indeed one.
------------------------------------------- Name: Voice Thrown Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: None Description: The user causes their voice to be thrown. The user can make the sound of their voice come from another object or person. The user can do this without moving their mouth if they choose. Similar to that of a vantrilaquist.

| Soft, yet obvious sounds moving metal could be heard throughout the room. Arashii could feel Bachiatari’s presence; Arashii turned his head momentarily looking back at his escorts and their captive, who could also hear the noises. They looked intimidated, and they should be. Arashii turned back forward as he heard Bachiatari’s voice project across the room. He asked who Arashii’s company was. Surely by an observation Bachiatari would have been able to tell it was two Kirigakure shinobi and a captive. Was he trying to scare Arashii’s company? It was not of Arashii’s concern. Arashii felt movement behind him, his eyes flicked back but his head remained in place, using just the very edge of his peripherals he saw a small figure landing on the shoulders of the two Chuunin escorts. Arashii shifted slowly as Bachiatari slammed their heads together, causing them to both fall to the ground unconscious. Arashii spoke quietly and without panic, he was not concerned to what had happened to his so called ‘guards’ in fact he had expected Bachiatari to act like he did. The little creature was so predictable at times. “I should have brought more protection.” Arashii said sarcastically knowing he could easily fend for himself, he was the Mizukage for a reason.
Emotion continued to lack on Arashii’s face as Bachiatari didn’t pay attention to the Mizukage’s statement, instead he wanted to toy with the captive, calling him tasty. “Did you not learn not to play with your food, Kinder?” Arashii said, speaking rhetorically as his arms remained down by his side. The captive began to panic as he got an understanding of what he was doing there. He struggled some more as the two veteran shinobi disregarded and ignored him, Bachiatari even squatted back and pulled out a cigar. Bachiatari looked up at his ‘guests’ revealing more of his face. It wasn’t anything Arashii had seen before, he was more focused on the cigar. Arashii saw smoking as such a dirty habit, but in that; it was something that ensured Arashii that Kinder wasn’t completely primitive. Arashii listened to Bachiatari’s deep and husky voice as it was directed at him once more, asking Arashii what he needed from him today. Arashii was still a businessman, one that wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty, but Bachiatari was a useful asset and one Arashii wished to use to his advantage.
Firstly, Arashii had to take care of a few loose ends. “This man you see sitting before you, is my offering today. I know his flesh and bone will be useful to you, whether it is for tools or food. I have never been more delighted to give you a criminal. This man has been raping and torturing women in a small civilian village in Sea Country. Of course the Sea Country is allied with Kirigakure now so we do what we can to ensure that bond is kept but I wouldn’t wish this on any woman. What this man was capable of doing, is something that I don’t believe neither you nor I could do. Making him much more of a monster than both of us, torturing and raping innocent civilians.” Arashii spoke with passion for a change, he really was thrilled to hand this pitiful excuse for a human into the small, pale and skeletal hands of Bachiatari. “Kinder, those guards were here for one purpose. I couldn’t restrain myself from wanting to kill this man myself, disfiguring his body and crushing him to dust. That would leave nothing to you and I know it’s been a while since I’ve brought you a treat.” Arashii explained as he approached the captive and his tiny companion. The closer he stepped the smaller Kinder appeared, which to a regular naïve shinobi would make the midget less intimidating. He did not intimidate Arashii from any distance, but the young Mizukage knew what he was capable of, he appeared to approach without a care; but he was extremely cautious with every step.
The Mizukage reached his unconscious Chuunin guards, kneeling down and reaching into the pockets of one of his guards, grabbing out a kunai and grasping it in his right hand. Arashii stood up, his posture was perfect. He looked down at Kinder. “I hope you don’t mind me doing the honours.” Arashii spoke, he wasn’t asking however. The criminal was in his knees; his hands chained behind him as he heard Arashii’s every word. Fear began to run through his veins. Arashii leaned down to the man’s ear as his breathing picked up, and he began to hyperventilate. Arashii hand remained steady as he took his focus off Kinder for a moment, still being cautious of his surrounding he spoke into the captives ear, loud enough for Bachiatari to still hear. “I’ve killed women before, sometimes objectives take priority of a life; male, female, young and old. It doesn’t matter. But what was your objective? What purpose did torturing and raping them all of them have? The answer is nothing, you have no purpose.” Arashii paused for a moment as the man struggled. Arashii held the kunai to the man’s back so he stopped moving, he began making noises, his heart beat so loud and so fast, Arashii swore he could hear it for a moment. “You feel that fear running through your body? That’s the fear they all felt, it’s worse than any physical pain I could ever dish out to you, so embrace it.” The man screamed as Arashii muffled his mouth dragging him back out of the way of Bachiatari and the two unconscious Chuunin as this was about to get messy and the last thing those two Chuunin would want was to wake up in a pool of blood.
The aggressive side of this young Mizukage taking over as he lifted up the kunai, thrusting it into the back of the skull of the criminal. Pulling out the kunai, Arashii continued to stab the man another three times, aggressively. Blood spurred from the man’s face, drops of it splatting on the Mizukage’s face. He pulled the kunai from the man’s head for the last time, his bloody hand grasping the kunai that dripped red. He dropped it to the ground as he used his other hand to wipe some of the blood off his face. ‘Damnit, I’ve gotten my robe all bloody.’ Arashii thought to himself as his heart rate started to drop. As he got aggressive his breathing had picked up, so he breathed loudly for the next few moments before looking back over to Bachiatari. “Kinder, I do enjoy my visits here; but we both know I come here for a reason. This is a little different then you making me a weapon or me asking you a few questions about older shinobi. I have a mission for you this time, old friend.” Arashii said with a smirk. He continued to wipe the blood from his smooth skin as he awaited Kinder’s response.

| Bachitari watched as the Mizukage gave a rather decent size speech about the crime this man commited. It seemed that Arashii could not stand these specific crimes. Bachiatari sat on his hind legs smoking his fat cigar. The smoke rose up and collected underneath his round hat. As the volume of the smoke increased it began to flow out from underneath the edges of the hat. It gave off the appearance his hat was letting off smoke. This was a rare occurance. Most often Kinder wore a mask to hide the deformities of his face. It wasnt certian why he wasnt wearing it now, perhaps it was a gesture of trust for Arashii. Kinder watched as the Mizukage moved closer to the prisioner and set him free. At first he thought he was giving him up to Kinder. However he quickly learned this wasnt the case. He listened as Arashii asked to to 'do the honours.' He wondered what exactly he meant by it but before he could ponder this thought the criminal had a Kunia in the back of his head. Blood was now spewing from the back of the mans skull. Bachitari knew where he hit hte man. He hit him just right so he wouldnt die instantly, but could feel the pain just before death took him. Blood had sprayed over much of the metal behind the duo. It created an interesting sight to behold. It brought Bachiatari back for a moment.
~Flash Back~ Just after Bachitari and his squad mate had killed the female, trust issues began to flare up between the duo. They both felt the other would turn on each other given the oppritunity. They were forced to stay together in fear of going off by themselves being interpreted as a chance to flee. They rarley spoke a word to each other. Infact as they feasted on the corps of their now fallen companion, they keept a close eye on each other. One day during a raid on a small carivan the pair broke out into a fight. A fight that would be their last. A tremendous battle ensured giving Bachitari the victory. That night he ate well but his subconcious continued to speak up despite he trying to justify his actions. Claiming he has done everything in the name of survival. He had hilled innocent people, young and old. All so he could survive. His subconcious fought with him daily and he began to have open conversations with himself on various matters. He continued to live in this condition for many years. Over these years his physical body continued to alter, as well as his mental condition continued to slip and reform.
~End~ Just as Kinder snapped back to reality, he realized his cigar was now at the end of its short life. He had taken all the pleasure out of it he could. With a quick flick, the cigar was gone as its ember slowly flew into the shadows and darkness over took it. This was a decent metaphor for what happen to the criminal. Bachitari moved forward from his hind legs onto all 4's. He began to crawl over to the now dead criminal. It seemed Arashii was done with him now. So he was free for the taking. Often Kinder liked to torment some one of this stature before he killed them but arashii already ended his life. Once he reached the mans body, Kinder reached down and pulled out what looked like a a dagger made from bone. He thrusted it into the stomach of the now dead man. He cut a small opening, big enough for him to stick his hand into but nothing more. Kinder looked up at Arashii before sticking his hand into the hole. He began to push his hand deeper into the man. Blood began to pour out from the now widening hole. The deeper Bachitari's hand got the bigger the hole got. Kinder tilted his head down to focuse on what he was searchign for.
While he searched he heard the Mizukage take a more serious tone. This visit wasnt one for information or to craft a special weapon. No it appeared the Mizukage needed his services for a mission? "Meeessionnnnnn?" Bachitari grunted out, raspy as usual. He continued to search the inside of the mans body. It wasnt clear what he was searching for at the time however. "Weee'ss havent beeeenn on meeesssion in quietssss a longgggg times'sss. What'ss you neeeds us for'sss?" Questioned Bachitari as it appeared he had found something in the mans body he was searching for.

| The monkey-like Jounin crawled toward the bloody and fresh corpse, making the assumption that Arashii was finished brutalizing the body and taking it for himself, as that’s what he was here for. Bachiatari’s assumption was correct; Arashii was done with the corpse. The fragile looking manipulator of metal reached down and pulled out a dagger made of bone, which seemed to be secretly lurking inside his worn out cloak. Bachiatari grunted slightly as he thrust the daggers jaggered point into the man’s stomach, creating a small enough opening of his hand. Arashii took a step back, he already had enough of this man’s filthy blood on his outfit and he did not wish to have any more. He watched Bachiatari insert his hand into the recently carved open carcass as he began searching through for something. Arashii was unsure what it was, this was actually the first time Arashii had seen Kinder ‘use’ a body. He would usually drag it away into his home before working on it. It was a little unsettling to watch Bachiatari squirm his hand around the man’s insides. But the man deserved worse. Arashii’s face remained emotionless as he took it upon himself to break the silence, informing Bachiatari that he had a mission to do.
He responded to the Mizukage almost immediately, stating it was a while since he had been on a mission and wondered what Arashii needed him for. Of course, in doing this, he referring to himself as more than one person. It was something that always interested Arashii, some may have thought it was a split personality, but it seemed to be more than that to Arashii. Kinder might be quiet the insane and primitive beast but he certainly had some form of intelligence if to be living in the state he was living for song long, to still be alive. Surviving this long would have pushed past luck. Arashii responded as Bachiatari appeared to have found what he was looking for. “I’m sure you know Nagi Island, a mutual island just south of Kirigakure.” Arashii didn’t wait for a response before he continued to speak. “The island doesn’t have a shinobi village, it isn’t considered a land of shinobi like the majority of lands on this world. But there is a small force gathering. The self-proclaimed Emperor of this island is Ricchi, Nagi. His son is Ricchi, Karuson now the age of twenty. Intel gathered suggests Karuson has a group of five elite followed, all trained in combat. Karuson plans to have his father assassinated so he can become the new ‘Emperor’ of this island.” Arashii paused once more to make sure Bachiatari was paying attention, though it was not enough time for him to respond to the Mizukage’s words as of yet.
“Nagi’s personal guard is a former shinobi of the Grass Village, he was formally a Jounin; his name is Hashira, Lorei. He is actually Karuson’s right hand man in this assassination plot. Lorei should be your only real challenge, but we need all five of these men taken care of. They should be having their final meeting before the assassination tomorrow at midday. The room is secured by a locking seal, you won’t be able to get in. Unfortunately the one flaw of this room is the air duct; it is very small; too small for a regular shinobi to fit in. We have already tried alternative ways to get through it, using smaller summons, and jutsu to get down the tunnel but they have blocked it off at the end with a two metres thick metal block which is wielded to the sides of the duct. Something that could be a trick even for your manipulation skills as I’d assume that it has been a while since you have manipulated something of this density, I think you can do it though and we both know you’ll easy fit up the duct. You need to make these deaths look natural though, try to avoid using jutsu once you’re in the room. Make it look like an animal attack.” Arashii explained and ordered. His de-briefing was long, but this mission was important. If Bachiatari did this successfully it would allow for Arashii to then go to Nagi while he was mourning his son’s death and get the island to finally align themselves with Kirigakure. Once this was achieved, seizing Ouzu Island would be easier too, with Nagi by Kirigakure’s side.
