Name: Wind Whistle Technique

Description: A Fuuton based technique. The technique will allow you to whistle to farther distances in use as a signal to call your comrades. This will allow you to whistle up to about 80 meters farther. If someone is too close to the user of this technique will be affected by a high pitch noise.

Name: Wind Force Push

Description: After performing the necessary hand signs the user will surround their fist with wind chakra. By doing as if one is thrusting their fist forward, the wind chakra will be sent out in a powerful cutting force against the body of the opponent. Pushing them away, or stopping them almost completely where they stand. The jutsu may only make minor scratches against the opponents body.

Name: Wind Palm Technique

Description: A technique based on the fuuton element. After performing the necessary hand signs the user will form two large hands to form around their own hands made out of wind. The hands are simply an extension to ones arm, and are useful for grabbing the opponent and slam them at will. The lengths of both arms are about 10 ft long. Even when the user misses the opponent, the wind creates a gusty force to push against the opponent.

Name: Blazing Force Sphere

Description: After performing the necessary hand signs the user will begin to focus chakra in top of their palm. First creating wind to form into a single perfected shape ball about the size of a basketball. Then the user must add fire around this wind.(appearance) This jutsu is much like the Rasengan though with two elements together. One of this jutsu's ability is that one can thrown this ball to the opponent, upon in close reach of the opponent the ball will erupt, making the wind inside explode, not only sending the wind chakra to cut the skin of the opponent but to also send the fire involved with the wind causing minor burns though that causes awe full lot of pain to the opponent. As the user ranks up the burns and cuts become more deadly, at s rank the wind is able to even cut off limbs while the fire can burn your skin throughly. The radius of this ball's effect is of about 5 meters. As the user ranks up the radius of the blast increases by 5m every time.

Drawbacks: This jutsu does not have many drawbacks, but they are awe fully very risky the only one it has. This jutsu unlike many others have to be used at the start of a fight, for the simple fact that it wastes about 2/5 of chakra in a single use. Not only that when one is forming the jutsu, the user will receive medium degree burns on the hand. Not to forget about the cutting wind chakra that will make minor wounds on the hand. As the jutsu gets stronger the wind chakra will become so strong that is even able to cut off the whole palm completely. (Note: Even if a person uses armor, the fire will still be able to burn the skin as the armor will increase in temperature massively)

I know that Rasengan's and stuff are not allowed. Though This is not Rasengan, it is just a fake version of it with fire and wind together. Anyways I never saw this in the rules or nothing so I tried it and see.
