| Well after reading and re-reading the genjutsu rules couple of times I found two things that kind of bug me.
Numero Uno Moving while using genjutsu. Can you do it? Apparently yes since nobody said anything about it. So since you can move while using genjutsu you easily kill anybody in just one post, or as soon you use a genjutsu which would be OP and God-Modding since you can't kill somebody automatically even though the enemy is in the genjutsu and it isn't aware of his surrounding.
Numero Due The Genjutsu Buddy System (GBS in short). It has a hole. Not a small one but a HUGE one. What it is? Simple, even though the user of the genjutsu PMs to the mod or admin what genjutsu he used there is nothing preventing the victim to go to the user's profile and seeing if he is using genjutsu or not. Sure it would be meta-gaming if the victim got out immediately with no explanation but it surely makes the job easier when you know what the genjutsu is and how to deal with it.

Now this is something that it isn't an issue but just a question. Why are hand seals harder when doing them with one hand? It's the same thing with two hands but you're just doing it with one hand. You've done a hand seal hundreds of times that it's burned in your memory so much that you're doing it automatically so I fail to see why are one handed hand seals harder than two handed except that the manga says it's apparently hard. |

| Because you must perform both parts of the handseals with that one hand; accommodating for twice as long performance of handseals themselves.
As for the genjutsu system, I didn't read it enough. I'll leave someone else to answer. |

| Re. Issue 1: Yes I had noticed the lack of rules regarding this. Given the obscurity of this situation, I think that other things on the to-do list take priority but rest assured, it will get refined. For now though, I'd say that any Genjutsu must be used while stationary.
Re. Issue 2: You answered your own question. It's metagaming, something that can be used to exploit anything regardless of whether there actually is a loophole in the rule or not. It'd be a pain in the ass to eliminate and the benefits of doing so far outweigh the benefits and effectiveness of the current system. I understand your concern but unfortunately we just have to trust that people will fight fair
