Description: This jutsu is a line of strong wind which is thrusted at the neck. This does not require the Byakugan but it does help to get more accuracy. The user put his hand in a stretched position, then flings out his arm in the direction intended. This can not sever the head but forces the opponent flying back and also makes them cough for 3 posts and unable to talk. The jutsu can go about 10m max.
